The plce was very cute and match the classical Florence vibe. It was very walkable to other locations and the bus stop dropped you off right in front which was very nice. The A/C in the room had some issues staying on or keeping the room cool but the living room A/C was completely fine. The place also had a washing machine in case you ever needed to wash clothes.

A 5-star stay! A truly enchanting place, in a great location and perfectly clean. The hosts were very kind and always available. An excellent experience in every respect. I highly recommend it!

The property was partly was was listed but not 100%. The air conditioning did not work properly and kept turning off after 5 minutes, which in nearly 40 degree heat was pretty unbearable and my partner slept on the cold floor for our stay. We also noticed some staining and/or what appeared to be mould above the sink in the kitchen. The host responded well for the first day and then didn’t respond and said the air conditioning was ‘all okay’ which it wasn’t and we raised this with her. The apartment was in a walkable location to the main part of Florence and the check in was easy. Overall our stay was not pleasant because we were so hot and uncomfortable.

The stay was perfect. We arrived a little before check-in time and as the apartment was ready they kindly let us in early. We were greeted with a wine, we really felt very welcome in the accommodation. The apartment is accessible, a few blocks from many tourist spots. Everything was really perfect, the facilities work very well, and we could even use the washer-dryer, which was very convenient. We appreciate that the hosts also provide some basic supplies. If I go back to Florence, I will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Absolute gem!! This apartment was one of the best I’ve stayed in from all my travels to Florence in these few years. And Francesca the host has been extremely kind and helpful… I’m beyond happy with my experience staying here and would without a doubt recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence. Biggest Pro is that the apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood without any disturbances for light sleepers like me 😊

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment in Florence. It had such an authentic Florentine vibe — from the design details to the overall atmosphere, it really felt like I was experiencing the city from the inside. The place was super clean and had everything I needed, which made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Florence!

Great place! We stayed seven nights and everything was great. Historic building, high ceilings, tastefully furnished with tile floors and some antique-style furniture. Nice, functional kitchen. Surprisingly quiet at night. Good location, 5-10 minutes walk to the Dome, Mercato Centrale, etc. Definitely recommended.

In a medieval style house in the old town, less than 10 minutes walk from the Academy Gallery and St. Mary's Basilica, but again a quiet street with a campus of the University of Florence.Communication with the host was smooth, quick to respond, and helped us book restaurants.We had a very pleasant two days here.

The apartment is in a great location, quite and away from the tourist yet short walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. Place was very clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a month and would book again next time I am in Florence.
