Apartment was fantastic. Clean, very spacious and great location for us since we were attending a conference at the convention center. It was a very short drive away. Dennis was excellent and very quick to answer and questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for Halloween Horror Nights and it was the best! So close to the parks and other attractions plus lots of restaurants. Very spacious apartment with a beautiful pool very close by.

Really nice and clean apartment, spacious living and dining area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. WiFi is great . The surrounding are is safe . We had jogging around the lake every morning. The location is near almost everything. Communication with host is great with instant reply. Will definitely stay here again .

The condo is convenient to Universal studios, Orlando airport and Icon Park. We were there for a conference so no Disney for us 😢 The condo was spotless and beautiful. It has lovely high ceilings. We arrived really late due to flights but we’re able to access without issue. The a/c did stop working and they addressed the issue immediately. There were beach towels to use at the beautiful pools. Our son loved the covered playground. We’d recommend it and would stay again.

Cancelled my air bnb the same day making it to where I couldn’t reserve a new air bnb the same day so I ended up getting a room that was nowhere near what I wanted 😞

What a fantastic place - I'm 110% satisfied! The unit was exactly as advertised - large, spacious, and very comfortable. We booked this lovely place for our Thanksgiving celebration/weekend. It was so nice and relaxing. Added bonuses: the large balcony overlooking the lake + being able to see the daily evening fireworks from the theme parks. The host was very nice and responsive. Parking is easy. Location is convenient - near everything touristy as well as Publix. Lots of eating options nearby. I give this a 5-star rating for good reason, and I plan to book it again in the future!

Perfect location next to the convention center and not far from other attractions, restaurants, and more! Condo was much larger than we anticipated and was perfect for our work group. Will definitely consider again for our next visit.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was much bigger than we expected and we loved the close proximity to local attractions. The carpets do have a few stains but were vacuumed and cleaned. Beds had us worried initially as they are a bit slim, but we ended up sleeping just fine on them. Overall we really enjoyed the condo.

Dennis’s place is a cozy 3 room and 2 bathroom apartment. Each room is styled neatly and comfortably. The kitchen is fun to cook in. The view in the morning of the sun rising from under the lake is spectacular. Overall, the place was nice to enjoy with my friends for the weekend. We kicked back and relaxed with a day in on Saturday.

Located on the top (4th) floor of Vista Cay, the 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the lagoon, walking/running path and gardens. It is spacious enough for visiting with family or friends and a quiet spot for relaxing and sleeping. There are tvs in each bedroom and a large one in the living room. The dining table is large enough for a group of 6 and there are two couches in the living/dining area plus one more in the sitting area off the front hall. A washer/dryer is also there for your use. It is close to Disney activities and also downtown Orlando for restaurants and shopping. Travel time to the airport was about 20 minutes without traffic.

This is one of those finds that exceeded expectations. It's a very spacious condo completely decked out in a way that makes you feel like you're in a second home. One detail I didn't see in the original description is that the unit is not only on the upper floor, it's also on the corner of the building. Translation: wider view, fewer neighbors, more daylight; for me it was just a terrific little discovery. The place is also walking distance from the convention center (weather allowing, did get little hot one one stroll over there). It's longish, but totally doable. Also very close to one the main restaurant districts. Easy shot to and from the airport. It's just a perfect bullseye and I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Very spacious, quiet and comfortable unit. Great Condo recently built. We loved the heated pool, the arcade, the view. The condo location was great for visiting Sea World. Beds great if you like them firm.

The place was very nice. One of the best accommodations I've experienced through Airbnb. Very clean and well appointed. We were very surprised by the spaciousness. We were here on a business trip (Convention Center was only a 5 minute drive...$7 Lyft). My colleagues mentioned how nice it was to not be on top of each other. Great kitchen and beautiful balcony with great view.

The apartment was lovely and had a super layout. It was clean and inviting and was a stone's throw from the Orange County convention center. The pool and games room were also lovely and our kids enjoyed playing there. It's also right by the lake and the lake walk was beautiful - and the proximity to Publix was perfect! Definitely recommend staying here!

View is just awesome Well appointed kitchen. Great location for OCCC access. 15 min from a huge number of great restaurants and 5 min to great Chinese food next to Publix.

Excellent apartment, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are in great shape. It is close to a Publix, so easy to shop for food. The TVs worked fine as well.

Everything went perfect! We arrived late at night and the system (electronic key) was really convenient. The penthouse is gigantesk, really clean and comfy. The location is perfect for whom is going to universal studio or Sea World. We didn't rent a car and did eveything with Uber and saved a lot of money doing that! Dennis was really nice and helpful. We met him in person and he was really trustful! Thanks a lot! We will always rent with him when we go back to Orlando. Definitely recommended :-)
