We loved the location of this AirBnB. Steps away from the river and a short walk from the Piazza della Signoria. Arrival went smoothly. Francesca was extremely helpful. Upon check-in, everything appeared to be very clean and just as in the photos. We were thrilled and settled in throwing open the windows, enjoying the gorgeous view and close access to restaurants, shops, and historical sights. Days into our stay, I received a call from Francesca letting me know that the prior guests had reported bedbugs. My husband had asked me that morning if I thought there were bedbugs because he had gotten bitten and I had brushed it off because the place seemed clean when we checked in. Francesca was quite frustrated because she and AirBnB had been trying to reach us since the prior day but due to spotty access to wifi and constant moving around, we had missed the communications. Ultimately, we suffered great inconvenience, discomfort, and expense related to the bedbugs.

Everything about the house was basically as described and the communication with the host was also relatively smooth, but we found a lot of bed bugs in the room and the air conditioner was also very dirty and we had a bad night

The location was perfect - close to public transportation, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Francesca was super responsive to all my messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our family had an amazing stay! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central and convenient spot.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and in an amazingly walkable location. I literally felt right at home. I gave the stay 4 out of 5 stars because of the lack of communication with the host. On the first of 4 nights in the unit I locked myself out (completely my fault, I get it). Francesca gave me an emergency contact number. I called that number three times and then sent a follow up text via whats app (per the emergency protocol given). The only response I received was an automated “it is after hours and responses may be delayed….if this is an emergency call this number” text. For note: it was 9:41pm and I was only asking that she remote open the door as she did for check in. I was deeply frustrated that she did not respond & did not reach out the next day to confirm I’d regained access. I ultimately disturbed a neighbor and explained the situation and they buzzed me into the main door (thankfully). Oh, one other con: wifi only works in the main living space

Amazing place in such a perfect location, you’re close to all the hot spots but still have some peace and quiet but being just outside of the main area. Very walkable. There is a steep staircase of about 25 stairs to get to the apartment so just be mindful or ready to take luggage up! The apartment is spacious and very nice, my favorite was having coffee on the balcony! Definitely a great spot if visiting Florence!

Centrally located apartment with balcony close to the Uffizi Gallery, the Galileo Museum and easily walkable to the Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens and the Duomo, the Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio. There were many lovely local family-run restaurants within a few hundred yards. All three bedrooms had large, comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms.

We had a great time here. It’s close to all the things we wanted to see without being too crowded. It’s close to the river which made it easier to access both sides of Florence. It’s also close to many restaurants and museums. The host was responsive and respectful. Would highly recommend this place.

Florence is so walkable to start with, but the flat is in a great location, close to so many things, making it easy to get around. It's very comfortable, with three big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is great. There is not much for a living room, but we weren't there to sit around anyway. The balcony was nice, and the view of the Arno and the little piazza were very pleasant. The hosts were responsive and checking in/out was easy.

Beautiful and perfect place for a family of 6. A lot of room and very well planned apartment. We had the most wonderful time, the location is amazing, everything is walking distance, but also tucked away from any noise. Host was amazing and super responsive to any questions. Would definitely come back here again!!!

The apartment is fantastic, 3 bedroom 3 private bath.Clean and fully equipped.It is very close to various attractions, only 5-10 minutes on foot, and there are also many restaurants nearby.Anyway, it was the best apartment for our trip to Italy.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to Uffizi Art Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, etc. It is very convenient. The only disadvantage is that there was a problem with the induction stove when we checked in. It can't be used. Everything else is quite good.

If you are looking for a very comfortable, modern, clean, and well situated location as your hub in Florence, this is the place! The owners were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The apartment is air conditioned, which is a huge plus, and newly remodeled. It was a lovely place to return to after a day of touring the sites. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was also a plus for our group as we were traveling with our young adult daughters and their friends. We highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Great stay in Florence. Central location and views from the balcony were better than expected. We had one issue with a shower but the host was extremely helpful and sent someone to mitigate very quickly. Book this stay for your next visit to Florence and you won’t be disappointed!!

This is a great spot with 3 full rooms and bathrooms in each room. A nice sitting area and balcony are bonuses. Location on a piazza and you can see a bit of the river even from the deck. Florence is so small the location is close to everything you can walk to most any location from here in 10 minutes.

We would highly recommend this apartment for families or others visiting Florence. The location was perfect - close to everything but right at the end of the streets with a small balcony that overlooked the square and had a view of the city across the river. Each room was spacious and had its own bathroom. Our hostess was extremely responsive and met us at the apartment when we arrived from the train station. We were able to leave our luggage while the cleaners finished up.

Apartment very well located, close to the main sights. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment and all amenities working perfectly. Quality bedding and bathing. It's on the first floor of a building without an elevator, and you need to climb a flight of stairs. There is a folder with clear guidance on how to use the listing and city tips. You need to communicate with your local staff to schedule the check in that is handled by a team member. There is always someone to respond to inquiries and guide any questions. They respond quickly. No doubt a great place to stay in Florence.
