My family enjoyed our stay! The townhome in Storey Lake Resort was gorgeous and well-equipped. The location was ideal. The resort doesn’t offer as many amenities as my family is accustomed to; however, it was nice. It seems the cleaning staff performed only a surface-level cleaning prior to our arrival. There was food residue and crumbs on the placemats, even underneath the place settings; the dishes weren’t very clean and had to be immediately washed; the floor in the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas had crumbs throughout and wasn’t very clean. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the grill. It appears a previous guest experienced a fire of some sorts and the grill hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There is smoke residue on the wall behind the grill and ashes/soot around the pool area. This residue seems to be blowing into the pool when breezy. The water was a little murky but was cleaned while we were there. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this home!

Tv wasn't working & when I reached out was told someone would come to fix it nobody never showed. We couldn't watch TV in the main area & we had kids. TV in one of the bed rooms stopped. It was hair over stuff. Probably will never book again.

We had a great stay at this place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with plenty of fun activities and attractions nearby. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for others, especially those with young children. the resort amenities were enough to keep the kids busy engaged and happy!

The house was nice and clean.The only problem we had was there were ants in the kitchen and on the window seals in the living room.I told the host and he was receptive to it and offered to get someone to handle it but I told him we brought spray for it.

something sticky was spilled on a table in 1 of the bedrooms and it was not cleaned up before we arrived so we did keep getting ants in that one room. we also did not have the remote to control the lights and fan outside. the pool does have flashing lights but since we had someone with epilepsy we had to be outside in the dark at night. just something to consider. aside from those things everything was great. the location is awesome. and we took advantage of the water parks on the property. beds are comfy and the house looked great.

Everything thing was great! The only thing I would recommend and I can’t remember if it was in the instructions but if you come in the cooler months that you make sure you pay for the pools to be heated before you arrive because the pool can take awhile to heat up.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of issues to start. Hair on carpet. The sweeper's brush did not turn, so I'm going to blame the cleaners for not letting Dennis know. Dennis sent out a new sweeper the next day. The range top did not work if something was in the oven. Apparently if a fan is malfunctioning on an infrared range, for safety, it will prevent the top from heating normally. We experienced this when we went to use the top while making Pizza in the oven. Again, Dennis sent a repair guy out the next day. Had a wonderful and comfortable time. Dennis was extremely responsive. In the dozens of Airbnb's & VRBO's we've stayed, he has been the most responsive to date. His replies were always within a couple of minutes!

When we arrived our code didn't work and they had to set us a new one, we probably waited 15 minutes, which wasn't a huge deal but it is like eternity with a child. Originally when I was booking I had to clarify the room set up because the description and pictures dont match at all in the listing. I was told there were two kings, 2 kids rooms, and a queen. There is only 1 king at this listing, the rest are queen and double beds. Again not the end of the world, unless your child wants to sleep in bed with you and you are fitting 3 people into a queen bed. The house was pretty clean overall, couch has a lot of staining on it though and needs a really good cleaning. We only stayed for 2 nights and it rained a lot while we were there, but the common pool area looks really great and we wished we could have spent some time there. Location was good and pretty central to several places we went to.

The house was beautiful. It was inviting & we felt safe with the security on the doors & windows. The community is gated, but the back gates are broken, which allowed illegal vendors into the community presumably selling paraphernalia that is illegal to sell in Florida. We took pictures & reported to Osceola county law-enforcement who promptly made excuses for these lower than Life traveling sales people. The security at the gate could not speak English nor could we understand her. Be sure to check out all areas in Osceola & Orange County because they’re getting worse & worse with crimes & people who do not support the current laws & cleanup of criminal activity. With management being extremely far away, there was really no way to physically communicate in person. Fortunately, we are self protected & we had a great stay despite the crime in this gated area. We loved the house but we were shocked & disillusioned to see dealers right outside in the street advertising their mobile wares.

We loved it here!! Best holiday we have ever had. We are so sad to leave. It is a great space, we stayed as 2 families. 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 teenagers and there is something for everyone. We all had our own space and didnt feel on top of each other. The facilities are wonderful and the clubhouse is an added bonus. Denis was amazing at communicating, didnt matter what time of day it was he always replied straight away and when the hob broke someone came straight away to fix it. The only slight niggle was the fitted sheet didnt fit our bed very well and kept popping off. Also an electric kettle would be a hit for us tea-loving brits. Thank you so much for the best holiday we have ever had!

This is my second time staying in the storey lake community. fantastic community to stay in with great amenities. great places for the kiddos to spend a fun day either at your private pool or the resort pools. very close by many of the popular parks and fantastic food. the house looked exactly like the photos. everything was nice, clean and spacious for a group of 14. definitely would come again!!

We loved our stay at Dennis’ place. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool and playing on the video games. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I really loved the special touch of the fresh box of kitchen supplies when we arrived (new sponge & dish soap, dish pods, etc). Highly recommend!!!!

Great space for large family of multiple ages. The amenities of the house and the community are an added bonus. There were many accommodations in the home that made traveling with a baby easy (high chair, pack and play, gated swimming pool). We enjoyed the splash pad located at main club house which was only about 5-7 minute drive away. The host was extremely responsive!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Dennis’s Airbnb over the Christmas holiday. It’s in a great location and we were very close to Disney World, outlet malls & restaurants. The only major issue we had during our stay was at check in. I wasn’t on the guest list so we had to get out of the very long line and contact the host who was very responsive. The other minor issue(s) we had were some late night raccoon visitors and the housekeeping cleaners coming in unannounced an hour before check out. Overall, Dennis’s Airbnb was cozy and my family of 11 were satisfied.

My family loved renting this house! The themed bedrooms were a big hit. My kids bounced back and forth between the pool and the video games. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. My only issue was getting through the security gate. My name and information was not sent to the gate. I had to call the hosts 24/7 number at 1am to get my name added to enter. Someone did pick right up and get it taken care of within minutes. My kids are already asking when we can go back to this house for our next vacation.

First time booking an air bnb , so glad it was here. Clean rooms and great space. The only issue we had was with the gate, they wouldn’t let us in even though my name was pre registered. However after messaging Dennis we got the gate pass and it was great! My family loved their time here, we will definitely book here again when we come back!

Beautiful place to stay! Only issue we had was when returning back to the condo, someone came in while we were gone and placed all patio furniture and grill in the main living area. We had to clean up water all over the floors when walking in. As I understand in preparing for a hurricane, but I would have liked to been informed of them coming in while we were out.

The house was great! It was as pictured: comfortable, spacious and clean. Exactly what we needed after a long road trip. My kids absolutely loved the arcade games. Sadly, the Pac-man game wasn't working properly but the other two brought hours of fun. We had a few things that needed to be repaired or replaced throughout our stay, which our host, Dennis, quickly addressed. The service was exceptional. One suggestion: better instructions for guests entering the gates with multiple cars. This was an issue we had upon arrival but smooth sailing after that. All in all, I would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable, thanks to the great amenities offered by the Airbnb. The private pool, well-stocked kitchen, spacious living area, and convenient washer and dryer were standout features. Overall, this house was fantastic. Very clean, quiet, all the amenities listed were present and my family was very comfortable with lots of space. The pool was clean and very refreshing after our days out enjoying the local area. The only hesitation I would have of rebooking was the recurrent substantial delay to get through the security gate to our home. 5/7 days we were delayed, to include the day we checked in. We waited at least 20 minutes on several occasions, each time was in the evening between the hours of 4pm-9pm. Anytime we had food delivered, they encountered similar delays. Another frustration was that guests who were registered had difficulty getting through security as well. They struggled with finding that information. I would suggest either improvements with efficiency or an additional checkpoint to ease the congestion. Overall, the house was awesome and the host was kind and responsive, if not for the delay issues we wouldn’t hesitate to stay when we return.

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and pot/pans for our stay. The bedrooms are roomy and main floor has lots of space. My suggestion would be for the king bed to be moved to the room with the bigger bathroom on the 2nd floor instead of having the smallest bathroom. We would stay here again as it was close to attractions and highways and the clubhouse and pool were very nice too.

Mixed stay. We enjoyed gated complex, pools, splash pad, & proximity to WDW. Great parking in a large complex and mostly quiet neighbors. Unit had sticky counters/handles and dirty floors. Ants on both levels in carpeted bedrooms, tile floors, and inside kitchen cupboard. After hours message service avail after 4/Fri night arrival. They talked about a “work order” for ants. We saw other units available online and requested to be moved. Response was “we communicated to management”. Sat. a.m., housekeeper arrived unannounced/mopped floor which we appreciated. It did not seem like cleaning solution used (no smell), however, she wet the mop in the kitchen sink. Also, only samples provided—dishwasher-2 pods, washer-2 pods, coffee-1 pot. No follow up on move request and no ant update given. We ordered takeout and made quick breakfast b/c we were uncomfortable cooking with ants. We had to buy cleaner and disposable plates/cups. They could have moved us and we would have rated higher.

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The residence was spacious, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. The unit was well equipped with items that made our stay easy and comfortable. Despite it being a busy week with lots of guests in other units, the noise was not a problem. Being located so close to one of the resort pools was a huge bonus. On top of that the kids loved the arcade games. Dennis was responsive and helpful when needed. The entire process was very simple and streamlined. For anyone looking for a place to call home while in the Kissimmee area, I would highly recommend you check this one out.
