Although I did have some trouble checking in upon first arrival , I was able to get in and the home was beautiful . The rooms were spacious and my extra guests really enjoyed the room . There is a lot of traffic at this specific resort but once you check in for first time and for your stay you don’t have to sit in traffic to get in. Just pass through gate as a normal resident .Other than that stay was amazing and I would love to come back for another stay . No complaints and all thumbs up.

This place was amazing… the house was as described. Dennis was very friendly and responded me super fast every time I had a question. We had a minor inconvenience with the washer machine that was not working but they sent someone the next day. They could not fix it but it was ok it was not something that was a big deal. The house was beautiful and very well kept. We loved our stay and will definitely will consider for my next trip to Orlando.

We had an amazing time at this home. It was a townhouse but yet private. It was clean offered alot of amenities. The kids loved the pool as well. Dennis was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The house is large, but it needs maintenance (mainly cleaning, including at the front and at the pool area). The household utensils (dishes and mugs) are mostly chipped. There was a broken glass and some basic cooking equipment like plastic bowls with a lid, sieve, funnel, fruit juicer. The alarm rang several times while we cooked. The sheets are not the size of the beds and the mattresses are not adapted to the size of the beds. In the bathrooms there is no preparation for the elderly or people with difficulty in locomotion. The condominium is quiet and quite far from the amusement parks. The host responds quickly but some basic information about the house and the condominium is missing. He himself assumed that he didn't know all the information I asked for.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay. The house was very beautiful, quiet, private, and safe for my family and I. The house is definitely a catch and a YES for me! I would definitely stay again. Dennis responded quickly to each of my emails. Everything was amazing. Thanks!

This place was a no frills location. What he describes is what you get. There is nothing extra like additional blankets. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were hard. What he does not say is that if you want to use the BBQ you have to buy your own propane. If you want to use the splash pool you have to pay $30 (might be more but I can't remember) a day to heat it. If you want to use the resort facilities you have to pay a resort fee. It was an okay place but for the price I could find something a little more convenient.

The place is plenty roomy enough and was a relatively accurate description. Our main concern is cleanliness. To start, there were cockroaches under the kitchen cabinets and crawling on the counters at night time. The bedding contained long hairs left behind presumably by a prior resident. The ceiling fans had cobwebs hanging down and the barbecue grill was filled with grease and we even spotted a few fleas on the furniture. Other concerns were: the air conditioning would not cool the house below 75-78 degrees making for some very uncomfortable nights. An upstairs bathroom was locked in one of the bedrooms and we had no way to get in. We chalked a lot of this up potentially to cleaning crew or management not doing their job, so when we received an email asking if we wanted to stay late or stay an extra night for half price, we extended our stay and decided to go to the parks an extra day. The next morning, however, we were not charged for the extra day so we reached out to the manager on AirBNB. He responded in cryptic one word or few word answers and would not help with extending the stay. We ended up having to send him a full day's price for the extra day only because we were under the gun and had to get to the park - and dealt with three visits from cleaning staff trying to come in even though we had already sent funds for another day through the Dispute Resolution channel. Then, we returned home to sit down and eat dinner and were greeted at the door by a pest control specialist wanting to spray for cockroaches with us (and our two children under two years old) there. This was a really messy experience and we would never, ever rent a home managed by this company again. The icing on the cake is that 'Dennis' promised to refund the difference in the extra night and did not keep his word. Please, please stay away. We have stayed in ten or eleven AirBNB's in Orlando in the last few years and this one ranks the very, very worst.

Pretty house, but not clean. There was a bag full of garbage at the front door with maggots. I had to sweep and mop the floor downstairs.

This was a great home and the location was easily accessible to retail food and parks. I felt like the home had everything that I would use at home available to me. It was clean and roomy and I would certainly stay again if in the area vacationing. Parking spaces were limited. You are allowed to have up to 5 passes for vehicles but there is only two spaces in front of property. There are maybe 5-6 more in cul-de-sac shared between all properties. We had an amazing comfy stay.

This place was amazing. It was equipped with everything you would need on a family vacation and it definitely was kid friendly. The resort amenities were awesome. Parking was kind of a headache but we made it work. I’ll definitely rent again.

Dennis was very responsive home was comfortable and welcoming. Home was spacious which allows for privacy and less crowding when accommodating the maximum number of guest. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking large family meals. Also we loved the open concept. Children loved the pool. Check in was swift as was check out we enjoyed our staycation here and would recommend this villa. Accurate we were a family of 10.
