Overall great stay, a few things that were unexpected. There was a ping pong table in the pictures but no ping pong table in the house. Had trouble getting into the house with the wrong code, but Dennis responded and fixed the issue quickly. There was a hole in one of the doors when we got there, but it was just a closet door so didn’t really matter. You have to pay to get into the resort which wasn’t in the description but it’s super cheap for the whole stay! Very clean.

When we first got to the house, we had trouble getting inside. The code was not working and they were unresponsive for a while so we were just sitting outside with all our love and waiting to get inside then we got inside and the private pool in the place does not list anywhere that you have to pay for the heater for the pool or the hot tub. We didn’t find out until the end of the trip that you had to pay for it. The pool table upstairs on the second floor has holes in every pocket. The bedroom upstairs has holes in the door like someone punched the door. The showerhead is absolutely horrible. The pressure of the water is really bad all the pots and pans were rusted we had to ask for new pots Which one they brought the pots. They entered the house without letting us know no calls no announcements no messages. They just entered the house up on the whole vacation of nine days. We were not able to access the pool at the clubhouse. The staff member said they would handlethe issue. More…

Overall, we had a great experience, door code didn't work when we got there, we called and a new one was generated quickly, very responsive. The place was very spacious. We would definitely come back.

This house was perfect for our vacation! We traveled with 2 families of 4 and Grandparents. There was more than enough room! 4 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a huge bonus! Pool area is spacious and heated pool was welcomed for February Florida weather. If you are staying with multiple families I highly recommend this home! Dennis the host was helpful and responsive! 100% worth it!

We love the house, we always go to Orlando and we certainly intend to repeat, the best pool heating we have already experienced . The house was extremely clean. The condominium is very nice , quiet, new and well maintained houses.

Dennis was quick to respond and quickly took care of the few issues we had. Beautiful area and we loved everything about the house. It was worth getting the heat for the pool. Definitely a place worth coming back to. Thanks for the great stay.

The neighborhood and house were absolutely beautiful. We did have an issues with our code at arrival, but Dennis was very responsive and corrected the problem immediately. The house was well taken care of and the beds were AMAZING! Super comfortable! The only thing we were a little upset with was that the pool light was broken so it was quite dark on the patio for when my kids did swim at night. I notified Dennis, but that was not addressed during our visit. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

House is as beautiful as pictures. Location was surroundable to local store with 10-15 minute drive to Publix, Walmart, movies and various other shopping. We had one minor issue that Dennis responded to quickly. We visited during the holiday, so pool access was filled quickly to the capacity. It was first come, first serve cabanas. Kids had a great time at house pool as well as resort. I highly recommend this home and will visit again if it's available.

Our family had a great time. Dennis was very prompt to answer any questions I had. The house was very spacious. Everything was very clean. The pool area was great. There’s a very nice view in the back looking out over water and the woods. The kids also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the upstairs entertainment area. There were plenty of dishes, pans, etc to do your own cooking. The community center has a large pool and lazy river as well as a gym. There are plenty of grocery and retail stores within 3 to 5 miles. I would recommend the house to anyone considering staying in the Orlando areas.

A very nice place to stay at and it was a reasonable price to pay for a week to vacation. AC does not work in the bedrooms very well. Not sure why there was no propane gas for the grill since they said a BBQ grill was available. Over all we would return again.

We had a great stay at the villa, and a great holiday. The service was excellent and very responsive. The only downside for us was that the villa was right next to an active building site. Work started very early and went on quite late, 7 days a week and was also noisy and disturbing at times. It would have been good to know about the works in advance so that we were at least prepared. This is the only reason that we did not make it 5 stars all the way. We think it would also be fair for others to be prepared before they book. It was an absolutely fabulous holiday other than that!

The place was great and felt like arrive oasis in Florida. I celebrated my bday here with 10 of my closest friends and was able to share memories in a clean space while we used the pool, ate snacks and enjoyed each other’s company. It was easier to order food to be delivered and Dennis provided a lot of check in and check out directions which made everything super easy.

The property is very beautiful, the pool is big and it accommodated everyone well. The rooms are clean with plenty of beds. The only small issue is one of the rooms is is hot compared to the others.

The house is a very beautiful house and very clean at that but unfortunately we were dissatisfied with how things turned out and how it was handled. Main reason most people choose Airbnb is for comfort and budget friendly and unfortunately your listing failed by not providing hot water and a stove throughout our stay. Other than that lovely home and great communication

The pictures do not do the house justice! The home was very large, quiet and the pool was the perfect size. It felt like home the entire time and offered us just what we wanted... Close enough to the theme parks, but far away to feel like we weren't with the other tourist. Our family enjoyed the stay and recommend this spot to others.

We have enjoyed the Solterra Resort for 3 years now and this was the nicest property we have stayed at. Nice and clean with lots of space. We enjoyed the pool/spa and the view out the back of the house that looks into a wetlands area instead of another property 20ft away. When needs did come up that we had to contact the owner about the communication was quick and the needs were met as fast as possible. Would recommend this property for sure.
