Always a pleasure to stay at this place. Every year, we are coming for a show at the Convention Center and Vista Cay resort is the perfect place. Great condo, easy free parking, great pool and gym. Quiet and well located. We will come back next year for sure !

Everything was great with the room. It was in a nice area not too far from Universal Studios. The room was also very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates forks, etc. There was also soap, laundry detergent a new sponge and dishwasher pods which was nice. The bathrooms had small soaps and shampoos which was nice since I forgot mine. This location was great, because there was also a Walgreens right next to it that I could walk to for some other items that I forgot. The tv’s also had Disney+ which was nice as well to have.

The place is very quiet and nice to enjoy. Close to attractions, supermarket and convenience stores. Dennis very concerned about anything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful place with ample space for a family of 4. Great location as it is central to a lot of the popular attractions as well as very easy access to major highways. Awesome that there’s a Walgreens as well as a Publix all within a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic time at Dennis’ place. The place itself is exactly as described, and was a big part of our stay. The amenities (pool and gym) made it even better! There is a walkable trail just outside and the grocery store is a short walk away. Whenever we had a question, Dennis was kind and quick to respond. Thanks so much, Dennis!

We loved this condo! Very clean, comfy beds and spacious with a homey feel. The complex itself is very nice with great amenities, pool and jacuzzi and close to everything with a few places within walking distance. We were in town for a convention at Orange County Convention Center and after a long day of working this was a much better place than a hotel to come back to, so much more comfortable. Thanks!

This place is great. Very private balcony overlooking some of the pool area. Good communication , and fast responses to fix a door issue. We were happy to stay. Would recommend this condo. And vista Cay is a great resort.

Resort is amazing, the days we went weather was kind of cold but we still go to enjoy the heated pool and the hot tube, that was totally amazing and super important for my girls and I on every vacation. Condo was good with plenty of room, not the comfiest bed/bedding I've slept on , older tvs, no roku, no netflix or any of the current platforms for enternatinment but we knew it and there was cable so it was ok but the LOCATION for universal Studios totally made up for it. Short 5-10 min drive, a walgreens withing 5 min walk, walking path around pond, gym, private parking. Communication with Dennis was outstanding, check in/out process was a breeze. There was also this 50yr Disney aniversary to read on that I totally loved =D

For our first AirBNB we were very pleased. Beautiful grounds. Great view (though they were far away, we saw SeaWorld fireworks from our balcony). Gorgeous, spacious and clean in the inside. Dennis was quick to reply with any questions we had. If entering at night... It's very difficult to find as the resort area parking is not well lot. So go a little before sundown for check in and the rest of your stay will be a breeze.

We had a great time at Dennis's place in Vista Cay. We felt very safe. The check in was very quick. We liked not having to go to a front office. The accomadations were very nice. Would stay there again.

Excellent resort condo! Place was great for our 3 day long stay in Orlando for vacation. Location was great - located right next to the convention center and within 15 minutes from Universal Orlando.

Super clean place ,tastefully decorated with outstanding amenities.We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and admiring the lake view in early mornings .Used Uber/Lift to get around ,Disney Parks are approximately half an hour by Uber especially in the morning.Wallgreens drug store within 3-4 min by walk.We enjoyed morning stroll around the lake .Gym was adequate.

everything described on the page regarding the apartment and its amenities were real. Very close is a Publix. Dennis guided us to anything I requested. Although we do not use it, it has two pools and a very nice space to tour. It is to recommend.

Our host made us feel great when we got to the apartment and saw the table set up, just ready to share!!! We found all we needed ok. We were in a peaceful atmosphere where our family had a great time. It was a cozy apartment with a great view to the lake and near shops we'll always remember! All apartment was homey! Beautiful condo!!! We had a memorable time in Orlando and will definitely come back when back to Orlando. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The house is in a quiet location and you are by the pool in two minutes. There is a parking place right in front of the house. The entire complex is very well maintained and the pool and hot tub invite you to relax. Dennis was a perfect host - very helpful, information was delivered quickly and helped with issues. Since our flight home was only in the evening, we were even able to do "late check-out", thank you very much for that.

The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Great view. Loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony. Was situated perfectly for getting to and from the convention center for the conference we were attending. So much nicer than staying at a hotel. Comfy and lots of room. A great kitchen. We would stay here again.

The Vista Cay condo was very nice and quiet. The space was completely ready for our stay and was a welcome retreat from the hot Orlando sun. Having a full kitchen was wonderful as well as having a washer and dryer. Working with Dennis was easy and he gave complete directions. Everything was as stated and exceeded my expectations. We could park right outside the unit and the parking was gated. One of my favorite features was the keypad for the door instead of actual keys. This made everything from getting in and leaving a breeze and no pesky keys to keep track of. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants their own space but doesn't want to be confined to a hotel room.

Great location close to all parks (SeaWorld, Aquatica, WetnWild, Universal, Disney, SkyDive) and outlet stores. Very spacious, beautiful view, great pool with bar and music (the bartender even ordered us pizza that we ate around the pool) and large solarium. The residence has no charm and the decoration of the apartment is very very classic (even more than it looks in the photos). But really ideal for a family who is going to discover the parks.

I have stayed in the Vista Cay community more than a dozen times, each time in a different unit. This was by far the nicest unit I have rented. Very clean and expertly decorated. If you are traveling on business for a tradeshow at the Orange County Conv Ctr, this location is ideal. Pam was very responsive and getting into and out of the unit was a breeze. Will be a repeat customer for this unit and future business travel to Orlando.

When we arrived we hadn't expected the place to be as nice as it was. it was a gorgeous condo to stay in and the amenities were exceptional. It's at least five minutes away from universal studios and right along the turnpike. The publix and walgreens next door was quite convenient too. I'd love to rent it again someday if I decide to go back again. Cellphone service gets a tad spotty in the complex, but it's a very trivial complaint compared to all that you get.

We were actually in a 3 bedroom because her two bedroom was booked. Place was nice and clean, beds comfortable. Needs a little updating but overall a pleasant experience.
