This home was perfect for our family vacation. I've had 18 family members ranging 4 to 85 years of age. The home had lots of space for everyone. Having access to the Community Center was the best thing for the adults and kids. I think the adults had more fun. LOL All of the activities were free which is always a plus.

Great home for a large family! We had 18 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the game room and gym. Dennis was very responsive with any issues. The waterpark was great and kept the kids busy for awhile. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors if they’re outside at night very clear. Only con was the long line to enter into the division. Even having a pass didn’t help to get in any faster so be prepared to wait every time you leave the property. Overall, it was a great stay and I would consider returning.

The home really met the expectations. No major issues and Dennis was very responsive when I needed people added to the guest list or needed maintenance services. All guest were very happy with the home and I would rent another place from Dennis in the future.

Honestly speaking the place was very nice and accommodatable for a big family I enjoyed my time with my ppls ,There’s also a water park and arcade in the community there was just some issues with the hot water and etc., That most likely were resolved by now Don’t hesitate and Book with Dennis Casiola vacation homes you won’t be disappointed 🤞🏽💯

Thank you to our host Dennis! He was attentive and fast responding to any questions 👍The place was fantastic for our family of ten, my grandchildren’s loved the pool and the playrooms! Every Disney park where 10 our 15 minutes drive only, this was a great rental! Loved it!

We had a great stay. The house was a little bigger than what we needed, but the price was right. Very clean. The pool was warm (we paid for the pool heat).

Great community and beautiful house with a very accurate description. We were a group of 20 and all of us enjoyed to stay here. The club is beautiful, we love it. Dennis (the host) was very responsive at all times. Recommendation that I can make is that you ensure that the list of guests are in the system for a smooth check in at the gate. We had a misunderstanding with the heater of the pool and after we paid for the service, we were not able to use it due to it was very cold outside and at the time that we leaving the house (check out) the pool was not yet in the desired temperature after the 24-30 hrs approx that they turned on the heater. If you would like this service, I encourage you to ask for it prior to your check in day.

The home was beautiful, and my two girls (1yr. & 7yr.) LOVED the playroom. Dennis was very friendly and responsive, and the house felt like home. We were visiting for Universal Studios, and the drive was only about 30 mins max (which was great). We loved every part of this home.

My guests and I truly loved the property. The house was exactly as pictured… simply beautiful! From the decor of every room and the spaciousness that allowed for a group of 10 to be beyond comfortable, I knew I had made the right choice. The house was very clean and was very well equipped. Dennis was very responsive as a host. Any time I messaged him, I received a response right away. And the resort staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort itself had great amenities! Unfortunately, due to the weather, we were unable to take of advantage of them all. Next time I book, I’ll make sure to book during the warmer months. My only suggestions, not complaints, were that maybe a privacy fence be added to the pool area since the homes are within close proximity. Also, that the kitchen be equipped with a keurig machine. Again, very minor suggestions. All and all, we loved our stay and would book again with Dennis again.

Dennis was amazing. His response time into every question was in a timely manner. The location was perfect, we were near everything we needed and wanted. The kids loved the Waterpark and mini golf at the clubhouse. The house was very kid friendly. This house was probably Top 3 air bnbs that my family stayed at. Great home and Great host! Thank You Dennis!

This hidden Gem is located in a upscale community. The resort inside the neighborhood (half a mile walk from the house) was so relaxing! My whole family enjoyed the salt water pool, volley ball court and food; we had made a mini vacation within our vacation! It was my kids first time at Disney, and the house REALLY supported the "Dreams are forever" Catchphrase; with each room being decorated, you could really tell there was alot of love and thought put into the place. The furniture is top quality real leather and velvet. Dennis accommodated my needs for my 1 year old son with a brand new Pack n play and an upscale baby chair! Really, the house is a scene from a movie and filled with Disney Nostalgia! the Garage was converted into an indoor PLAYROOM (you heard that right parents) and full cook wear is provided from pots and pans to a cheese grinder! Uber Eats Friendly and a short drive to Disney! I can't wait to stay here again!

Dennis was a really nice, professional and helpful host. The property was beautiful inside and out. There were a few issues. First, there were alot of ants inside the home and outside by the pool. We informed management and they had pest control come out to exterminate which helped alot. Second, the water was only getting lukewarm when we arrived, we informed management and they sent someone out immediately to assist. Lastly, I had issues with my guests getting through the gate. I wasnt informed I had to register all of my guests prior to arrival so they had to wait about 30-40 mins at the gate until management updated the list. Overall, every issue was handled quickly and Dennis was very responsive.

Dennis was a great host. I did not enjoy the management team at this property but Dennis did everything he could to help us when we run into situations . I appreciate the trip and the overall accommodations.
