The condo was very spacious and in a convenient location to the event we were in town for. Dennis was very responsive to messages and made the whole process very easy. The welcome box of cleaning supplies were greatly appreciated and the overall stay was great! We would stay here again when in town!

The location was great and we enjoyed the pool, I’ll start with that. We were turned off by lack of communication regarding our room change when we attempted to check in on time at 4pm. No email was sent regarding last minute change. We were lucky to find a Casiola van parked in the same lot and the lady was very helpful and walked with us to the room# listed on our reservation 201. She seemed confused because she is the only one assigned to that building and no one notified her about that room being cleaned. She called the office and for some reason they couldn’t locate our reservation number or find us by name since they’re not affiliated with airbnb. Turns out that the room they assigned on the email was wrong which is why the code wasn’t working. We went to the room she actually cleaned #401 for a 4pm check in and we were able to access another room with the code given. The hardest part is traveling with kids and not being able to unload or use the bathroom after traveling for hours. The second ordeal, next day, was having no water until 1pm when it should have only been turned off per the notice until 4am. I can understand things happen and are outside of our control but a follow up email could have been sent out so that we can plan accordingly. We were getting ready for my step-daughter’s graduation and the water kept turning on and off. So we began gathering water in cups in case it went out again. Again, not the easiest situation when you’re traveling with kids. The last ordeal, was asking for an extended check out time because our flight is in the evening. I had inquired about late check out weeks before we checked in date and I was told To look out for an email a day or two before for other time options for an extra cost. I never received this email. I followed up inquiring about this again and they couldn’t accommodate me at all, they needed us to check out at 11am. The morning of literally at 11 on the dot someone rang our bell. We took the kids outside and my husband stayed behind scanning around to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind- next thing I know, I receive a message from airbnb saying that we need to leave the apartment and that the cleaning crew is waiting outside and it’s been 12 minutes past our checkout time. Which was not true. Overall very frustrating experience and regret not going with private house instead.
