The location is excellent!! Close to Universal Parks and outlets. Nice house, but they should improve the cleanliness. Dirty bathroom, full of bugs, also bugs inside the cutlery on the table, old bed linen, stained, looking dirty. As if they hadn't cleaned the house to hand it over to us. Improving that would be excellent

Apartamento clean, organized, very well equipped kitchen, location in the excellent condominium, near the gym, the pool area (under renovation), perfect local location, you spend 10/15 min for the shopping and entertainment sector. Dennis always very attentive, very quick in the answers, always answered me in less than 5 minutes. I'd be staying with him again.

This is not our first stay with Dennis at his Vista Cay locations and will definitely not be our last. This townhome was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our stay during the Convention. The beds were very comfortable and having cable TV and not just a streaming service was a hug plus for us. The starter essential pack was great and the oreo cookies a pleasant surprise. Thank you again for a great stay and we we look forward to staying again in the future.

The good: Dennis was very responsive! Great location with easy access to the highways, parks and International Drive. There’s path that goes behind the neighborhood that’s greatly appreciated if you’re looking for a few minutes of quiet time. The home was very comfortable for a family of 6. The bad: The home could use a refresh since small things, like the stairs, need some love. Some lights were extremely dim. Unfortunately the pool was being remodeled so the clubhouse was a bit limited. The kitchen could be better stocked with trash bags and cleaning products. The ugly: One of the tubs was clogged. Issue was resolved quickly so I can’t knock them too much for it. The code to enter the home was disabled at midnight the day of checkout, which is 11 hours before actual checkout time. If we would have celebrated New Year’s Eve until late, we would have been locked out.

Stayed here for the weekend with my family and there was more than enough space to accompany a large group. Very spacious and comfortable! Only complaints are that the curtains in the bedrooms aren’t blackout, there were some small bugs in the entrance and in the bedroom on the first floor, and the garage door doesn’t work. Parking was a bit of an issue since we had more than one vehicle, but we were able to make it work. Great stay overall.

I start with the good, the location, it is consistent with what they posted on the page, the host kindly responds to messages although he was unaware of aspects of the additional parking. Between the negative aspects and by which I would not return to this property, a bed cover had a blood stain, there were cockroaches (the fumigation on a property like this should be mandatory and spotless), the garage door doesn't work i.e. you can't use the stall inside, then you only have the stall left outside. Also a cutting edge of the staircase was split, which represented a danger of cutting us off. I leave my observations with the intention that they can improve our experience. Thank you very much.

Dennis communication was great. Unit was cleaned and has all the amenities. Safe area and quiet. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots, etc. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Unit needs some TLC and upgrades, but in general our family had a pleasant stay. Other than the description, it has baby strollers, portable crib, baby feeding chair, pedestal fans and basic starter items. All items detailed on the property mgmt instructions email were there. A/C worked perfect. TV has cable and streaming channels. Location is great. Although Conv Ctr is next door, there is no sidewalk on the street closest to the gate and house. Attractions, grocery store and restaurants are a short drive. Swimming pool, game room and bar are just a 5 mins walk. Be careful with wasps. There was one small nest in the balcony that we removed.

This was a pleasant stay for our volleyball tournament. We were happy with the proxity to the convention center! It was very walkable and drivable through the backroad lot connecting to the parking. We appreciated the welcome touches like detergent, trash bags and even a treat! The beds were nice and bathrooms and amenities such as the pool/hot tub are refreshing. The multilevel villa is bright and clean and suited our needs. We had space to spread out and enjoyed being all together in the living area, table, kitchen and barstool counter area. We plan to return in the future. There is a great pizza spot and all types of food close by. This is a good place for any Orlando agenda.

Stay was quiet in gated area. Place was a little dated for the price but also easily sleeps 10. Walkable to convention center. Very close to anything needed. Dennis was very responsive and let me book last minute. Thank you for accommodating us.

Perfect place for large families! The home had everything we needed. We had little kids and infants with us and everything we could need was present. The host is very thoughtful in the little details that matter. They provided starter kits and extras for the stay that was more than enough. The property itself was super clean, well decorated, and the amenities are beyond perfect! We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or spa, but hopefully in the future we can book again and do so! Our kids and family enjoyed the arcade our first night in which is in the very safe, gated community! Having a downstairs room and bathroom was perfect for my older in laws! So that was a huge plus! Thanks again for having us!

Beautiful and spacious. Comfortable for our party of 7. Easy access to theme parks. The pictures are exactly what you get. Very clean and accessible. We could have used more dishwasher detergent for a 10 day stay but overall it was pretty close to perfect and would absolutely stay again.

The location was great for the Convention center. We got the codes to the gates and door in plenty of time before our arrival. Upon arrival there was cookies, the house was neat, table set and overall a great first impression. This would be a 5 star review, however a few issues are preventing that. The first is that there were no directions on anything about the house. How do we get on the Wifi, where does garbage go, etc. Most properties we have stayed at in the past have a little guide to stuff like that, it would be a good thing to include in the house. The second issue is that the house can use a little maintenance. There are a number of doors that stick or cannot close because they are so far off. Additionally the toilet in the master downstairs runs at random times. Overall a good experience and some minor changes would make this a 5 star place.
