Very responsive host and was helpful. Had a great stay and the air bnb was well fit to our needs. Heater got pool very hot, which was fine for us because we had cold mornings, but do be mindful of this. Also did not have Spider-Man room as mentioned in description of air bnb. Overall would recommend and stay here again!

This place was incredible for us to take our grandson on his first Busch Gardens and Disney trips. 45 min from Orlando airport. 20 min from Disney resort breakfast/Disney Springs. 1 hour from Busch Gardens. Great location. Townhouse was very spacious and had everything you would need for an extended stay. Optional heat for pool was worth it on our cooler mornings. Highly recommend and plan to stay here when we come back.

We loved the amount of space, it was quiet and the pool was amazing! We paid for it to be heated and that made our trip!! The community pool was fun but not heated, very cold this Feb. we received a nice welcome kit of things we needed for our stay that was very useful. Lots of towels and basics in the unit. Beds were comfortable to get a good night sleep. Dennis was very responsive and friendly.

The home was nice and as described! The splash pad and pool are literally a 3 min walk away. It was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was comfortable. Dennis was very quick to respond to anything we needed. One thing to note - the neighborhood pool is never heated per the employees working. Something to keep in mind when visiting in the cooler months :)

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom townhome near Disney! The home was spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were cozy, and everything we needed was provided. The pool and splash pad were a huge hit, especially for kids, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable—close to Disney and other attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this townhome to families or groups looking for a comfortable, fun, and convenient Disney-area stay!

The place was fine in general. Still there were some issues: 1. At the time of this writting, in the listing there's a bedroom with Avengers decorations, well... the decorations are not there, and I saw other comments about this too. Our 4 year old kid was really dissapointed about this, and so were we. I believe the listing should be updated ASAP. 2. POOL HEATING ISSUES: - Unlisted heating charges: On arrival we wanted to pay for 2-3 days of pool heating. The host told us this is now how it works and that we should pay for the reminder of our stay plus $35 extra for not requesting this before arrival, we payed anyway. - The heater never worked properly: The pool overheated and it was unsafe for our kid, the host kept manually turning it on and off and we ended up using it only 2-3 days out of 9 we payed for plus the extra fee. - The host did not want to recognize more than 2 days lost so we ended up talking with Airbnb support, who was really helpful. I can't recommend this.

We absolutely loved staying here, my daughter kept telling me she was moving in. Only downfall was the lack of superheros in kids room like the pictures showed, my daughter loves spider man so she was super excited for that.

Dennis’s place is worth it for the money.. condo public pool closes at 6 pm which is early, but the private pool was a life saver… place looked very similar to the pics.. clean 🧼…

I enjoyed our vacation and our host was very responsive and the place looks exactly like the pictures that were advertised. The only issue I had during our stay is that the amenities are under construction. So we didn’t get to enjoy the toddler splash pad, nor the burger place or the ice cream parlor. Those were the main reason why I chose to stay but overall a great place to stay!

Great location! Close to the Disney Parks. Loved the valet trash pick up! Also a middle ground for Venice Beach and Daytona Beach with a small drive(1-2hr) but you’re able to hit two popular beaches on one trip to break up your days at Disney

Our family vacation was simply amazing. The condo was beautiful and had literally everything my family needed, not to mention all the amenities on the property grounds, there was always something to do to keep us entertained and every day was a relaxing yet fun filled day. Peaceful oasis, we really enjoyed our stay. Pretty short drive to Disneyworld most days depending on timing and traffic. Close up groceries and very nice amenities (pool, mini golf). Would definitely stay again.

The place was great. The only issue was lack of hot water. A guy did show up , but didn't know where hot water heater was. Then we heard nothing. The resort kid pool was closed also the bar,ice cream parlor, and convenient store. Otherwise it was nice place to stay at.

Everything was A1 I have no complaints book business house, private pool, upstairs and downstairs multiple bathrooms. It was very clean. I had one situation with the sliding door, but call customer service and they came less than 30 minutes & Fix the problem.👊🏽

Home is very cozy and in a great area! 15-20 mins from Disney parks. Everything was great about the stay except the lack of WiFi. We were not able to use any of the TV’s as they are smart tv’s that require internet. This was the only issue but I would definitely stay here again as long as that internet issue is corrected as it stated the property had it.

Great property and area. Super close to a bunch of nice golf courses which is why I went down. Its also close to Disney. The only issue I ran into was with the WiFi. When we checked in we noticed that there was no router in the home and after reaching out to our host he explained that there would be no WiFi. My cell connection wasn’t great so this became inconvenient. Overall it’s a good option for the price.

Highly recommend. Everything very clean! Exactly as described! Heating the swimming pool works very well, and is worth the payment for the lowest temperature days.
