We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, especially for visiting the Universal parks. The best part was being able to watch Epic Universe’s fireworks every evening right from our balcony! Such a fun bonus to our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

This place has your basic needs/small starter kit. Sound proof for quiet sleeping. Every guest is given one towel and wash cloth but you are given pods for laundry. There is a great brewery not far that is walkable near the Walgreens. Highly suggest a stop there.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, in a great location, and the resort had lots to do. Check-in instructions weren’t provided upfront, though when I reached out, I received a response within 20 minutes; being proactive would have been nice. We’d stay at this resort again, but likely a different condo for comfort and communication.

The place was clean and comfortable. It was close to a grocery store and many easy to access restaurants. Close to the convention center. My kids loved the pool and drank way too many slushies!! It was perfect.

The apartment is very well located, and looks exactly like the pictures. Dennis (and Casiola) answered immediately when we had questions - and it was overall a very good experience staying here. The amenities are wonderful, and we highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

This place was excellent and very well suited for a group of six people. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. A big plus is the Publix grocery store located right across the street, which was extremely convenient. The only downside we experienced was the lack of flexibility with the check-in time. We had to pay extra to check in about two hours before 4:00 PM, and there was no option to store luggage within the apartment complex. Additionally, while the swimming pool and gym are available and well maintained, they are located a bit far from the apartment unit. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the place. We would happily recommend it to others, especially groups or families.

The place was so lovely, easy to check in and out. Location was perfect for what we needed. Dennis was great on answering questions and left us come cookies. The place was very comfortable, the pillows and bed were so comfortable. It was a nice change from a hotel room , will for sure be booking again for our yearly trips. Parking was safe and secure. The pools and hot tub were great a refresher after long park days. Had many stores and restaurants walkable just outside the complex.

The condo is in a great location with lots of restaurants and things to do. The condo is showing its age, the decor is dated and very basic. There is only one bath towel per person provided and limited rolls of toilet paper. However the place is quite adequate, great WiFi, tv’s in every room, very clean, bug-free and Dennis was quick to respond to questions.

The place was as described and check in was very smooth because of instructions provided. The location was central to universal and Orlando Icon and just eight minutes drive to OCC which was our main event place. The shopping mall and grocery store was also close. The place was clean and amenities available as described (gym, pool were accessible. We had a great stay at Cayview! Thank you for being a great host!

It is always a pleasure staying on Dennis's property. The place was nice, clean and you have everything you need for your vacation. The subdivision helps you feel safe, it is close to the new Universal Park, Convention Center and the International Drive. We will continue to come back.

Good place to stay. Was close to the universal parks and Disney not far of a drive. Like that the toilet paper was double apply. Most places only give you single but this place had the good toilet paper. There is plenty of close restaurants and supermarket.

The condo was very clean and organized. It was approximately a 6 minute drive to the Orlando Convention Center. Additionally, the pool area across the street was very nice. I did not like that a third party service (Casiola) was used to convey the entry instructions for the unit instead of being available on Airbnb's website directly. I also did not appreciate the multiple spam emails from Casiola despite unsubscribing directly and via email. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and the value for the money.

This was my and my group's first time staying in a privately gated resort, and Dennis' place was the best first impression of it all. Immaculate place with three pristine bedrooms; perfect for our group size (5). Walgreens and Chick-Fil-A, amongst other local restaurants, in walkable distance. It was also easy for our ubers to get in the resort to do pick-ups/drop-offs. Host is very responsive. Were kind to leave a small box of kitchen supplies (small bottle of dish soap, sponge, two laundry pods, two dishwasher pods) - you would definitely need more if staying for an extended amount of time! Lasted our group fine for 5 nights. Buy your own hand soap though! Laundry in this unit came very handy for our group as well. Worked as expected! Be warned that the dryer is quite loud and squeaky, so I would recommend not leaving laundry until the evening/bedtime. And lastly, having Vista Cay resort amenities provided was a beautiful perk! Thank you Dennis!

Pictures shows better than unit. Light switches are dirty which means it doesn’t get cleaned at all. Bare frugal essentials provided. Shampoo don’t create suds. Toilet paper really thin 2ply. Toilet in primary bedroom flushes slowly and bowl constantly fills up. Dryer is super loud & squeaky. Thermostat is dated & needs to be updated. AC always came on despite holding temp or changing schedule temp details. You can hear people above the unit making noises running around. Host & Casiola said they don’t recycle meanwhile poster at resort says they do. I wouldn’t recommend this place or Casiola. Will be looking for more higher end resort next time in I’m Florida. Is close to theme parks which is convenient.

Dennis was super responsive and allowed us to check out later with no additional cost, which was awesome for us. Major cons were 1) wish there was more transparency about the nearby pool being closed for renovation, and that the next available pool was a street away 2) we reached out about our toilets not flushing properly, but unsure if that was taken care of

Dennis was a great host and his Airbnb was one of the best in Orlando. I went to EDC Orlando and this Airbnb was the perfect distance from the festival and everything else like restaurants and downtown Orlando.

The place was fantastic and exactly as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of space for four to five people, and it was within easy walking distance to the pool. The location is excellent, especially if you're visiting Universal, Disney, or other nearby attractions. Overall, I'd give it a 9 out of 10. Thanks, Dennis, for the great communication before the hurricane—everything worked out perfectly!
