Property was perfect for the group we had. We had a picture fall off the wall and within 30 minutes they sent someone over to repair everything and hang the picture back up, anytime I had any questions the response time was under 20 minutes, I would definitely stay here again.

This has to be the best property I have stayed in when visiting Davenport. The house was very clean, big the extra bathrooms were a plus. I am already planning for my Next trip and will stay at this property if available. Love the place.

We had a great stay. For our large 10-person family, it went well. Lots of bathrooms, clean, lots of good kitchen stuff (plates/utensils:etc), for our large group. Both the pool in the townhouse and the pool/gym at the club house was a nice amenity. Couple small things to improve on or be aware of: for us, lots of communication but never did get WiFi to work 7 of the 8 day stay (frustrating for TV watching). Also, they only gave us 1 roll of paper towel, 3 kitchen trash bags, and very few (if any) extra toilet paper. So, if you have a large family like I do, you better plan on bringing these on your own. Bring laundry detergent and dishwasher soap too. They explained later that they only provide a “starter kit”. There is a grocery store within 2miles, so it was not too bad to go get these things. Overall, we still had a great time, and liked the Airbnb.

My family loved Dennis’ place!! It was exactly as described. Nice and spacious, clean and had more than what we needed. There was no propane for the grill but when I reached out to Dennis he responded quickly with advice. We left our tank for future renters. I’d definitely stay here over and over!

Myself and 3 friends traveled to Florida for my birthday this year and we were pleased with this home. Typically, I would have selected a hotel but I am glad that we chose this listing. The pictures match the home exactly and everything was incredibly clean. There were a few wall scuffs and I would recommend replacing the couch pillows as there were some stains; but that was just average wear and tear and nothing that would deter me from staying at this residence again. I would have gave this listing 5 stars if check-in and out offered a little more flexibility as it was a steep rate for a 2 hour earlier check-in $50 plus tax is kind of ridiculous for 2 hours and I have stayed in several Airbnbs with friends and there was never a few attached. Also, the pool was small, hot tub size, so I did think $35 plus tax was too much to pay for pool heat as pools 3x the size charge the same rate. Overall, nice, clean home and I would stay again and recommend to others.
