Was given a 2 different addresses. The first address had people in it. How embarrassing! The pool was dirty and cloudy. Was not able to enjoy the pool the whole week we were there. Sent multiple messages about the pool. Requested a discount/refund for the inconvenience and was told that a ticket was submitted for the inconvenience. NOTHING WAS SUBMITTED! Airbnb took all of my screenshots of the messages and pictures of the pool situation and was kind enough to refund me some of my money spent because the host denied taking any responsibility and denied the claim. Thank you Airbnb for taking care of your customers. Horrible host. Please avoid

The house was very accommodating for my family and I. Such a quiet neighborhood.The host Dennis was always responsive and willing to help. He made this whole process very painless.There were plenty of rooms and beds to choose from, the house is even more gorgeous and spotless in person and the private pool was the best part it kept the kids entertained while the adults caught up. Most definitely would recommend.
