Communication with Francesca was really great, she was super responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage inside before the check in time. The pros: the place looks like the photos, the bed is super comfy, check in instructions were straightforward. The cons: the bathroom had a strong smell. The place could use a little more TLC (stains in walls, stored dishes were a bit dirty, etc). The apartment has been refurbished but it is in an old building, so the hall and stairs are pretty run down. Location wise is close to the station but also very near the rear door of the market which gets crowded and disorganized by delivery trucks. All in all I think it was okay for the cost.

The room is big and the bathroom and living room are great. The place is very nice, but it was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't work. During the stay they had to come in to improve the wifi (which works quite poorly) and that bothered us a little. Everything else is very nice.

- Cancel up to 30 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
