It was incredible! The pictures were very accurate. The place was immaculate, welcoming and so comfortable. Dennis was very responsive (I messaged a question and he responded right away). The location was so close to everything - restaurants, outlets and of course the parks. Coming in and out of the gated community was a breeze (staff were super friendly and helpful). Finally, the clubhouses were beautiful and clean!

Place was clean and setup beautiful just like in the pictures. Close to Orlando about 30 minutes so close enough to everything we wanted to do. A grocery store within 5 minutes as well. Dennis was very responsive and the resort staff at storey Lake was very nice. We assumed this location was close to the main clubhouse but it actually is close to its own clubhouse with water park and you have access to the main clubhouse and Waterpark as well so it's like two for one. Two downfalls here were the checkin at the gate the 1st time just because they didn't have us on the security list. But it was fixed quickly with a phone call. And the parking is very close together, apparently. Our rental was hit while parked at night and no one said anything. Other than that great place will be back again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and extremely close to all of our vacation destinations. The staff at the club house were kind and made our day enjoyable. The only small downside is that entering the gate at night can get backed up. At times it did add 10-20 minutes to our trip. But overall this house was incredible, would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place at Storey Lake East! The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus my brother in law who stayed for a few days. The rooms were exactly as pictured, and the kids loved their rooms and finding all the hidden mickeys! I absolutely would stay here again. It was exactly as expected and just like the photos.

This is our second stay in Storey Lake. This townhome was in a quiet area yet near the clubhouse with pool and amenities. The townhome had everything listed in the description. The pool is a cocktail pool or plunge pool. There was a bbq area and a table for 4 outside. The pool area does back up to the road but there wasn’t much traffic at all. It was pretty quiet. On the other side of the road was a small pond and Greenbelt. I did see some small ants in the master bedroom and we washed down the pool area because there were bugs out there. I figure that’s to be expected because it is Florida. Check-out was very easy and convenient. We had a great stay and would consider this townhome for our next visit. This company is very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay the condo was extremely clean and welcoming. My children really enjoyed trying to find the hidden Mickey Mouse’s. It was a very easy short drive to Disney world parks. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other’s.

The unit was squeaky clean and exactly as described. We loved every bit of it! The location is great, just a few minutes from Disney World. It is a private, gated neighborhood, which is great. The only complaint I would have is that the line to get into the community can get long during the busy parts of the day. Traffic came back up on the street waiting to get in. This was a pretty minor thing. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house was in a great location for visiting Disney Parks. It was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 8. We felt right at home. The complex offered lots of great activities for kids at the pool areas and club houses. Staff were friendly at the Storey Lake complexes. Dennis’s team answered all our questions promptly whenever we needed them. One point of mention is this is a gated community. You need to get a parking pass on arrival or security advised your car will be towed. This instruction was missing from the check-in process. The lines to drive in and out of the complex at security gates were often long and during one of our nights of stay it took us over 30 mins to gain access. So guests should be prepared for that, it seemed to be connected to end of day return from the parks by families staying in the units.

We were really happy with the house and location! Beautiful house, well furnished and equipped, we were all comfortable. Well placed for a 15 minute drive into Disney parks. The onsite facilities were great.

Great house, everything according to the pictures. All new in the house, from bedding to fully equipped kitchen. Excelente location, safe and organized condominium. The host was super helpful and everything that was requested was resolved.

This was a great location when visiting Disney and surrounding parks. Close to the airport too, so ideally located when travelling with a young family. The villa was very clean, bright and welcoming, the resort pool was an added bonus on days when we wanted to relax. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

The townhouse we stayed in was beautiful and the pool was perfect for us! We really enjoyed having access to a grill and the water park inside the resort was perfect for the kids to stay busy and enjoy themselves when mama wanted to relax. Only issue I had was not having the correct code when time to check in and after an 18 hour ride that was an inconvenience but all was figured out and the rest of the stay was amazing.

Unfortunately, didn’t have a good experience want it to be cleared on how important it is for this area to have connection being that there’s no phone access. Also, everything now an days is depended on WiFi , TV wasn’t working as well. For what my family paid for found it a bit unfair that kids couldn’t have a movie night with the family and for someone who works from home it was truly important to have this resolved but it wasn’t. Beds were very uncomfortable that made it more difficult. Dennis did communicate which I do appreciate it. Thank you for that.

My name was not registered at the gate when I got there so the guard was not going to let me in. I had to call and was talking to a third party that had to get ahold of someone else in order to get everything straightened out which took over an hour. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Other than that everything was great. They did give us free heat for the pool for a week because of the mess up, although I don't think we needed it.

This place was nice. Everything brand new my kids feels at home right away thank you all my friends and family already asking where did we stay and gave them your information thank you again we don’t want to leave yet but for sure there will be a next time.
