The house was clean, comfortable, and less than 30 mins away from Disney. There was enough pool and bath towels per person. The community’s pool charges $40 for a pass and I totally recommend the pool heat for the house’s pool! We had to go out and replenish toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, & dish soap. The host was responsive the entire time. The wifi did not work for us so we couldn’t use TVs and one of the guests wasn’t able to work from home like she had planned. The host said he was working on it so might not be an issue in the future.

What a fantastic villa! Exactly as the photos posted. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, lots of space and a wonderful pool to relax in at the end of a busy day. Very quiet, easy access and the use of the facilities onsite very welcome. All the rooms, bedrooms, kitchen all as described. Nice little touches with the toiletries, kitchen welcome pack etc. Would highly recommend to any other families. Dennis was very easy to contact and dealt with a couple of enquiries within the same day, excellent service.

Dennis place was fabulous 👌 👏 looked exactly as it did in the photos.. There is alot of space. The kids enjoyed the arcade room.. ( I would just put a fan in there.) overall we ejoyed the place, very spacious, clean, comfortable, everything you needed was there to cook with, extra towels, and outstanding host!!! Dennis was very nice and helpful 👍 👏 hands down responded on spot for any questions!! 🙂

We were two families on holiday in Florida, and had this house as a base for almost 3 weeks. 4 adults and 4 children under 10 years. Plenty of room to be together, but also the opportunity to split up. Great pool area, where the kids played for hours. Quiet area, but still central location, and short drive to both shopping and Orlando's attractions. Recommended!

The house itself was more than enough space for my family and I! It was beautiful! When we arrived it was unfortunate to see a few fixtures broken. The screen around the pool had two large tears which meant we had to deal with bugs and mosquitos while trying to enjoy the pool. It also looked very trashy. When we contacted Dennis (our point of contact) he was not helpful. Then Casiola company reached out letting us know they were going to resolve the issue, they did not. We were then notified that there would be an additional charge for the heat per day with a 2 day minimum. And it would also take 24 hours for the heat to activate. The listing never made us aware of that and it was pretty strange they promoted hot tub but now we have to pay for heat?! I would’ve liked to know so I can financially plan my trip better. The basketball hoop in the game room fell apart within the first hour because it was held together by zip ties. We were disappointed.

We felt at home. The house and amenities matched the description and photos. Very quick response to any questions. Additionally quick response and resolution to concerns. Pool heat made the hot tub a delight and the pool a swim able temp. The pool does get sun during the day too. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house. Heard no complaints about the beds , all of which were used. The resort it a short walk, just around the corner and it was easy to enjoy too.

Our stay here started on a very bad note. We were unable to enter the house due to a faulty lock. After several remote code change attempts, a maintenance man finally showed up- over two hours later. It turns out the lock was faulty, and by this point it was 10pm at night, and our young child had to fall asleep in the driveway. Dennis was not at all empathetic toward that, and when I asked for a reimbursement the major inconvenience, and for the pool heating fees given that we couldn’t get into the house until 10pm and the hot tub wasn’t hot until our last day, he did not budge an inch- the only thing he offered was a late checkout which did us no good because we had to leave early on our departure date anyways. This is the first Airbnb I’ve had a poor experience with. The house itself is pretty nice with access to the resort pool/water slide/lazy river, but because the host was so stubborn in working with us on a reimbursement after our experience I could not recommend this place.

My stay was great! Me and my family always travel around this time for the Florida Classic. The house looks exactly how it’s pictured on the website. One king bed room upstairs and the one down stairs have their own restrooms inside but the other four rooms share the other two bathrooms! And the neighborhood is quiet. Just a helpful tip. Other than that my experience was great and will definitely book again!

Dennis was amazing very responsive at all times especially during the hurricane aftermath. The house itself was gorgeous me and my family enjoyed the stay here. We will definitely be booking again for the summer !!!

Dennis was an extremely gracious host. Not only was he professional and extremely responsive, but he was able to help with any issue or question we had. During our stay we ended up having a hurricane (Milton) affect our area. Dennis made the process of leaving early and getting a full refund super easy and hassle free. I would recommend Dennis and his property to anyone who asks me. I am very happy with the level of service myself and my family received and will be back again one day specifically because of the way we were treated by Dennis. We can’t thank you enough for helping us out in our time of need and for recognizing that staying during the storm was not an option.

Clean and quiet stay! Tons of bedroom options, convenient location. Pool is positioned for all day sun, which was a selling point for us. Close to conveniences, yet not on busy main road. Gated with security 24/7. Will stay here next year as well.

My family of 12 stayed in this beautiful home for 10 days However since day 1 we had a water issue from the fridge that was ongoing the whole 10 days with many technicians in and out trying to figure the issue out, it was clearly an ongoing problem because the baseboard in the kitchen has warped off and mold was spreading on it! We did not have ice for the 10 days- also the sink leaks too, as a technician first thought was comming from there… I had to send the elder family member home early due to not feeling well, perhaps the mold intake. And was afraid for falling on the slippery floor Dennis told me i would receive a partial refund after check out, however did not get a reply yet. Not a happy client atall and will push for further compensation for such a inconvenience on our vacation

Our whole family loved our stay at this house! The house was beautiful and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed! We loved the pool and hot tub - it was so warm, so even on the cooler days we could swim. The lazy River and water park, plus the two playgrounds in solterra, were a huge hit with our kids. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone, and hope to visit again in the future!

Great time at this pool house! The dryer didn’t work, but within 30 mins there was a repair guy. A button had broke and they quickly replaced it.
