Dennis’s place was exactly as described and so convenient! We had a couple of issues at check-in with one of the beds, and Dennis was very prompt and responsive in getting in fixed. Thank you!

This house has a privileged location that will only get more valuable as it is located in front of Epic Universe, lots of space and amenities makes this an ideal place to stay in Orlando if you are visiting the parks and shopping.

Clean convenient great amenities close to parks. I wish he would have communicated checkin instructions via the Airbnb app instead of sending me an email that looked like spam and was consequently overlooked. He did communicate through the app quickly to get us sorted. Overall I would recommend, would probably go again, but make sure to thoroughly check your email.

The house was actually much nicer than the pictures. We were in awe when we arrived. The area was nice, house was nice. The hosts responded quickly when needed. Worth the money.

Location was easy to find. The condo had a lot of amenities. Lots of places to eat within 5-10 of condo, close to Disney and universal. Would def stay again

This spot was perfect for our group of 8 that was attending a conference for the week. We had everything we needed and we were able to walk to and from the convention center (20ish min walk). We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and always felt safe and secure. For future guests - it is a bit of a bear carrying luggage up all the stairs! I had several questions for Dennis during our stay and he was always QUICK with his responses.

The place was in a resort-like area and felt like being on vacation. I love that we could use the amenities like the pool and the workout room, while guests there. The location was great for our needs and the restaurants nearby were good.

Upon entry in the house I noticed it looked very similar to the pictures. This property had been used several times several doors behind the wall had holes in them. The AC only worked on 1st and 2nd story. The 3rd bathroom curtains were very red and rusty. The tub also was dirty. The pan handles were broken. The coffee table had been chipped but it was turned in a way to try and conceal it. We tried to sleep on the sofa couch but the screw was broken so the bed would not lay flat. And the carpet randomly has a stain that no one saw. The house is nice but it needs several updates and I feel that they added these charges just so they can update it off someone else is dime. All of my guest will confirm these things.

We enjoyed our stay in Orlando. The townhome was clean, and we had plenty of space. The neighborhood is pet-friendly. We loved the resort amenities, like the pool and hot tub, playground, basketball court, fitness center, and walking path around the lake. This is a great place for a family, and convenient location for visiting the parks. Dennis was very responsive to any inquiries. Cooking utensils were a little light, and we missed not having cable tv during bowl games (Streaming only).

Dennis was an amazing host! My family and I had an amazing stay, the location was amazing and the house was very clean and accommodated my family very well. Overall the stay was amazing!
