Our family had a wonderful stay. There were 8 of us and we felt we had enough room for all. The bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was a great bonus. Kitchen and living areas were also roomy enough for us to gather at start or end of days. Everything was very clean and modern and we loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The location was perfect and close to morning coffees and also not far from any site we wanted to visit. We walked everywhere with ease. The binder filled with loads of helpful info. On food, markets, medical services, etc. was the most thorough I have seen. The host, Francesca, was responsive at each stage of our stay and I would highly recommend this lovely apt.

Amazing place A1. Clean, nice, comfortable and the area is super accessible by bus from the train station. It's the first floor and we were able to stay there with my grandmother who has difficulty walking. Francesca was super willing to help us at all times. In the house there is a book with instructions on how everything works. Excellent! I would return 100%

The location is excellent, the directions on how to get there are perfect. It's on the first floor, so you don't have to carry suitcases up stairs. Spacious rooms. It has a terrace with a table to socialise with guests. The apartment is self check-in, so it makes check-in easier. They let us in early and out later, which we really appreciate. The only drawbacks with this apartment are: the bathrooms are extremely small, they are not suitable for people taller than 1.75m, we had never experienced such tiny bathrooms, there was no room to hang a towel. There is a lot of noise from ambulances and police, as there is a hospital nearby. Being on the first floor, the windows looked directly onto the street, so there was always outside noise, even with the windows closed. In the end, we had a basic cleaning question that we decided to ask the host and we received a "mocking" response from her.

The apartment was in a wonderful location near central Florence. Extremely spacious bedrooms each with ensuite and a bonus courtyard. Well equiped and quietly luxurious. Highly recommended.

Great spot to visit Florence and just outside of all of the craziness of the city center so it is a bit more peaceful than other locations.

The place matched the photos. The host was super responsive and helpful. Location is great, right in the heart of the city centre. What I did not expect, the apartment was pretty colder and the AC did not working at its best .

Very comfortable stay — very roomy. There can be a bit of street noise depending on the day in two of the bedrooms but not anything earplugs couldn’t fix for us. Would absolutely stay again!

Overall nice place to stay. We had a huge issue with the washing machine. It locked our load of clothes in the wash for over a day. We had to keep restarting the machine over and over to get it to open. It made our checkout late and we ended up leaving with wet clothes. One bathroom was extremely small and 2 of the three bathrooms were always wet.. Upon arrival we had a soaking wet roll of toilet paper on the holder. The shower door also had trouble keeping water in. It was always wet inside the bathrooms.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully appointed and it felt like home. We loved that it was on the first floor without the many steps of other apartments. The apartment was central to a lot of the locations that we enjoy spending time in. We stayed for a month and the host was very responsive to all our needs.

Everything was great from location and cleanliness to host communication! We had a great time for our first visit to florence. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the TV connection to the wifi as the streaming platforms did not work and tiny fruit flies that were around the house just enough to be a bit agitating. But overall it was great and we were appreciative of what we had Thank you for allowing us to stay

This was an exceptional accommodation!!! 3 fully renovated tiny bathrooms with bath sheets. 2 of the bedroom were private and the third was a cute open loft, some steps trom the living area led to the loft so be awarethat if someone watched tv or talked in common areas it would disturb whomever occupied that apace but it worked well for us. plenty of comfortable pillows and plenty of blankets. The mattresses were extra firm, I but if you like it softer you can lay some comforters on top of mattress for more cushion. The kitchen was well equipped, dishwasher, nespresso machine & lots of extra dishes, washer/dryer were a huge +, ductless AC in every room which works extremely well, we were very comfortable! Francesca is an excellent communicator She immediately responded to any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with. location was great! I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a 5 star stay! Thank you for being a great host!
