Loved the property, communication was great. This is my second time renting the property. If I change anything it would be that it needs a new pool table and the theater projector never worked for us. Overall still a awesome stay

Booked this place for my large family for Thanksgiving 2024. The house accommodated us very well. A lot of space and beds available. Dennis was quick to respond and answer all of my questions and concerns. I’m only rating this 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few minor details. The house is in a gated community. You are only allowed 5 parking passes per house which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. I had family that traveled from all over and we had a lot of vehicles. Minor dents and holes in the walls throughout. Just have to make sure the host is aware so that they won’t charge for it. Amenities cost per house for the duration of your stay. It was $45 for our group. We split the cost so it wasn’t much at all!

I was recommended to Dennis place after my original host canceled less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to check in. Although that situation was unfortunate I’m ok that it happens because I truly enjoyed this place. The communication was great. The house felt like home for my family. I was very thankful for Dennis hosting me in such late notice as I booked the house the same day I was due to check in . I found everything to be easy and comfy.

Upon arriving, there was a strong odor. We noticed the furniture looked unclean and the carpets were so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. Our problems started with clogged toilets. Then we encountered bed bugs which was not addressed in a professional manner. We were blamed for bringing the bed bugs when the room they were found in was unoccupied up until they were noticed. We were suggested to remain in the home while they sprayed and exterminated the bugs and then they attempted to pass the cost of that onto us and if that was not acceptable then we were to find another place to spend the night at the very last second. And for this major inconvenience, we were offered only 10% money back. For the amount of money we spent on this stay, this experience was unacceptable and the company that hosts these stays lack professionalism in how these serious matters are handled.

The house was the right size for my large family retreat. Love the large rooms with their individual bathrooms and many king size beds. The kitchen size was perfect as well, and we all enjoyed the huge gathering area next to it. Was disappointed that the garage doors did not have openers. Carpet is dated and not befitting of that type of house. The dining room stools were squeaky and flimsy. I would consider going back and even recommending this location, if they were to address the above issues.

House was just as advertised had a few minor things broken like latch for garage door but there were one on each side so still able to lock etc nothing major once I arrived I did not have to contact Dennis at all which is always a good thing would definitely stay there again.

the property was beautiful and spacious. we had enough room for everyone to feel comfortable during our stay. The only problem I had was the spa/pool was super cold. we paid for the heated service but it never worked. Dennis had someone to come out to service it, they told us that it would heat up in 2hrs.. That definitely was not the case. 8hours went by it was freezing 🥶. Dennis responded everytime I reached out for an issue. we did receive a proper refund for the issue. If you would like somewhere space This will be the property for you.

Dennis’s place was great. Lots of room for our entire family. Clean fresh towels and linens. Cleaning people were still cleaning when we checked in and left trash in outside trash container which attracted big birds with smell who were climbing on our cars. 1 bathroom toilet was not flushing but maintenance team was able to fix it within 24 hours of check in. Dennis extended check out free of charge because of this.

Although I wasn't able to attend the family gathering, my family informed me that the house was beautiful. They would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Dennis was a great host. He communicated very well and in a timely fashion. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to find. This home was perfect for our adult only trip.

The size of the house was great for our group. However, the house needs TLC, ie paint, furniture chipped, sofa in living room needs TLC. We didn’t have pool access the first day, and patio furniture definitely needs to be replaced.

Pros 1. Big house with many rooms 2. How was clean 3. Big driveway 4. Lots of bathrooms 5. Nice pool and jacuzzi Cons 1. The house had some wear and tear 2. I messaged In advanced to have pool heat turned on a day earlier than our arrival to ensure that poll and Jacuzzi would be hot on our arrival. I paid for the extra day and was told it was taken care of but wasn’t on when I got there and took a couple days to get everything hot and working. Otherwise perfect experience. Was priced well and communication was good but not really necessary.

Great Stay! House is perfect for big families that want to be together and still have their own privacy. Dennis responds to my concerns very quickly. There was a issue with the water going down in one of the bathrooms and maintenance was there within the hour. We didn’t get to use the theatre because we couldn’t get it to turn on so I can’t say much about it but we played family games so we didn’t care. Overall my entire family enjoyed the house and the jacuzzi was the best! Pay for pool heating you won’t be disappointed!

Dennis was a great host from start to finish. He was very tentative to any questions or concerns that I had prior to and during my stay. The house was very spacious for my large party of 25. The house was very nice and clean. The yard is able to fit 6 car’s comfortably. The neighborhood is nice. Overall it was a great stay definitely would rent again. 10/10.

The home is very nice! My family came to Orlando to go to Disney World. The home was only about 20 minutes from the parks. The house also accommodated our family of 21. All of the adults traveling with us had their own bathroom in their rooms. I thought that was awesome. Some of my family also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We would love to come back again and go to the water park that is on site.

The house is as advertised, with wear, but the parking in the community is horrible. It is limited to 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway, which was not mentioned in the listing, prior to booking. Overflow parking is extremely minimal, as street parking is not allowed overnight, and the vehicle may get towed, at the owners expense. Dennis is prompt in responding to inquiries and concerns.

Large house as pictured. Needs a small refresher on paint but overall a great property. Host was quick to respond and provided a ton of information prior to arrival. We used this for a work retreat and had plenty of space for our group without feeling on top of each other!
