We went to Florida for a conference. The location was close to the Renee. We stayed longer to go to some theme parks. The location was super close to the parks. Dennis was super helpful and friendly. There were five of us and his home was the perfect size for us. We went to the pool in the evenings and it was a great place to relax.

We had a great stay at this property on our recent trip to Orlando! Upon arrival, it was easy to access the house and it was very clean and tidy. We had a few questions throughout our stay and these were answered thoroughly and promptly, which was most appreciated We would definitely return here - thank you!

I wrote Dennis even before I booked the AirBnB, I gave him my requirements for # of guests and desired activities. He came back within 10 minutes with 3 recommendations. I highly recommend this AirBnB for its proximity to Universal, Restaurants and Shopping, oh yes and there are Amazon Lockers within walking distance. This location was peaceful, safe and it felt like home. I would definitely rent here again.

If you’re visiting Universal parks and want to be close, this is the perfect place! 10-15 min to parks depending on time of day and traffic. If using Uber, they were always available and affordable to get to and from wherever we went. Close to so many restaurants and things to do outside of Universal too. The townhouse was spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and was in a quiet and safe community. Denis was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or issues. Highly recommend.

We had a great time visiting Orlando and this place was just the peaceful oasis we needed at the end of each day. The children's pool area was a favorite and turned into an all day activity right in property. We loved this area when we lived in Orlando 10 years ago and will be looking to return to this property in future visits it felt like home.

Thank you so much to Dennis for allowing my group and I to come back home to this safe haven after long days in the Orlando heat. The 3 full and 1 half bathroom made it super easy for all 10 of us to get cleaned up and ready for bed. The sliding door patio was also a great way to catch some warm florida air without succumbing yourself to the intense humidity for too long!! Dishwasher and stove made it very easy to reheat some quick meals picked up at either the chick fil a or 7/11, both down the block. I highly recommend staying with Dennis and Casiola Homes :)

Everything great, I love the location, the beds are comfortable. The stove is a little bit slow. The pool is great and the bar in the pool is convenience.

Great location. Very central to all the attractions and the exhibition center (there for a trade show). Place was roomy and comfortable with great kitchen amenities for breakfast. Great stay!

Our stay at Dennis' place was fantastic. As a family of six, there was plenty of room for all of us to stay and relax. Each bedroom had linens and towels and the beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day at the parks. The place was very clean and check in was easy. We spend two full days at Universal Studios, which was about a 10 minute drive way, and coming home to this home was perfect! The pool was refreshing and the hot tub were perfect after being on our feet all day. Overall our experience was great and we would recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Orlando, especially if you are planning on visiting the parks!

This condo was perfect for a large family with kids. We loved the amount of space this condo offered. Everything was spotless when we arrived. We felt very safe. The condo offered tons of privacy, we did not heard a peep from anyone around us. We loved it that there was a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra half bath on the middle floor. I cannot think of anything this condo was missing. There was someone available immediately when we had trouble with our door code and they stayed in contact throughout our stay. It was great to know they would answer questions immediately, but also had extreme privacy. I wish the beds were more comfortable. Being so close to the theme parks, visitors are likely on their feet all day and are ready to lie down on a comfortable bed. In spite of that, we would stay here again in the future.

I would highly recommend renting this town house. The house was clean, had enough space, towels, awesome kitchen, balcony, pool and an exercise room. So close to Universal Studios, about 10 to 20 minutes and about 2 hours to Clearwater. The home was big enough for all of my family (there was 7 of us in the house). Everyone had there own space and privacy. I was so excited that it had a washer and dryer and a garage which fits one car in the garage and another car to park outside. Will definitely go back there again and highly recommend anyone staying there. Awesome place with Awesome experience and memories.

Great spot. Very spacious. Dennis was quick to reply to any questions, and I'm sure would do the same for any concerns should you run into one. The only issue we ran into was not being able to adjust the thermostat, which was locked in. But it wasn't a major problem and should be easy to change, so we didn't mention it during our stay.

The home was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect (for us) close to plenty restaurants and attractions. The Walgreens and Publix at the Resort entrance is very convenient, while the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking tools for homemade meals. The natural light throughout the home is fantastic. Private en suite bathroom for each bedroom, plus a half bath off the main living area. The pool was great with a bar and covered seating that comes in handy when it rains.
