Place was amazing. Very clean & looks exactly like pictures. Neighborhood also super safe and clean. Only complaint was the air conditioning. It was very humid even with the recommended settings.

I loved this place so much! Was very clean, big & spacious with pretty rooms and decorated disney theme frames on second floor with a pool table! Each room had its own tv and i overall love how it just felt like home to me and my family. The beds were really comfortable and the host was nice and responsive. Definitely would recommend for family’s to stay here.

Our family stayed for the week of Christmas and we were very comfortable and had an amazing time. The home was very clean and well kept. I would say the home most comfortably sleeps 12 instead of 14. The full size beds are too small for two people. Other than that, we don’t have any complaints.

Dennis place was an amazing stay for my family and I. It was about 14 of us, and it was more than enough space. We rented an airbnb to surprise my grandma for her 70th birthday with family she has not seen in years from Trinidad. Dennis place was clean and roomy. The pool was great for the kids. It was a little pricey, but it was worth it. My grandma was pleasantly surprised, and we had a good time. I definitely recommend Dennis's place.

Dennis’ home was great for our family vacation of 12. He was super responsive to any questions we had and the home came with everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with one of the beds but Dennis very quickly got this taken care of for us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house was stunning and smelt amazing. Pool was definitely heated and it felt good. The only thing was I wasn’t aware that you have to now pay to use the amenities on the property. It’s no longer included but other than that, my party and I had a blast and would return in the future.

My group enjoyed the stay at the Airbnb. We had enough rooms for everyone that stayed and everything was clean in the house. Dennis was very responsive to the questions we had and prior to the checkin he gave us an email on things we can do in the area. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and his team. Enjoyed our stay here! The house has plenty of space for large groups, both the private pool and community pool were great, and close to theme parks in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The home was beautiful, it looks exactly like the photos, except for the minor details such as marks on walls, & stair rails. Also, the gathering room upstairs The couch had a variety of stains and did not appear to be clean enough to use. So we didn’t utilize the couch. All pictures were sent to Dennis. When we arrived we noticed that there was a lot of ants going from the trash can to the front door. Once we entered, we noticed a significant amount of ants downstairs, and upstairs. I immediately let Dennis know and he was very responsive and advised that he would have pest control come out the following day. My family and I went and purchased some pest spray from a nearby store and sprayed the entire house the day we arrived. Dennis did advise the follow day that pest control was coming out to service the home. Due to my family and I being out, I wasn’t sure if they arrived or not but we didn’t see anymore ants for the remainder of our trip, which was great!

Dennis did a great job with his home and his communication from when we booked the house. Me and my family really enjoyed staying at the house. We were so sad to leave. Dennis response time was spot on!!! If I could give him an 100 star I would!! Only thing I would say is that the temperature up stairs is hotter than down stairs. We were really hot when sleeping at night. That would be the only thing but we love everything else about our trip! 100/10 would recommend!

The place was amazing and matches the Pictures perfectly! I recommend heating the pool though it doesn’t heat too much but still felt more comfortable with heating (especially at night). Do not arrive prior to your check in time unless you have arranged to do so. The property doesn’t allow ppl with bags/luggage and they have nowhere to hold them until your check in time. The house, bedrooms, and pool were gorgeous. Would love to stay here again and Dennis was an amazing host - Very accommodating, friendly, and always responsive.

My family and in-laws enjoyed the home very much! The only thing that was a turn off was the “hot tub” which I paid for heat. Which I expected from reading the reviews after I purchased it. The home was very beautiful and still practical for toddlers. We did encounter a few baby “water bugs” on entry , but Dennis sent the pest control immediately once proof of picture was given. It was quick trip to all the attractions. Thank you for opening your home to us!

This house was great. Very clean and well equipped. Pool was amazing. We paid for pool heat but had to ask to have it turned off given the outside temps. Host was prompt in replying. The only issue was that traffic was backed up at the front gate which meant we had to wait on a busy street. This is more a resort issue. Wonderful stay

I loved the stay! The house was perfect to accommodate my entire family! The ride to the theme parks was about 40 minutes with traffic that was okay with me because it’s traffic everywhere in FL. In the house the hot water didn’t get hot it was Luke warm and the hot tub was not heated I didn’t know that until we got there and wasn’t able to get the pool and hot tub heated.. so I suggest you do that piror to you stay. Overall great house and location.

The house was perfect for our group. The house was clean and just as pictured. The pool was perfect too. We opted for the heat (Nov stay) and it was well worth it, it heats up perfectly even in cold weather. The house was a great size and the community is brand new and amenities are on point.

I rented Dennis’ unit for my son’s 3rd birthday trip to Disney and we had an excellent stay here. My son walked in and was so ecstatic! Dennis left Oreos, not knowing those are my baby’s favorite so that was a great touch. The house was very clean, and perfect for a group. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool since we didn’t pay for the heat (forecast showed 82° then went into the 50’s) but it was still nice to look at. Also, two TVs had problems connecting to WiFi but both times I messaged Dennis, he sent someone out to fix them. I definitely recommend this home and Dennis! Thank you so much again for making my son’s birthday trip awesome and enjoyable for us!

The stay overall was just ok. THE GOOD The house looks great and looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I love the resort waterpark area. My group had a lot of fun there. The staff was friendly. The house was spacious and is great for a large group (up to 14). The best part of the house was probably the upstairs area where everyone could gather together to play games, watch movies or do whatever you want to do. The pool area in the exterior was a bit small, but still nice and the lights in the pool gave it a very nice effect. There was plenty of dishware in the kitchen area and there is the added convenience of the laundry room. THE BAD The property definitely needs some upgrades. It seems the carpet was not well vacuumed. Think tufts of hair getting stuck between your toes while walking barefoot on the carpet. The a/c was not working properly upstairs so we spent an uncomfortable night (someone came by to fix the unit in the morning). The a/c temp would not go below 78 and it was just too hot for all of us to sleep comfortably. The grill was not working properly outside so we ended up cooking everything inside in the oven instead of having a BBQ. Two bathrooms did not have hot water (it was just slightly warm) and the water pressure on the showers were pretty bad. The Wi-Fi was horrible! There simply was no signal in most areas of the house. Most of the beds felt like you were sleeping on a rock and the property owner only provides 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher soaps, an extremely small bottle of Palmolive and like 1 or 2 tide pods. For a large party those numbers are just not enough. Overall the stay was just ok. I had to clean the carpet myself, buy more tide pods and anything else we needed to make the stay more comfortable, but the things I could not fix myself was not good (a/c, grill, Wi-Fi).

There were cigarette butts & bandages around the pool, no instructions on how to work the internet or TV's, cell phone service was terrible, curtain rods & toilet paper holder was pulled from the walls, floors were dirty. Traffic was horrible it took an hour to go 15 miles. Due to a bad storm we put our cars in the garage we left the next day thru the garage when we returned at 5pm we couldn't get in the house due to us setting the deadbolt on the front door the night before & not unlocking before we left, I called for help & was told they would reset the codes on the door & garage door opener & text to us so we left for dinner & returned at 7pm. We couldn't get in I called & left several messages & received a call from a VERY RUDE girl she tells me we aren't allowed to use the garage & they couldn't help us until the next day I asked what are we to do there are 8 of us & everything is in the house she said 'ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM" I told her if we had to I'd break a window I would she told me they'd charge me for the damage & I should call a locksmith now its 9pm. After calling 2 locksmiths both said they didn't have anyone available the 3rd one did come but we didn't get in the house until 12:30. The next day I got a call from the RUDE girl she asked how we got in I told her we got a locksmith then she starts telling me how its my fault since we set the deadbolt I told her I didn't need to listen to any more from her and she slammed the phone down. I'm sure glad we didn't have a pipe burst I'd hate to see how long it would take for them to help.

The house was beautiful. There Is plenty of shopping near to make it easy. We were spending most of our time at universal or downtown Orlando and the ubers were usually about 20-25 min to those places. Dennis is so attentive and replies very quickly. I would quite literally rent this house again if the opportunity arises. Perfect spot for an unforgettable week for decent sized group.

Beautiful place to stay! I wish the other travelers would’ve treated the airbnb like their second home (there was a decent amount of scuff marks on walls and some stained furniture). The house was in good condition! Pool was cold but we didn’t want to pay for heat. I would definitely rent again from Dennis!

The house itself was very nice and lots of space for a bigger group! The location was about 30 mins away from Orlando or areas my group wanted to go to so it wasn’t always the easiest traveling and getting ubers. The pool was also cloudy on arrival and gradually turned green by the end of the stay. But other than that it was a great stay and the host is quick to answer all of your questions

This house is beautiful it looks just like the pictures. The 1st floor where the living room is located is a bit smaller than expected but other than that it was so nicely decorated. If you stay during months that get cold in orlando make sure you get the pool heating! The beds are really comfortable too!

Amazing new house! Extremely modern and spacious. Dennis a pleasure In the pool heating terms in conditions, it states the fee is inclusive to having the heat pump on and running for 6-12 hours per day. It is not for any guaranteed temperature, as outside factors do affect the rate the to deal with. Only qualm was when the outside temperature dropped to 55 the pool heater never reached the desired temperature. z

The house is beautiful. We paid the extra $20 a day to have the pool heated but it took a few days for the water to actually warm up so it’s something to keep in mind. The house was clean and looked just like the photos. The area is a bit far from Orlando attractions so you will need a car to get around

We loved the decor. The Harry Potter room was impressive, with little details that made a difference, but ALL the decor was just so... pretty! Loved the textured walls. Pool was nice and hot (extra fee is worth it!) and the big couches upstairs were great for spreading out to watch a movie. Checkin was quick and easy and we like the keyless entry. Trash valet service was also nice.

Overall the house was nice and as described. Beds weren’t horrible but also weren’t super comfortable. The house was very clean and in a convenient location. We were unable to use this the amenities because they were extremely packed and Covid regulations were not in place, however they were nice. Checkin and out were both very simple. The house decor is not small child friendly. It looks beautiful but there is a lot of glass and some rock decor not good for toddlers. We simply moved everything into the garage for the duration of our stay and it was fine. House is definitely good for large group/family. Our only complaint is that we spent Christmas there so the children opened a few gifts. My two nieces each received American Girl dolls which we accidentally left in one of the rooms when we checked out and didn’t realize it until we got to the airport. The dolls never left the house and we didn’t stop anywhere between the house and airport so there’s no chance they were left anywhere else, however the housekeepers never turned the dolls in. So basically, the dolls were stolen by the housekeepers. It was totally our fault for leaving the dolls but I would think that someone would have the decency to turn them in seeing as how they were brand new dolls that were obviously not meant to be left. Dennis did message us back and forth but in the end there were no dolls and no kind of offer for reimbursement. So if you do decide to stay at this home, definitely don’t forget anything with the good faith it will be returned and I wouldn’t recommend letting the housekeeper come during your stay as it is quite obvious that they don’t have a problem with taking/keeping your things.
