I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the space had everything I needed to feel right at home. The only small challenge I had was with the parking instructions, but I don’t think that was the host’s fault. It was a minor issue and didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Besides a minor issue with smoke detectors going off, we had a very pleasant visit. The host was very responsive at any time day or night to address any concern. The house is very large with plenty of space, clean, and was great for our group. The outside space was peaceful and comfortable with a nice view from the back. There are a few drywall patches that can be seen on the walls however that did not bother us at all. The pans for cooking aren’t great, but we made due. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The only issues we ran into were some black sugar ants on the kitchen counters and a number of scuffed or marked-up walls throughout the house. Other than that, everything was great, and we appreciated the chance to stay in such a lovely spot. Thanks again

The place was very spacious and elegant. The pictures can only do it so much justice! You are about 30 mins out from Disney and an hour from downtown Orlando. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. The pool was private enough in your own enclosure. It was a memorable stay and we will definitely book it again when we’re in Orlando!

I hadn't realized until we arrived, but we actually stayed at Solterra Resort a year ago. I travel with a sport team annually. The house had all the basic necessities when we checked in - there was a surplus of towels, which I loved. It was clean and the welcome package on the kitchen counter was a nice touch - it made me smile. We were very comfortable. We had the pool heat on and although it was extremely cold, the pool and hot tub were comfortable. The street is a bit narrow, but the resort is very accommodating about the parking. Before booking I had a few questions and Dennis was very responsive and kind. He sincerely made me feel welcomed. My team and I really enjoyed this property. Thank you.

The house was very nice, ants in the kitchen when we got there and there was a couple of stains on the wall. It is very far from parks especially with traffic. Overall good home

Our stay was great only issue for me was the filling of propane tank for the grill I fill it should be supplied for guest other than that everything was great

House was just like pictures, clean and everything was working properly. We added pool heat and it was the perfect temperature during all our stay. Dennis replied immediately to any questions we had and check in was a breeze. He also was able to accommodate early check in and late check out which was nice. We had a great time in Orlando and great experience with Dennis management company.

House was very spacious. The kids enjoyed themselves and was so happy to be there. A lot of stores close by. inside the home was enough towels to last our entire stay. Highly recommend this come if your vacationing with family.

My family enjoyed Dennis home! It was spacious, very nice, and clean. His place felt right at home. Anytime I had questions he was prompt with his reply and very helpful. The amenities on the premises were super fun for the children. The drive to Magic Kingdom at Disney World was a 25 minute drive we also visited Sea World and Busch Garden which were a little longer of a drive but that’s with traffic during the 4th of July week. I would recommend Dennis space to anyone very nice and great location. Would definitely stay again!!!

I came here for a weekend with the guys and had a Great time. I love The O and I will be back! The house is just as described. It’s just a hour away from downtown so, if you pick this very nice resident to stay at then plan to leave accordingly. The pool water was clean and the temperature of the water was very nice. Bathrooms were clean and most importantly everyone slept comfortably! I would definitely come back here.

Check-in was a breeze! After filling out all necessary information, we were given the code and had no issues! Unfortunately, when we checked in, we noticed some areas of opportunity, stains on towels, walls had holes in some areas as well as a lot of dirt, many of the sinks would not drain and there were ants all throughout the house. For what we needed it for, it was nice accommodations. The house is very spacious and was plenty of room for my guests. Dennis was kind and very responsive. The house is in need of a thorough cleaning and then it will be much better suited for future guests.

Excellent place! Very clean and beautiful! I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a nice place for a large family.
