We stayed at Dennis’ place for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Upon arrival, we could feel dirt and grime on our feet. My son’s feet and mine were black after going up and down the stairs 2 times. The other photos I took & submitted to Airbnb were around the toilet, the AC vent, baseboards, the patio, etc. showing hair, dust, crumbs, urine stains. I reached out to Dennis within an hour of our arrival and he suggested he send out a cleaning crew during our stay. That was not even an option for us since we brought our senior dog with and would be leaving to watch our daughter play. Because that wasn’t a viable option, I suggested he refund me for the cleaning fee, to which he said he would get back to me. It’s been 3 days and no response. Very unprofessional to charge nearly $200 for a cleaning fee when no one is cleaning the place. Vacuuming & mopping, cleaning the toilets, sinks & showers is very standard & hygienic. I would not recommend staying here.

I would say first that Dennis was a very responsive host and did his best at resolving most of our issues and he answered all of my questions and concerns. The unfortunate part is the issues that we faced during our stay was a bit more than we would have liked or expected. The overall cleanliness of the home was below expectations as well as the use of basic things not working properly in the home such as the shower in the mastered room just to name a couple . As a previous Airbnb host It could have been a mishaps that just happen during our time, I am not sure however it seemed the cleaning was rushed between our stay and the guest before us. The things that were not working properly could have been fixed by maintenance prior to out stay but was not and maybe it was overlooked during the inspection between guest if there was one. The property has potential to be great if these things are taken care of, with that fixed I would recommend this home to others for future stays.

Our only hiccup was not getting the gate code and lockbox instructions until about an hour after check in time. Not a huge issue. The townhome was massive and so close to all the parks in Orlando! The kitchen table was already set when we got there - it was a nice touch! Would very much recommend this place!

Overall happy with the stay and was a great value for hosting a large party for a nearby conference. The Orange County Convention Center is walkable in about 25 minutes, but there is no shade or sidewalk for much of the walk so consider that if you are choosing between a hotel or this Airbnb for a conference. Otherwise, rideshare was very easily available. The place was overall very spacious and clean, with the large and comfortable living space a stand out. Having 3.5 baths and so many beds in the home helped make the stay comfortable. Amenities were a bit spare compared to what was described (the place was lacking in clothes hangers and an ironing board, to which the host was very responsive and delivered right away, and did not have a baking tray or oven mitts), and the listing made no mention that the nearby pool was under renovation and thus unusable (there was another available pool across the road further away that I did not end up using). There is no place to store luggage.

Dennis was great when we mistakenly tried to get into the wrong place, which was our fault. The place was great. Plenty of space for everyone and close to all that Orlando has to offer.

Overall our stay was great. Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. It was clear that they had been swept/vacuumed, but they had not been mopped. The bottoms of our feet were completely black after only having been there for 30 minutes. We ended up mopping the residence ourselves, but the host reimbursed us a portion of the cleaning fee which was appreciated. Other than that the windows could use a good dusting. One thing to note for those traveling with kids, is that 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and 1 bedroom is on the 1st floor. As you can imagine, it can get quite warm on the 3rd floor. The location was great. Centrally located between Universal and Disney.

It was a very nice place to stay. Very spacious. My group and I went for a convention and it was walkable. Plenty of places to eat near by.

The AirBnb was better than the pictures showed, it was very clean and had great open space. The AC was not working upon arrival but they were helpful and sent someone out to fix it that same night so that it was nice and cool when we returned at the end of the night. Dennis also responds quickly.

Great stay for the 4 kids (Age 9-14). Didnt realize one of the bedrooms was two floors down from the other two but not a problem. Very nice place and very clean. Gated community, safe and quiet. 10-15 minute drive from Universal. Absolutely reccomend.

Great location, close to everything that downtown Orlando has to offer! Kids really loved all the amenities! The place was clean, and although the dishwasher was broken and making an alarm sound the 1st night, Dennis sent the technician fairly quickly after notification. This townhouse is highly recommended!

The place was in an excellent area, close to groceries, pharmacy, and attractions. Very easy to get to parks as well - it took around 12 minutes to get to universal parks. We felt very comfortable in the house, and safe.

The house is the same as the description and photos of the post. It had all necessary equipment for your stay. Close to shopping and attractions. Good communication with Casiola Vacation. The negative was that an order was missing from the door that we made online and that the courier had confirmed that he had left it.
