My family had a great time while staying in this home. It’s a very peaceful area and so close to Universal Studios, Orlando Convention Center and restaurants. There’s also great areas for walking and exercising in the area. Much thanks to the host for a great stay and friendly communication. The home was as described and very clean. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to being back in the area soon. Thank you for a great stay!

Met our needs for wave 1 and wave 2 of boys’ volleyball at the convention center. The location is great for events at OCCC. Dennis was very responsive. I appreciated the starter packs of dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, and kitchen wipes. Great fridge/freezer, oven/stove, and microwave for our 10 day stay with 2 adults and 2 teens.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here while we attended a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center. It allowed our group to stay together with a communal area and a few more amenities than we'd get in a hotel. However, the space could definitely be maintained a bit more as a lot of the furniture was damaged or worn out. Since we didn't spend too much time in the Airbnb, it worked out well for us as an affordable option, but after spending all day on our feet, we wouldn't have minded a more comfortable couch and beds.

Dennis was super responsive and gave clear instructions. The location of this condo was convenient in terms of nearby amenities and proximity to the theme parks. My only real knock on this space is the uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom; it’s unsupportive and really loud, otherwise, the condo met our needs. Not Dennis’ fault, and is a temporary issue, but one of the pools (the one directly next to the rental) is under construction, so it was a bummer to walk a little farther to the other pool, which was kinda crowded. Overall, this was a pleasant stay and was a good value compared to other rentals nearby. I would stay here again. Thanks, Dennis!

Couches were dirty, dressers were chipped, carpet was not vacuumed well, the pictures lie . TVs were outdated and there was a huge black spot above the shower. Not worth the price!

Do Not rent this unit, the pictures are not updated. Therefore, it doesn’t not reflect the current condition of the unit. For example, the white couch is not white anymore. It is a dingy white with large disgusting stains. I had to put a sheet over the couch for my family and I to relax. In addition to that, there was a large black mold spot on the ceiling in the master bedroom shower. All the drawers are old and scratched up. One dresser was broken. Hair was everywhere, we couldn’t sleep in the master bed because of hair in the bed. The owner was contacted and did offer to re-clean the unit. The owner in my opinion should replace couches and fix the unhealthy mold problem in his unit.

Very spacious as described. In a prime location very close to restaurants and shopping. The property is beautiful and tranquil. Very quiet and safe. Check in/out process was smooth and hassle free. Furniture had a bit of wear and tear but we didn’t spend much time indoors so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Host is very helpful and responds very quickly. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nice place. Exactly like the pictures. Everyone in our party had plenty of room within the condo. Pool area was nice as well. Only thing is thermostat is auto set and does not allow you to turn the temp down from 70. One night was pretty stuffy. Otherwise, highly recommend. We stayed here to go to universal which was very close.

The appointment was too close to the arrival time, the booked apartment was prepared, and the host gave me a prepared apartment first, but didn't tell me in advance that it was only two rooms, and I changed the apartment in the three rooms immediately after my private message at the back, other than that it was generally good.

Very clean and close to clubhouse. The pool and bar area was great. Very close to all Disney and Universal attractions. Will recommend and will stay there again.

Great stylish place, some staining on the couches but they're white so you can't expect them to be perfect. Very uncomfortable master bed. The smaller beds were more comfortable. The refrigerator in our room was not working properly so we wasted money on food that spoiled.

My family and I had a great stay at Dennis's place. Just as shown in pictures. Very elegant, roomy and comfortable for 8 people. I will definitively come back again to stay at his place. Highly recommended to all of you!! 5 stars would be an understatement.

Location was excellent, close to International Drive, Universal studios, etc. The place was decorated nicely and it was spacious enough for our party of eight. Communication was good and prompt. Check in was a breeze. However, I will NOT stay at this location again. The white living room couch was full of stains and filthy! We had to cover it to sit down. The Kitchen, had very little utensils. Make sure to come prepared with extras like a ice cream scooper and extra pans, since only two pans were provided.. Master bedroom mattress was squeaky, noisy, uncomfortable and cheap. Bathroom door knob was loose and did not lock. My husband repaired it. To make matters worse we were awoken by repairmen at 9am on Saturday to replace washing machine when it could have waited until we checked out later that morning. :(

Nice, clean and roomy apartment in a well maintained apartment complex. Highly recommended! Good beds. Well equipped in general, could use some more in the kitchen, but we did not miss anything since we ate out. We did not use much of the facilities of the resort, staying here for a business Conference, but the fitness space was a little small for the number of people using it.

Great Condo in a great location, close to everything. Ease of operation was great. Great on-site amenities, pool and hot tub were great and very close to the unit. Walgreens, Publix and Dunkin Donuts were walking distance from here. Would definitely book again!

This place was awesome. Well decorated, clean, close to Universal Studios (<4.5 miles), Andretti Indoor Karting, Wawa (I frequent this place a lot where I live), etc. Dennis was very responsive to my communications, the check-in process was super easy. I would rent this location from Dennis 10/10 times.

Beautiful place and great amenities! The place was exactly as pictured. It was spacious, very clean, well stocked in the kitchen (plates, cups etc) and included all linens. There were plenty of towels for each guest and there also included pool towels. It is located in a prime spot becasue it's only a few minutes from Universal Parks and only 20 minutes from Disney Parks. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Thanks!!

This is such a very nice house. Nicely decorated and have amazing amenities for our big group of 8! Check in was easy. It’s still pretty close driving to many attraction from this house. Highly recommend this lovely Airbnb

The apartment is in a good location. Right off of the express way and close to restaurants and Publix. The location looks like the pictures listen however the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. The same dishes shown in the picture was used as place setting. They were dusty and had hair in them. Upon arrival at hotels and Airbnb locations I immediately check the beds. The blue bed skirt and clue pillow cases were dirty I could see them from without even expecting the bed. We immediately remove the bed skirt and pillows from the bed. The towels and pillow cases had blonde hair all over them. Since no one in my party had blonde hair it obviously wasn’t ours. The toilet in the mast bedroom, continuously ran water nonstop and the handle appeared to be broken because it did a 360 turn every time we attempted to flush the toilet. The apartment was only stocked with one roll of paper towel and one roll of toilet tissues in each bathroom which clearly wasn’t enough. We had to go out and buy additional, which was a huge inconvenience.

What a wonderful place and amazing amenities!! Close to universal and both the outlet malls! I loved how open the space was and made our stay with 4 adults and 2 kids a breeze!!! Shout out to the pool and spotting ba alligator across from the fence!

This space was perfect for the five of us! Very close to I-drive with tons of food and fun options, quick 15 minutes to Universal or the Airport. Right next door to a publix to boot. Quiet, relaxing, spacious condo boasting an awesome resort style pool and bar area! Would recommend to any for a family vacation.

A great place to stay. Only 3 miles away from Universal and about 15 miles to Disney. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores are nearby. Dennis' place is so clean and complete with everything you need. It comfortably accommodated 8 of us. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Thank you, Dennis. My family had one of the most memorable vacations, ever. 5 stars all the way!!!!

The property is in an excellent location close to Universal and it has at one side a beautiful lake with walking trails where you can go running in the mornings!! The Publix that is across the street is the best!! Parking lot always available and the department is as it appears in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The washer and dryer was very useful! I had a problem with the second bathroom but It was solved quickly, not an issue. I would stay here again definetly!

A must stay! Beautifully kept condo rental was extremely easy location is everything you are with a minutes drive of everything! The Host was wonderful our group came to Orlando to celebrate my dates and nephew birthday went to check into our hotel and much to our dismay it horrible and no ac (not possible in Florida) at 930 at night I was able to contact Dennis and confirm our reservations condo was wonderful and nice and cool when we entered the grounds felt like we were in a different place Nicely landscaped the condo was a vacation by itself! I would definitely recommend and come back again and use their rentals.

The condo was nicely located and community amenities were excellent! The pool and hot tub were welcoming after long days in the theme parks... The condo itself is clean, however it's very bare and has no added frills. No rugs in kitchen or bathrooms, you have to step out onto cold floors. The beds are decent, not luxurious. And the hot water runs out fairly quickly, but overall a good stay for 3-4 nights.

Really nice and spacious apartment. Rooms are big and beds are good. Everything you need (towels, pool towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, (high-speed) WiFi) is present. Nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk. Nearest bus stop is in front of the apartment complex. A/C worked perfectly.
