The good… Very spacious for 9 of us - Approx 30 mins to Disney - Kitchen is well stocked - Easy entry exit using code & QR for gated community - Lots of towels provided & comfy beds - Arcade room was smash with kids (and adults) - Lovely pool area - Open plan main living area works really well - Oasis club is a bonus The not so good… Info pack would have been helpful to know about local area (e.g shops, how rubbish works) - Roku in rooms did not work for us - No recycling facilities. Yet we found out publix (5 mins away) does this. - Construction work from approx. 7am - 7pm, 6 days a wk. within 50m of property so constant background noise of digging, beeping in pool area. Whilst out of control of hosts, this was not mentioned in listing or in subsequent messages - A few broken things in house & carpet stains - The grill of the BBQ was rusty when we arrived (replaced) - Pool light didn’t work & jacuzzi suddenly drained (rectified) - Two of the kids cut their feet on carpet nails.

House was in a gated community; arrived at 9p after a 22 hr drive. We didn't have access through the gate. I called the 800#: first call the rep stated she would call the gate but still no access. Second call the rep said she sent over a QR code for access but security guard wouldn't let us through as it was for a different address. Multiple calls: rep stopped answering the calls and the answering service ended up taking messages. After 2 hours I ended up getting a hotel so the kids could sleep.Another rep started messaging me after getting the hotel room. After a few messages and a call, rep started the process of crediting a night of the AirBNB. We finally arrived at the house and it was absolutely beautiful. Kids has their own rooms and bathrooms, the game room was a hit. Private pool but didn't use it. The house was perfect for us. Extended the rental another day. The gate access was updated;the code to the house was not so had to call in again. House was worth it though
