This was one of the cleanest air bnb’s I’ve stayed in! The townhouse was very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 10. It looked identical to the pictures and we would definitely return in the future. We had a great time!

Our family flew down for a birthday party and we needed a big enough home for all of us. The home was as described and exactly like the photo’s. The home was very clean. We were provided with little toiletries as well as dish soap, garbage bags, and detergent. The kitchen was stocked with utensil etc. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I have absolutely no complaints about this home. I would definitely stay here again. Any questions/concerns I had, Dennis was quick to respond.

I had family visiting from South America and it was their first time in the states. We absolutely loved the house, what a great first impression to have coming to the states. Everything was exactly how it was described and Dennis was very prompt to respond to any questions I had. We will definitely stay there again anytime we come back to Orlando. The place was very clean and comfortable. Only thing I’d recommend is that more essentials were provided (shampoo, body wash, soap) especially when we had 7 people staying for a week! Other than that, everything was flawless!!

The house was sparkling clean, comfortable, spacious. It's a private neighborhood with a lot of security. The kitchen is complete and the beds are very comfortable. Very enjoyable.

If your not booking Dennis home then your not looking for an amazing place, very clean,easy to find,check in is a breeze, pool warm and nice. me and my friends had the best time for my birthday. store are close by, theme park are less than 30mins away. Just the perfect home and location. million percent will book again anytime I visit.

Unfortunately, the washer and dryer provided were not functioning appropriately—something we were unaware of until after washing our clothing. Due to the malfunctioning dryer, we were unable to properly dry our clothes, which led to several items becoming mildewed and ultimately damaged. As a result, some members of my party had to return home with wet clothing, which added significant weight to their luggage and resulted in excess baggage fees at the airport.

We had a great stay! The host, Dennis, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We did have a small issue with one of the beds, but Dennis responded right away and had maintenance take care of it first thing the next morning, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.

The house was as described it was the couch and tv not working properly that was unexpected. I paid for a vacation for my family and wasn’t aware of things damaged. The amenities was paid and pool and slide was closed no refund. Lazy River overcrowded due to other pool closed. It was my first time at resort and it didn’t make a good first impression for a vacation for my family.

This home was everything that it was listed as picture perfect. It accommodated all of our needs and when we went to the clubhouse to enjoy those amenities they wanted us to pay even though the price was included in our stay Dennis refunded me within 5 minutes later. This home made our annual family vacation even more special and memorable.. Thank you again

The house was lovely and Dennis commented very quickly when we had a question or issue. However I do think the kitchen could have been better stocked with some essentials for large groups. ( more serving bowls, cork screw etc) .

Nice cozy home with TONS of space. Great home for 2 or 3 families with lots of bathrooms and 2 TV sitting areas. The half bath out by the pool was a great feature.

Great stay at solterra, we love this resort. No issues at all, houses are beautiful and the resort pool gym , courts etc are very nice. Only thing to make it better is to provide more essentials at the house so you don’t have to buy everything for a week.

Home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay. My family felt so at home here that they did not want to leave. Dennis was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Lucky to find a clean & safe home on short notice while evacuating during Hurricane Milton. It was as welcoming as the photos & description listed. Plenty of room for our whole family! Not on a 'typical family vacation', local amenities were not used. Kitchen was stocked, able to cook & eat in. Location was easy to find, security gate, & lots of parking. Equipped with multiple TV's, & many areas to play games, nicely spaced out. We had issue with water not heating up for showers. Running the faucet sped up the heating (not ideal). Issue with keyless entry, not accepting the code. 5 people in the rain (1 is 8 mo. pregnant) with groceries tying to get inside! Customer Service tried to reset the lock remotely, but didn't work. We were told to use the 'back door entrance', which was locked. Finally unlocked using a credit card to 'open the lock' on front door. Dennis(host) responsive with text. Not ideal family vacation security. Replacing entry lock & water heater can make this 5 stars.

The house was great, clean, comfortable, had all the things they offered. The heating of the pool was a great success, there were a lot of towels. The area is very nice. We went to the pool, unfortunately the children could not get on the slide because they mediate less than 44inch, the lazy river is very nice. We had an issue with the lock that was locked but Denis responded to my message immediately and resolved the problem. I recommend the house.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kids spent majority of the time at the pool. There was a lounge area upstairs that they loved too. The space was a perfect fit for my family and I.

Enjoyed the stay! Easy check in, responsive host, and very clean. Traffic to Orlando was horrible the entire weekend. About 40-50 min drive in traffic, so plan accordingly. Other than that this location is perfect. Will definitely stay here next time during the week or less busy weekend
