we stayed as a large group! it was a perfect setting for a friend trip down to Orlando for a long weekend. sometimes getting in the gate can be difficult during peak times, but they do move through quickly.

Perfect Stay! Everything about this Airbnb was amazing — super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, the host was very responsive, and all the little details made it feel like home. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommend! I WILL BE BACK!

This home was exactly as described and pictured—absolutely perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the game room was a huge hit! We spent hours there enjoying some friendly competition. This was actually my second time staying in a home managed by Dennis and his team, and I would 1000% do it again. Dennis was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed the stay here, it was spacious for all seven of us. We really enjoyed the upstairs living room and used it to have a family movie night. Dennis was always quick with a response when I had questions. Overall great experience, Disney was only a 20 min drive and everything was near by. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This house is very nice and spacious, organized and clean. The host never informed us of the temperature of the water with heating and we paid for that service, which was not necessary at all, so we could not use the pool. Only that detail bothered us, but otherwise everything was perfect and of course I would repeat the visit, but without asking for heating in the water😂.

The house is very nice and comfortable , the neighborhood is quiet , clean , organized and safe. We had a great time! I just regret not having sent the jacuzzi to heat up, the pool water a little cold . I liked the stay. … very grateful for having responded quickly to my forget about my bag in the house . A great quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The residence is beautiful. Perfect for a family vacation. Nothing negative to say at all. Dennis, who may be “AI”, is very responsive. We stayed for two weeks. I’d like to pass on some tips and things that we didn’t know before arrival. It’s a gated community so prior to arrival your name and house address is provided to the guard house. Upon arrival, They provide you with a pass. On subsequent entries, you scan the pass which opens the gate. Lineups going into the neighbourhood can be very heavy. It can take up to 20 minutes to get in. In order to access sorterra resort (pool area), you need to purchase a pass at the clubhouse. then submit your receipt to Dennis for reimbursement. There are separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs air conditioning control. The lowest setting for the upstairs however is 73. Our kids found it too warm. Purchasing heat for the pool in March was a good decision. Overall, a great place

This house is amazing, my family and I really enjoyed ourself over Thanksgiving weekend, it felt like home away from home. House was clean, very spacious, the pool and Jacuzzi was nice and hot since the temperature did drop, the play room was definitely a plus. Dennis was great with communication and especially for the late check out. I will definitely will return back to Dennis’ place. Everything was perfect!

We really loved this place , and was amazed how accurate the pictures were of the property. There was space enough to fit everyone comfortably. Dennis was extremely helpful always responded in a timely manner which was so nice. We enjoyed the amenities we will definitely be visiting again soon

We loved the house, the pool and the resort. Dennis communicated well throughout our stay and even came out for something as simple as the remote/TV not working. This was unexpected but certainly appreciated. We will definitely stay at this location whenever we visit Florida.

First off I would like to say Dennis was an amazing host. For our first time ever visiting Florida, we definitely picked the right house in a perfect location and near everything we wanted to do. The house was beautiful, big,and fun with a swimming pool. We will definitely be renting this home again! Until we meet again Florida, we had a blast!

There is a reason Dennis has high scores. He has great communication and extremely helpful. We loved our stay at this home. The check in was a little confusing because the code was wrong but he responded right away and we got it figured out. The house wasn’t as clean when we showed up. There was trash left in the game room and one of the beds had a lot of hair and crumbs in the sheets. But that was more on the cleaning company and not Dennis. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm and great size for our group. I would 100% use him again next time we come down.

Everything was great. There was an issue with the gas stove and hot water when we first arrived, but your staff handled it quickly by moving us to different unit which we enjoyed as well. The accommodations met all of our needs and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We usually visit this area 2-3 times per year and have used many different airbnb's. This is by far the best. We would like to continue using this airbnb for future visits.

Our family of 8 loved the house and the location! Even when it rained the kids enjoyed the screened in backyard pool and game room, which took the pressure of entertaining toddlers and teens off of the adult's! The extra space in the upstairs family room provided a sanctuary for kids to do tiktoks, watch youtube, and whatever else they do these days! The kitchen was very well equipped for us cooking and storing snacks! The free community resort style pool was the cherry on top! The laundry room and extra pool and bath towels were a saving grace! Dennis responded very quickly, and although our issues were small, they were promptly delt with! The price was affordable and we didnt have a long list of chores to do at check out.... Our only disappointment was that the description said there would be 7 beds, and there were 6. It wasn't a really big deal, but we did have 2 angry siblings the first night but it was settled with a late night swim!

The place was nice but none of the amenities could be found and everything was at an additional cost. The cable went out and the connection was not good. We found broken glass on the patio floor and my grandson almost stepped on a very large peace of glass. I wanted to use the hot tub and that was an additional $35.00 per day. I think the cleaning crew could of done a better job at cleaning.

House was super clean! Beautiful Home. Restaurants were not to far. Door dash was not a long wait time. Pool was great including the Spa. Pool are Had lights which the kids loved! Only thing we did not enjoy was the grill, we wanted to use it and when we arrived and tried to connect our gas tank we weren't able to maybe next it'll be in working conditions other then that house was amazing!

Had a nice stay in the house. All amenities provided and a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Had good communications with Dennis throughout our stay. Location was perfect as it was far enough away from the Parks to minimize Interstate traffic but close enough for us to visit two of the parks. Plenty of good eats and exploring in the local area. We have stayed in the complex before and will look for another reason to return and enjoy the hood!

Dennis was a great host and his place was nice and spacious as well as the description being accurate & the location was nice as well. His communication was fast and he was helpful. He has so many things to accommodate families with smaller children such as high chairs & a baby gate, strollers and maybe even pack n plays (we didn’t open them, but assuming that is what they were). The pool was spacious and ready to swim in several hours after we got there, since it got some treatment right when we checked in. All the rooms were clean and the themes were nice as well and the ceiling fans were a plus, especially for Florida with the extreme heat we experience. The kitchen had pots, pans & utensils to cook basic meals, and had baking sheets as well. One thing we did notice was the fridge was taking a bit long to cool our drinks the day of check in, however, it resolved itself and everything was chilled the next morning. Overall, Dennis was amazing and we would book with him again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Tons of space. We spent as much time as possible in the pool. We wanted it heated but they recommended not spending the money. We were nervous about it but they were right. We didn’t need it heated. We would definitely stay here again.

The house we stayed in was fantastic. We had an incredible time - the pool and hot tub were amazing, the house was huge, clean and well taken care of. We loved staying there! The little touches they added really made it. Any question we had was answered immediately, and there were no issues with the house. We are planning on staying there again next year! It was exactly what we wanted.

Such a nice cozy place! House exactly as pictured in the listing. Kids will really enjoy the heated pool, game room and big open upstairs loft! Themes for kids room were really cool. Disney parks and universal are all close to the property. Great place to stay when visit Orlando! I’ll definitely be staying with Dennis again!

The home was beautifully arranged as promised. What made me more at ease was the top notch security every moment of the day. The home was cleaned, besides the face that there was glass in the pool, the overall home was enjoyable.

We picked to stay here and over our stay it was started with an correct door code. Then we realized the cable didn’t work in any bedrooms..The internet didn’t work either so we had to use our phones. I filled the dishwasher after dinner night one and it didn’t work so I reached out the first time and there apparently wasn’t water hooked up to it so how were the dishes cleaned? They weren’t they had things on them and hair on the ones set out. We had to hand was dishes all weekend for 12 people, because they had come out a total of three times before they said it was broken. Our hot tub I paid for the heat and it kept draining. The grill had no propane and I was told they don’t provide it. The Xbox controllers had dead batteries which I had to purchase for the kids myself. There were balloons and water bottles left in the house during a pandemic nothing should be left behind. The sheets had stains on them so we washed them ourselves. There weren’t enough pool towels either. The space was big and open, and plenty of room for everyone just had a horrible experience over all.

Dennis place is dry clean and beautiful it was everything we expected. Everything was in top condition. I would recommend a blue tooth speaker if you need music on vacation like me. Other than that it was amazing all appliances, baking pans, and dish ware were available. This place was very welcoming and beautiful you will live it.
