Dennis was a fantastic host, super responsive at all times and very easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described, spotless, and the photos were 100% accurate. We had such a great time during our stay and felt very comfortable the whole visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free stay. No complaints at all! 💯🩵

Aside from the house not being the cleanest some of the remotes did not work. The WiFi didn’t always work. The TVs did not work the best. Had to keep making sure the WiFi and TV were still connected. We did end up paying for the resort pool (we got refunded) , the resort was included in our stay but the pool employees kept telling us no and fighting us about it. Next time the pool pass/card should be left on the counter with the welcome note. We also had an issue with the A/C not working properly. The house was beautiful, just a few knicks.

Really the We had a great time from the moment Dennis showed up We were actually further away from the park than usual, but we loved the complex The air conditioning stopped working for a few days, he always maintained good communication and tried to resolve the problem I'll keep in touch with him for other trips Regards

I appreciate Dennis and enjoyed my stay but the house looks nothing like the pictures. It needs a paint job so bad. The walls are so dirty all over the house. The BBQ grill was addressed but never fixed so I never used it. the brush should be replaced they had small bathroom trash bins that has rust on top. When visiting a home away from home it should give 5 star hotel.

My family and i really enjoyed our time spent! Although we did not enjoy all the stains on the walls, sand in the beds and couch and stains in the couch that was slightly off putting. Besides those small details we truly enjoyed the home. It was spacious, beautiful and provided a comfortable stay! Thank you for allowing us into your home and we will definitely recommend this to friends and family!

This home is perfect for kids; hardwood floors throughout. You will need to stop by a store to grab your cleaning supplies/ toilet papers as none was included. The location is perfect for both Disney and Universal with resort access included as part of the stay. Dennis was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

It was not worth the money in my honest opinion ...For me the house was made cheap of course the flooring was very uneasy to walk on especially in the bathrooms the decor was basic and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable I got a neck sprain the sockets in the house were going in and out and some were even upside down installed in the rooms...the air conditioning was in and out during the nights the rooms would get extremely hot and by mid morning cold again... it was just overbearing

Great place to stay within range of all activities. Only downside was how backed up the entrance gets, however that is out of the hands of the host. Dennis was very responsive and the space was very well kept! Pool was clean, bathrooms were clean and tvs in each room were an added plus! My family loved our trip and would stay here again!

We had a great stay, it got hot at night while sleeping I think ceiling fans are needed to help with this. Also more than 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person is needed if staying more than 2 days and we ran out of toilet tissue. Over all a great stay and close to plenty of shopping

Dennis was a great host. He provided all the essentials to get us started. The house is closed to supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. My kids enjoyed the warm backyard pool. There is a late check out option based on availability which really worked for us since our flight was in the evening. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home and resort. Checking in at the gate is chaos and entire road gets backed up. Pool was nice and warm. We paid for pool heat and kids were so disappointed the heater stopped working Wednesday and maintenance was not able to fix it. Hoping to be refunded the 3 days, as we were not able to use the pool the rest of the week. Resort charges a fee of $35 per family. Listing says included, it is not. Overall, it was a nice holiday. I would maybe not check in on a Saturday, if we return.

Host is very nice and responsive to any and all asks. Love that there was a baby gate around the pool. Pool is pretty small and was cold. We just used the community pool instead - which I must have understood wrong that you “have access” but you have to pay to use it. It was only $35 but i didn’t realize that. Also, Im sure it was a fluke accident but our car was broken into one night which it was our fault for not locking but felt like I should mention. Was great off location for our disney trip.

We stayed at this location and it was a group of 10 of us. The place is very accomodating and spacious. It is very beautiful and peaceful. I love that the pool is heated! We did have some plumbing issues; however, the host was super responsive and they came out quickly to assist with the issue. The only thing I wasnt aware of is that to access the amenities of the resort, you have to pay a fee which i dont recall reading on the description. Regardless, we paid the fee and enjoyed the beautiful amenities.

The property was great. Not spotless though, needs a deep clean but its not awful. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen. The boiler broke in our first property but we were quickly moved to another property. Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms. Overall really pleased with our stay. we would definitely stay again.

My stay at the property was excellent! The house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated, clean and with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped, which made it much easier to prepare some meals. The host was very attentive and helpful from the beginning, responding quickly to all my questions. The only point to wish for was the location. Although the condominium is quiet and safe, the property is not so close to restaurants and shopping places. However, this did not harm. The condominium has a gym and an excellent water park. I recommend it to everyone.

As a Host Dennis was wonderful, but his place could use some updating like them small tvs & the bedroom with a queen bed should not be decorated with Mickey Mouse. Some of the outlets weren’t working and I ordered heating for my pool and didn’t receive it. The best thing I liked about the house was the kitchen because they provided almost everything you could imagine.

this place is better than the pics! clean clean clean. easy to get in and out. gated community. great bedroom set up for multiple people with kids. 3 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for everyone. resort pool/waterside and lazy river were great! will be back for sure! thank you for the great place to stay!

Enjoyed our 3 week stay, the house was very nice and spacious. Came with all the little amentities that it said it would. From the kitchen sponge and soap, salt and pepper ,oil ,toilet paper, bathroom essentials etc.bigger than the pictures show. The bed frame legs in the master bedroom were previously broken, and had re broken on me while I was asleep. So that was an issue. I would definitely suggest changing the bed frame or legs in the future. Because the legs are not sturdy at all, and they're all still very loose upon leaving.The AC is really nice. The only thing is, it really doesn't work well In the other 2 rooms on the second floor,while the master bedroom does get nice and cold The other 2 rooms do not, there may be an issue with the ventilation system. Hopefully, they will fix that for future guest. Other than that, the stay was very nice. The place was very nice would definitely recommended. Look forward to renting from Dennis again.ty For everything

The place was very beautiful and nice. Everything to get us started was available. The check in instructions are that you can go straight to your home, but the resort says this isn’t true. You actually have to check in with the clubhouse to let them know you’re there and get a ticket for your car in order to bypass security. The clubhouse also isn’t technically as available as it seems. They reach capacity fairly quickly and won’t let anyone else in, so go early. Overall, the experience was great. Our host was super responsive. The check out list is a breeze compared to other homes. All you have to do is take care of your garbage and do the dishes. No need to wash the towels.
