The bad: The set up of dishes on the dining table were thick with dust like they don’t get changed out and dishes in the cabinets were covered in dust. Seems like it was remodeled recently and wasn’t fully cleaned up in kitchen because there were slivers of paint all over the dishes in the lower cabinets and a white powdery film on the plates and cups in upper cabinets. The dishwasher smelled like dirty gym socks and the dryer was difficult to get the door closed properly because the filter won’t go all the way in due to lint build up. The fridge water filter was overdue for replacement and the water tasted off. There was only one extra blanket for the king bed, which was extremely hard. The twins were softer. Clubhouse food/drinks overpriced. Rental is above kid pool. Thin windows=loud The good: The instructions weren’t clear on where to park but was easy to call and get assistance. Quick to get to theme parks. The rest of the place was squeaky clean. Would stay again if in the area.

I have never vacation where I am told the unit is set to what management is conforable with. They emailed its working yes at 70 and 72 really. Temp. 105 and higher I had to sleep 3 nights at my son at the marriott. My granddaughter is 5 and said this unit is to hot. No consideration on any refund I suggest 3 fans after. Horrible. The area is great for eating and great pools. Units very old elevators very nasty. The worst AIRBNB EXPERIENCE we have every had. Thank god my son was in town 5 miles at the marriott.

The place was perfect for the family while I was in town for a convention all week! It was clean, comfortable and close to great restaurants and entertainment! Our host Dennis was friendly, professional and very helpful! We will definitely stay here again next time we come!

​We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment in Cay, Orlando, was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable family vacation. The location is fantastic—quiet, safe, and close to all the main attractions. The host was exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Excellent location, 6 minutes from Epic and the Universal parks. 20 minutes from Disney! Excellent pool and facilities! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen! Great place. We'd definitely come back!

Listing was as described, great views great community with pool and bar. The pool is good for all size children to teens. Check in was a little hard to understand getting through gates but communication was great so we figured it out.

This condo is the perfect place to stay as a family! It is immaculately clean, has a washer and dryer, comfortable beds, and close to most amenities. The pool area is just off the back deck over looking the splash park, and was actually very quiet. The grounds are kept very clean and lush, convenient parking, elevators, gated community, etc. We chose this location because of the proximity to Epic Universe, which is a 7 minute drive. Communication with Dennis was a breeze and responded to my messages quickly while answering all my questions. We were very happy to stay at this property and would likely stay again for our next visit to Orlando!

We had a great time! We were pleasantly surprised by the pool area which had a splash pad that really functioned like a mini water park, hot tub and arcade! The condo was very nice and spacious, tidy, clean and had a homey feel to it. I would highly recommend staying here! It was relaxing and gave us a great vacation experience. There is so much to do in the Orlando area for vacation activities and then you get to come back to a luxurious nice condo with a beautiful pool and recreation area. We would love to come back when we visit Orlando again in the future!

If you want to go to universal studios, this air bnb is a very good location! Only 6 minutes drive to the newest park, epic universe 👍🏻 the surrounding areas also great, many fast food restaurants by walking distance.

Great apartment, wonderful location, close to the main parks, close to shopping centres and restaurants. Quiet and safe place. Condominium with a great leisure area for children. We were greeted with amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen, which made it much easier because we arrived very late, we couldn't go to the supermarket the day we arrived. Everything was great! We'll definitely vote!

Truly a home away from home and centrally located for all the parks! The pool is great and there is a jacuzzi and games there too! The unit having two bathrooms saved us a lot of time and the view from the balcony overlooks the pool too! We hope to come back and visit again one day!

Great location! We wanted a spot close to the convention center for the Nationals Volleyball Tournament and this spot is great. Its about 15min walking distance from the center and prob 5-6min via car. It has multiple stores right at the entrance of the location and its overall a very convenient place to stay. Not to mention its right next to Epic Universe. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and offered a lovely view of the pond. It had easy access to the walking trail and clubhouse, which made it even more enjoyable. Check-in was a breeze, parking was simple, and it was a quick and convenient drive to the grocery store and Icon Park. I would stay here again.

Loved to stay at vista cay , Dennis is a great host! The house is perfect , the check in was easy. The amenities were fun , we used the pool , gym game room on the site . It’s very quiet overall and would surely book again .

Everything was great with the room. It was in a nice area not too far from Universal Studios. The room was also very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates forks, etc. There was also soap, laundry detergent a new sponge and dishwasher pods which was nice. The bathrooms had small soaps and shampoos which was nice since I forgot mine. This location was great, because there was also a Walgreens right next to it that I could walk to for some other items that I forgot. The tv’s also had Disney+ which was nice as well to have.

We loved this condo! Very clean, comfy beds and spacious with a homey feel. The complex itself is very nice with great amenities, pool and jacuzzi and close to everything with a few places within walking distance. We were in town for a convention at Orange County Convention Center and after a long day of working this was a much better place than a hotel to come back to, so much more comfortable. Thanks!

Resort is amazing, the days we went weather was kind of cold but we still go to enjoy the heated pool and the hot tube, that was totally amazing and super important for my girls and I on every vacation. Condo was good with plenty of room, not the comfiest bed/bedding I've slept on , older tvs, no roku, no netflix or any of the current platforms for enternatinment but we knew it and there was cable so it was ok but the LOCATION for universal Studios totally made up for it. Short 5-10 min drive, a walgreens withing 5 min walk, walking path around pond, gym, private parking. Communication with Dennis was outstanding, check in/out process was a breeze. There was also this 50yr Disney aniversary to read on that I totally loved =D

For our first AirBNB we were very pleased. Beautiful grounds. Great view (though they were far away, we saw SeaWorld fireworks from our balcony). Gorgeous, spacious and clean in the inside. Dennis was quick to reply with any questions we had. If entering at night... It's very difficult to find as the resort area parking is not well lot. So go a little before sundown for check in and the rest of your stay will be a breeze.

Super clean place ,tastefully decorated with outstanding amenities.We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and admiring the lake view in early mornings .Used Uber/Lift to get around ,Disney Parks are approximately half an hour by Uber especially in the morning.Wallgreens drug store within 3-4 min by walk.We enjoyed morning stroll around the lake .Gym was adequate.

Everything described on the page regarding the flat and its amenities was true. There's a Publix very close by. Dennis guided us with everything I asked him. Although we didn't use it, the complex has two pools and a very nice area to walk around. It's recommended.

Beautiful condo!!! We had an unforgettable time in Orlando and would definitely come back if we were to return to Orlando. The flat is on the 3rd floor, very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The house is in a quiet location, and you can reach the pool in two minutes. Parking right in front of the house. The entire complex is very well maintained, and the pool and hot tub invite you to relax. Dennis was a perfect host – very helpful, information was provided quickly, and he helped with any problems. Since our flight home was not until the evening, we were even able to do a "late check-out". Thank you very much for that.

The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Great view. Loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony. Was situated perfectly for getting to and from the convention center for the conference we were attending. So much nicer than staying at a hotel. Comfy and lots of room. A great kitchen. The Vista Cay condo was very nice and quiet. The space was completely ready for our stay and was a welcome retreat from the hot Orlando sun. Having a full kitchen was wonderful as well as having a washer and dryer. Working with Dennis was easy and he gave complete directions. Everything was as stated and exceeded my expectations. We could park right outside the unit and the parking was gated. One of my favorite features was the keypad for the door instead of actual keys. This made everything from getting in and leaving a breeze and no pesky keys to keep track of. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants their own space but doesn't want to be confined to a hotel room.

Great location close to all parks (SeaWorld, Aquatica, WetnWild, Universal, Disney, SkyDive) and outlet stores. Very spacious, beautiful view, great pool with bar and music (the bartender even ordered us pizza that we ate around the pool) and large solarium. The residence has no charm and the decor of the apartment is very, very traditional (even more so than it appears in the photos). But really ideal for a family going to explore the parks.

I have stayed in the Vista Cay community more than a dozen times, each time in a different unit. This was by far the nicest unit I have rented. Very clean and expertly decorated. If you are traveling on business for a tradeshow at the Orange County Conv Ctr, this location is ideal. Pam was very responsive and getting into and out of the unit was a breeze. Will be a repeat customer for this unit and future business travel to Orlando.

When we arrived we hadn't expected the place to be as nice as it was. it was a gorgeous condo to stay in and the amenities were exceptional. It's at least five minutes away from universal studios and right along the turnpike. The publix and walgreens next door was quite convenient too. I'd love to rent it again someday if I decide to go back again. Cellphone service gets a tad spotty in the complex, but it's a very trivial complaint compared to all that you get.

We were actually in a 3 bedroom because her two bedroom was booked. Place was nice and clean, beds comfortable. Needs a little updating but overall a pleasant experience.
