Loved the space of this place and the host. This is my second time in one of Dennis’ listings and he’s always super sweet and responsive. We did have a few concerns about the cleanliness of the showers and trash was left behind from the prior guests, but outside of that the place was great!

This place is amazing - exactly as the photos and listing described! We were a group of 11 friends attending a wedding and the place had more than enough space for everyone with the luxury of everyone having their own designated bathrooms! Just a thing to note for others staying for a few days - you are only provided a day's (or two) worth of soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, etc. so you will have to get more if you are a big group/staying longer. Dennis is an amazing host - the most responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you!

Well-kept House Equipped kitchen Towels and bed linen in excellent condition. Machine and clothes dryer that made all the difference. There were 13 of us and we were all very well accommodated and comfortable.

Dennis was a great host. He answered my questions very quickly. We liked the resort, we enjoyed our stay. It was nice that everyone could have their own bathroom. We also liked the self check-in. Dennis has always been available remotely and it was appreciated. Thank you! I recommend this house. It's very large and spacious. For the price we were really satisfied, thank you again! Our family of 13—spanning three generations (9 adults and 4 kids under the age of 3)—stayed in this beautiful home, and it was absolutely perfect for everyone! The layout, amenities, location, and the gated community were exactly what we had hoped for. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up to accommodate a large group. We especially appreciated the option to have the pool heated, and the outdoor bathroom was incredibly convenient—every home with a pool should have one! We liked it very much, it was very quick to answer and considerate but some things were not working properly, like the dishwasher , it was leaking the jacuzzi, Dennis tried to settle over the jacuzzi but couldn't because the technician needs a piece and it didn't arrive on time .. but the condo is very good

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great for 18 people including the kids. It was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space. Dennis was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. We had a little issue with the dishwasher, but we managed to use it. To use the barbecue grill we had to buy propane because the one in the house was empty. One suggestion is to have more small pans in the kitchen. We also missed an air fryer, but we had great time with our friends. I highly recommend this house.

The home was great for our family Thanksgiving. It accommodated all of our family members (13) and we had plenty of space. This home is great for families as Dennis property included a game room, private pool and toddler accessories (tub, stroller, pack and play and etc.) The resort was beautiful, quiet and friendly. I extremely appreciated Dennis quick communication.

Dennis was very responsive to my questions and needs. We decided to check in an hour early and it was a seamless process. The house was very clean and tidy. We did have an issue with the door code since it changed when we checked in early but the issue was resolved fairly quickly. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was suitable for all 9 kids ages 13 to 11 months. A baby bath, hair char, car seat, among other baby necessities were provided which I thought was very considerate! my family and I are thinking about renting this house every year! The kids also loved the amenities at the resort ◡̈

House was amazing. There was a problem with ants but I’m hearing from family that live nearby that it is a problem everywhere. My only other complaints were the brand of toilet paper, and the amount within the home along with trash bags and paper towels. Needed to pick up some of our own but besides those things, everything else was great and the pool within the community was perfect for the little ones in our family. Definitely would stay there again!!!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the home. Similar to last, the place was spotless, very nice and huge. The checkin process was incredibly smooth. Our household’s flight came in later during the day and all the instructions received prior to arrival by Dennis and his crew were amazingly helpful. It really allowed us to check in and enjoy the start of our family vacation. We love the Solara Club House a lot, too. They have a great community pool with a wonderful bar and grill. The staff there is always kind and helpful. Last, we truly appreciated the ability to check out late on our last day. We had quite a tow of young children so being able to get in a last swim before heading home made a great conclusion. Mainly because we got caught up at the airport in a Thunderstorm and our flight was delayed for 3 hours. That extra R&R time extended to us the day before departing absolutely was worth the extra money. Thanks for everything! We’ll be back!

Dennis was very responsive. Had a few issues that were resolved prior to departure. I personally believe the home could use an upgrade. The home wasn’t anything extravagant but it was comfort compared to a hotel.

Ants in upstairs living area, also bathrooms upstairs. clogged hair in Master bathroom black. The sectional downstairs dirty and springs coming through. Furniture needs upating, fresh paint. Only 1 washcloth and 1 towel per person!!! How cheap!!!! Only found 1 drying cloth in kitchen. Never a dish rag. We will never stay in any houses through this person or company again. Also charged us $401.09 for 1 night rental and should have been $279.00. Requested compensation of $500.00 and Dennis denied that request. He could have done something to accomodate us we feel. The place just felt dirty and looked so old and not that clean deodrize smell. No instructions on where to take trash, no info. when checking out, so we did like we normally would do and empty all trash put towels in bathroom, etc.

Close to all Orlando parks, good place to eat right there by the house. House is spacious and beautiful. Pool area is private. Dennis was great and always responsive with all of my questions. Couldn’t have been a better time.

Dennis and his team are beyond amazing! This was our second time staying with him and we have agreed to make sure to stay with him every year for our annual family Florida trip! Dennis place was beautiful! The house was just like the photos, very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. The kids loved the pool, and the resort itself is just amazing! No need to even leave if you don’t have to. We definitely recommend this property! We can’t wait to come back for vacation soon.
