Dennis was the best host we have ever had at an Airbnb...............by a wide margin!!! He was so efficient at responding to our every request, I joked that I thought he was a bot. He was very kind and patient with my cognition problems. He made our stay even more special than we had hoped. The house is exactly as described and pictured. I really appreciate that the house has over 70 pictures. Too many Airbnb's are stingy with the number of pictures, making me not want to rent them because it seems they are hiding something. With the house, WYSIWYG!!! The clubhouse and pool are exceptional. The place is close to Disney, but the traffic can be bad at times. That's a constant in going to Disney. I saw no need whatsoever to spend the thousands of dollars more that we would have spent staying at a Disney resort. I guess if you are super rich, go for it, but this place was very fine, and fine enough for me!

To say we had a delayed flight and then unable to get in touch with the car hire to a continuous voicemail in which we had been scammed. We finally got an Uber to the villa and walked in and it made all the mishaps a distant memory the place far exceeded our expectations!! Absolutely beautiful. Only had to contact Dennis once as we could not find the iron and quickly responded and offered a late check out which we change on the day for later with no qualms. Fantastic villa with plenty of space for a big family. Definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Dennis's place during our family Disney trip! The home was perfect for our needs—clean, spacious, and well-equipped for both kids and adults. It was such a cozy and relaxing place to come back to after long days at the parks. The location was convenient, just a short drive from Disney(20ish min) and close to stores and restaurants. Dennis was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again on our next Disney adventure!

House was just a nice as pictures. Clean and very spacious. I only wished there were ceiling fans being the house is so large and during mid summer it tends to get warm really quick. The first bedroom when you walk in the door is the warmest. We brought fans for our outside activities we were there for, so we used those in the home. Other than that, everything was wonderful, Dennis was very responsive and patient when asked questions. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this captivating home. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. With nine of us staying there, we never felt cramped. My family and I took advantage of the resort on the property, which featured a lazy river, several pools, restaurants, a bar, and various facilities. I wanted to thank Dennis, our fantastic host. He was quick to communicate and efficiently addressed all of our questions. His customer service was outstanding. We would definitely rent this property again.

The home was as described and Dennis was very responsive. I requested an early check in at the last moment and was able to be accommodated (this is an extra $50). Upon arrival the downstairs floors appeared clean but the carpet was in desperate need of a deep clean. My daughter (still crawling) had black feet after just a couple hours in the house. In addition I requested for the pool to be heated after our stay started. I understood it could take 12-24hrs for the pool to warm up- however the pool was not warm until the last day which was very disappointing and not what I paid for. The pool pump was having a malfunction and we had to have service come back to look at it. A refund was requested as we were only able to swim in the pool 1 day out of the 3 expected swimming days. In addition 2 of the smoke detectors needed new batteries and started beeping (1at 9pm And 1 at 4am) knowing this is a regular rental seems as something that should be checked proactively. Overall, rental was ok.

The house exceeded our expectations when we saw it in person compared to the photos. It was spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very pleased with everything about the house. The only issue we encountered was that the washer and dryer required servicing. Aside from that minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place was very nice. We had a few minor issues but nothing major.. Dennis was a great host. Very responsive. as far as the house pros.. the house was very big and can accommodate a lot of people .. we had a party of 15 .. we all had our own space.. every room has their own bathroom… the lake view is beautiful.. the walk to the club house is about a 10 minute walk.and Walmart was only13 minutes away. The pool was nice. They have lots of silverware, cups and plates. Cons: aren’t too bad.. they have limited pots and pans. No pot was big enough to cook for a party of 15 but we made it work.There’s no air fryer and some of the appliances need upgrading. They have a few stains on the rugs. 1wash cloth & towel p.p. ..We had late checkout which was helpful as for we had a lot of children with us and our flights didn’t leave until 3:00 and 630 pm.i really appreciated being able to get in one last swim and not have to rush out in the morning. Overall it was good.. So thankful for everything

Great house. The pictures did not do it justice. The house was very spacious and nice. There was extra bedding, extra towels and all the accommodations were met. Our stay went by smoothly except we had a bit of trouble getting check in. Dennis was very responsive and able to help us. I would book through Dennis again! 10/10

Checking in was easy and straightforward. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 12 quite nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house rules and instructions were easy to understand. There were plenty of dishes and utensils to use. The outdoor patio and pool at the house were nice. The pool, hot tub, and lazy river at the clubhouse were also very nice, as well as relaxing and within walking distance from the house. Having a washer and a dryer to use at the house was a bonus that we very much appreciated. Our group enjoyed using the air hockey and pool table in the garage. Dennis was a great host. He was super helpful and responsive to all our messages. This house is close to restaurants and theme parks. We would recommend this house and this neighborhood. We would recommend staying in a house managed by Dennis. If we return to Kissimmee in the future, we would stay here again.

This was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in. The house was as pictured. This house accommodated our whole family comfortably. The beds were comfortable and it was clean when we arrived. The water park was amazing and easily accessible. It was walking distance from this house, which was a plus. We will definitely want to rent this house again.

Dennis place deserves 20 stars, the place was clean, easy to find, absolutely gorgeous with amazing views and pool. Dennis was also very responsive to any questions that I had. Check in was easy and flexible. This will be the only place I stay when I’m back in town.

Place was great with plenty of space. Beds and rooms are all very comfortable and the pool/hot tub was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We got the heated pool option and it was very warm! Would stay again.

My guest and I had a really good time. The house was clean! I even received a welcome gift upon arriving. Pictures are just like the home. The only issue we had was having to wait for the link to pay for Pool when arriving instead of having it warm before our visit. I ended up having to pay for Pool the day of check-in, which meant we would only have a short period of time to use the pool while heated, being that it took 24 hours to feel a temperature change and it still didn'tproperly warm the jacuzzi. All in All, great place.
