Our stay here started on a very bad note. We were unable to enter the house due to a faulty lock. After several remote code change attempts, a maintenance man finally showed up- over two hours later. It turns out the lock was faulty, and by this point it was 10pm at night, and our young child had to fall asleep in the driveway. Dennis was not at all empathetic toward that, and when I asked for a reimbursement the major inconvenience, and for the pool heating fees given that we couldn’t get into the house until 10pm and the hot tub wasn’t hot until our last day, he did not budge an inch- the only thing he offered was a late checkout which did us no good because we had to leave early on our departure date anyways. This is the first Airbnb I’ve had a poor experience with. The house itself is pretty nice with access to the resort pool/water slide/lazy river, but because the host was so stubborn in working with us on a reimbursement after our experience I could not recommend this place.

My stay was great! Me and my family always travel around this time for the Florida Classic. The house looks exactly how it’s pictured on the website. One king bed room upstairs and the one down stairs have their own restrooms inside but the other four rooms share the other two bathrooms! And the neighborhood is quiet. Just a helpful tip. Other than that my experience was great and will definitely book again!
