Great place for a large group of people. House is very spacious , you’re not on top of each other. We stayed for a volleyball tournament at OCCC- the drive is a little too long but has nothing to do with the house. Will recommend this place to my friends for sure.

My family and I had an amazing experience at this listing. We came in town for our first cousins trip and it was really accommodating for 13 middle aged adults. We did not bring our children, but it was also a perfect oasis for children. The themed rooms, pool, and game room made everyone feel so excited about being in Disney and exploring Orlando. We were able to each Disney within 15 mins and downtown Orlando within 30 mins! We had minor inconveniences, but overall my group had a blast for 4 days. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and accessible to lots of restaurants. Daniel had good communication and pretty good directions. We would definitely one back and enjoy this Airbnb , i recommend this Airbnb to any family visiting Disney or Orlando.

Dennis was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for a multi family gathering and is a much better option than the larger resorts in my opinion - with a well stocked kitchen, private pool, but also a great community center. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Dennis’ place was awesome! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is spacious and has plenty of options for rooming large parties. It’s location to theme parks is ideal and there are a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from ad well as stores including Walmart and Publix. Dennis himself was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! Our family really enjoyed our time in Orlando and we thank Dennis for his hospitality!

Place is located in a great area. Just a few min drive from everything. But home needs a few things to make it better. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. Pots, pans etc.. we had to purchase pots for our stay in order to cook meals for a big party. Carpet needs to be changed. Very strong smell. Apart from these things, great home.

We had our family of 20 get together over the Thanksgiving holiday and the house was absolutely perfect! The pool & hot tub were heated perfectly (an added fee, but completely worth it)! The house was spacious and had all of the necessary items we needed. There were ample bath and pool towels. The games in the gameroom were great and the movie projector upstairs was a huge hit! The outdoor dining space was great. There is plenty of parking directly across the street (parking spots that are not tied to a specific home). Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway. The house is located close to the back gate, which was convenient for in and out access and a quick 8-10 minute walk (all on safe sidewalks) to the clubhouse with the waterslides, lazy river, putt putt, etc. There is a bar with food options (they do not allow outside food in, but they have a lot of options inside). Dennis was amazing to work with! He responded promptly and checked in on us many times during our visit!

I would not stay here again. The gate to the community didn’t work, we had to enter through the exit as the Dennis didn’t answer his messages. This was a This was an issue for our entire stay, and there is no security as people were opening the gate physically themselves. Even pool staff said it’s always an ongoing issue. Because of This we couldn’t have groceries or food delivered and had to account for a grocery store trip. The pool was cloudy and unusable, even after the host sent someone to clean it. When I asked to use the hot tub as a courtesy, the host refused to waive the $35 daily fee. The broken screens let bugs in, making the patio uncomfortable to even hang out in and the bathtub’s hot water didn’t work. It wasn’t the backyard oasis it is advertised to be. The house was clean and spacious. If you want location and just somewhere to sleep It’s great. If you want to actually use all of the amenities offered in the listing you may want to rethink this specific home.

Dennis is very responsive, keep in contact with us before and during our stay. The house is exactly as described, however it is a little dated so it has some minor wear and tear which is expected with age. That being said it is very convenient to Disney and has nearby shopping. We all agree we would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay in Orlando. Shared the home with a couple of families for a long volleyball tournament and it could not have worked out better for us. The house was perfect and looked just like it does in the photos. The host was very responsive and always eager to help. The space is super comfortable and although we did not have time to use all the amenities in the complex, there was plenty to do. Publix is super close and that is a huge bonus. Thank you for a beautiful stay Dennis!

Our time spent here was a pleasant one. The place was well kept, and the layout suited our needs. There were a few quirks like multiple remotes for the TVs, and we found the low seating a little difficult for the older guests that were traveling with us. There could also be some more privacy around the pool area, but the accommodations were suitable and welcoming. Being exposed to this sort of grand layout, several in our party stated they would for sure do something like this again. Our son's trip home from the Marines before deployment was a success. Thank you for hosting us!

Last minute arrangements to FL from MN due to a heartbreaking death in my family. Dennis made everything simple and stressfree. I wanted some normalcy for my kids, so the game room and pool was a hit. I did requested the pool heater for $35 + tax and we did a late check-out because of flight delays for less than $100. Overall, great place for a large group, close by to many stores and restaurants.

it was really nice staying here and next time I will definitely book this place again, And Dennis was so helpful when you message them they respond. but the only thing that need adjustment is, if they can make all the TV in the room Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, that will be perfect and fix the pool table, other than that everything is good. till next time

Great house. Family loved it. Disappointed to not have a dryer that worked properly with 14 people constantly in the pool for four days. Technician showed up after 24 hours and told me the vent was clogged and another company would have to come and clear the vents. I saw the dryer problem mentioned more than once in the reviews but was confident it had been resolved. Check before you book that it has been fixed. The Oreos were nice but a large bag of ice would be better. Ice machine did not produce any ice for the first 24 hours and then it was not enough. That is fine, I am putting it here so guests know that it is something they have to bring with them. Overall it was a great experience. My grandchildren loved the pool and the hot tub. The lazy river, slide and big pool were a big hit as well. We only left to go shopping and to play disc golf.

There should be a thorough cleaning, dusting, and checklist in between guests. The refrigerator broke down causing my family to throw out food. Maintenance did not know what they were doing. The heat wasn’t working on the 2 nd floor. My family had to go out and buy a heater. The host was made aware of the maintenance issues. After me checking out he had the audacity to ask if I had reported these issues during my issues. I have receipts, pics, and videos.

Our stay at this home was exceptional! We went with 3 families to Disney for 3 days and had plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably. The amenities were wonderful, the house was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and the kids absolutely loved the themed rooms! You can't beat the location. We will definitely stay here again soon.

This is house is awesome; we were a party of 18 and had space to spare. It's got everything you need to have a great stay. Great location, great amenities. I would only recommend to put a little love in the grill; but everything else was superb. Dennis communicates in seconds !! to answer any questions or help in any way. I would definitely recommend this house for big family reunions. We'll definitely come back to this house.

Great house! Details of rooms even cooler in person! Group of 19 adults and a baby fit perfectly comfortable. There were a few minor things like ice dispenser not working and clothes dryer didn’t work well at all which was a slight inconvenience. Dishwasher didn’t seemed to work right, and main level bathroom clogged just flushing with no toilet paper but maintenance was there with in a day to fix that. Overall a wonderful stay. Great location and awesome community amenities. I’d rent here again!

This place is great! Dennis was super responsive during booking, check-in, and responding to questions--usually within minutes. Everything was exactly as pictured, super clean, and provided ample space for our group of 4 families (9 adults, 8 children). The kids loved the theme rooms and the pool in back. Location within the development was also great--less than 10 minute walk with small children to get to the main resort pool, lazy river, and water slides. While we looked at other homes in the development, they were unwalkable distances from these amenities. While we didn't hit up any of the theme parks, proximity to Disney and Universal would be a big plus for most groups. It's so close we were able to see the fireworks from Disney from the back patio. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. We were able to order solid food for delivery every night. I highly recommend staying here or any property managed by Casiola and Dennis. They really have their act together.

Great stay! A couple issues with the fridge, washer and dryer but the communication with Dennis was great and he tried to resolve during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 25. The theme rooms were an absolute hit with the kids and it's great they share a jack and jill bathroom with the parents. The master is gorgeous and has its own door to the pool area, which can also be closed off so the toilet can be used while in the pool area without having to go in wet to the house.

This house overall was nice. Great location and area. The house had a few problems. There are no pool cues for the pool table. There is no propane, so don't expect to use the grill. The dishwasher and dryer were both not working correctly. This house was a great value and great place to stay, just need a few things fixed.

This place was wonderful! We spent Christmas 2020 here and it was great to have a space big enough for the entire family! We didn’t have any issues other than the freezer not working and loosing a bunch of our food. However, the host said that he would work with us on recovering the losses. I would definitely stay in this house again!

This house was so much more than we expected. Everyone in my group was blown away by every detail in this home. The playroom was a total hit amongst the kids and adults alike. The beds were very comfortable, home was clean, kitchen fully equipped. There’s a lake behind the home which gives the pool and patio area more privacy. The entire terrace area is screened in which is nice to enjoy the outdoors in the evening without mosquitos. A/C’s worked great. I can’t say enough about this home. We would definitely come back here and I’ve already shared the link with several people who asked me after seeing my pictures and hearing about our experience.

We enjoyed this place! It was enough room for all of my friends and family! Any issues or miscommunications we had, they accommodated well! I suggest you to purchase the pool heat daily so that the jacuzzi is heated! The Jacuzzi and Pool runs off the same heating system! Everything was awesome! Love the shopping that’s near and the resort amenities! Will return back again!

This property was great for a family stay. We had a few issues with the pool and a couple of door handles missing when we checked in. It did take a few calls to the management company to get someone out there to help us but they did end up resolving our issues. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Just make sure you check everything when you arrive and put a call in immediately for any issues.

Be prepared to be wowed by this exquisite home! The pictures don’t do justice to the custom care and designer touches that went into every last inch of creating this breathtaking space. The location is fantastic and a 5 min-drive to anything you could need. The lake view is the perfect backdrop for relaxing on the patio while watching the sunset. From cleanliness to timely communication and complete professionalism, working with this host/management company was a great experience. We’ve stayed in several homes in this neighborhood in the past, but none compare to this one. We’ll definitely be back!

This home is stunning and well designed! Perfect home for large groups visiting Disney as it is less than a 10 minute drive. The living room and bedrooms are beautifully designed and the game room has plenty of options for entertainment. The pool does have to be heated 24 hours in advance which we didn't realize until we were ready to use it so be sure to plan ahead if you want night pool time.
