We enjoyed the place the only problem was there was stains in the carpet and the walls looked unclean. Checking in required a lot of steps and we didn’t receive the proper code to get in the gate or the house. It took 30 mins to get inside because we were not given the gate code and then we had to receive 3 different codes in order to get the door open which took an hour of just sitting in front of the house. House did it exactly what we needed for the weekend. Communication was good with the host but would like it to be a little more organized.

Our stay was very nice. We’ve stayed at other air bnbs but this was the best of all. The place was clean and spacious and Dennis is great at communicating and very much reachable. Thank you.

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb from 06/06 to 06/08, and we were absolutely in awe the moment we walked in! The photos were spot on, but the house looks even better in person. It was incredibly spacious and had more than enough room for everyone—from the kids to the adults. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The game room, pool, and movie theater were major highlights for all of us! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and spending quality time together as a family. It felt like a home away from home. I give this home a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway—you will not be disappointed! I’ll definitely be booking again in the future and telling a friend to tell a friend! Also, shoutout to our host Dennis—he was very responsive, attentive, and overall a great Airbnb host!

My family felt right at home, The near by water park was beautiful and super fun for the kids. The house was nice and fit every need for my family. The theater was a great add on to this home, movie night felt just like the real deal. Thanks Dennis

This was a very nice house. It fit our family well, and everyone could have their own room, which was nice. We had the pool heated which came in handy, since it got a little chilly while we were there. The kitchen was pretty sparse. If you plan on cooking here, bring alot of your own stuff. Luckily we brought things, just in case, and needed it all. We had to buy pans to make things in the oven. We did some improvising to make it work. Also, the movie room was a let down. We had a service guy come out twice during the week, but eventually just gave up, and didn't use it. Overall it was a nice house, just lacking in the details.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed in, it was perfect for my family vacation. Everyone had a corner of their own. The kids of all ages loved the game room. My only issue was the theater room. We had to call the technician in to get the sound to work in the theater room and he too couldn’t figure it out, so we didn’t have use of the room until about 4 days into our trip when a techie in our group arrived onsite; no one else came back, as indicated, to figure out no-sound issue out. Additionally, it would be nice if they hooked up a Roku or provided an additional HDMI cord for those technically savvy to be able to hook up a Roku so that they can have access to their streaming channels and not have to rely on Spectrum or DVD’s to watch movies on the big screen. We wanted to watch a movie on our prime account but couldn’t do so because there wasn’t a way to hook into the surround sound. Regardless, it was still an awesome experience! We’ll be back (with our own cord)

This house was amazing to my family. Definitely big enough to house 16 ppl and still won't feel like your on top of each other. Beautiful home wish we would've stayed longer.

What a great value for a couple of families or friends families. Great home base after a day of dolphins, studios or hanging with old big ears. Kitchen has excellent glassware, utensils and a nice selection of cookware pots, skillets and cutting boards. Stove and oven electric, worked great. Nice microwave, huge fridge. Game room is great, only one pool cue but it is straight and the table is really nice, as is the air hockey table. I put up the high score on Galaga video game, but couldn’t place on any of the 5 versions of PacMan… Did I mention the insane number of 50-65” TVs? 14, depending on whether you count the theater room… yes.. totally legit theater room… Obviously it was an awesome spring break… with smiles for miles… do invest in heating the pool and spa… worth every penny… unless eating a burger cooked on the grill 15 feet from where you are sippin on a cold one, while soaking in the pool after a long day isn’t your kind of fun. We will be back for sure.

Our family had a great time at Dennis’ ChampionsGate home. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kids loved playing pool and the dual gaming tv setup. We spent many hours watching movies in the theater room and in the pool. The host, Dennis, was very good; communicated and responded quickly. On the downside, the air hockey and arcade were not functioning during our stay. When we contacted Dennis, he was prompt to respond and send maintenance, who was able to fix the ice machine, but said the air hockey and arcade have been inoperable for a while and that he needed owner approval to fix. Since both were featured prominently in the Airbnb photos, we were disappointed that we didn’t have the opportunity to play. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and we enjoyed every moment at Dennis’!

Disappointed renting a pool house and was not able to use it. Pool was extremely dirty. Green. Host refused to return heating fees. When it was cleaned it had way too much chlorine. House was clean but don’t expect host to work with you if something goes wrong.

The house is beautiful and big. Look just like pictures. Hate the ice machine wasn’t working even after maintenance came and tried to fix it. Everything was great and my family loved the house. Definitely will book again

the pool could be cleaner and the host could do a better job of communicating. the projector was broken and i found out after i arrived to my reservation which was disappointing because i booked this for the theater room/projector. overall though, it’s a decent place to stay at.

The home is awesome and spacious. The amenities are nice and the house was very clean. We had extra towels, a lot of dishes and tv’s in every room of the house. We didn’t have any trouble with Wi-Fi and the host Dennis very helpful.

Me & my family of 20 (ten adults & ten small children) enjoyed Dennis’s home. Everything was nice & clean. We enjoyed the pool & movie theater room. The kids had movie night while the adults enjoyed the view sitting around the pool. The beds were cozy & it was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Dennis answered my questions & concerns right away. Overall, me & my family are very satisfied & looking forward to stay again.

Great vacation spot! The home was absolutely beautifully decorated , spacious rooms and clean . We enjoyed the extra homey touches, the game room,pool and theater. The spacious room complemented all of us from my 85 year old dad to my 10 month old grandson. The memories we made will always be in our hearts. Most definitely we would stay here again!

4 out of 5 stars. Would stay again. Pros: Great spacious house for multiple families w a game room, movie room and pool. Beautifully furnished. We loved the 2 connecting masters to kids rooms setup. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Good location / proximity to key tourist destinations. Community has a great area for tennis/golf, and another separate area for pool/lazy river/splash pad. Towels, and sheets provided which is a nice plus. Dennis is super responsive and got back to me quickly on all my questions. Cons: the houses are right next to each other. There is no privacy when you are outside (you can see and hear your neighbor in their pool amd vice versa). The are still houses being put up around this house. Not a problem from a sound perspective but a lot of construction equipment and materials laying around. The outside area in front of the house was a disaster. A tree was knocked over and a ton of trash was laying around all over the front walk way. And there was a juice box in the jacuzzi in the back. Also, the propane tank was left empty which was frustrating. Thankfully, the inside of the house was immaculate.
