We booked this place super last minute. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and our hotel was a disaster. Dennis responded quickly to any question I had, even if it was a silly one. The place was so clean, roomy and affordable. It’s right next to the convention center and a 5 minute car ride to ICON Park. There’s a stroller and pack and play if needed, which I thought was great even though my family didn’t need it. I would absolutely book with Dennis again.

Quite possibly the nicest unit at Vista Cay! We have stayed a multitude of times for different tournaments at the OCCC! This place was phenomenal! Highly recommend!!

We usually stay at hotels when in Orlando, but went the condo route this time… We loved having a private condo this time around! We will be staying again hopefully! Dennis was extremely responsive & helpful. His places was very well stocked & had lots of essitials for kids (stroller, portable high chair & umbrella stroller). Everything was clean & they even provided these boxes in the bathrooms & kitchen that contained just about everything you’d need.

Great location right next door to the Orange County Convention Center. Within walking distance to drug store, pizza place, ice cream/cupcake shop, etc. The rental was very clean and just as described in the listing. We had difficulty getting the gate code to get into the property before we checked in. Also, when we checked in the wifi/password information we were given was not correct. Once we initiated a call, we were given the correct information almost immediately. While we were there the units air conditioner stopped working, but it was fixed the same day. Overall, very responsive to us when we let them know there was an issue.

This was our second stay at this property. We love it. It’s very comfortable and Dennis is very responsive to our needs during our stay. The amenities in the community are so great and really increase the value.

This condo exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable and bonus - everything we needed was within for our little one. Full equipped with a play yard, strollers, high chair - it was a huge help not to travel with those items. The kitchen is massive. Don’t avoid booking because you are unsure of the size and accommodations in a condo - do it. You will love it. We are a family of 5 and I didn’t even know my kids were there lol lots of space and wonderful amenities. The pool and full service bar are open till 1030pm. This is a place where you can kick back and enjoy with no plans. Dennis is also very responsive and speedy when needed. Nothing of concern and no major needs - we reached out about Wi-Fi connectivity and it was resolved speedily.

Nice place and very convenient to all parks. There were 8 of us staying there and we were only given 6 bath towels. We also didn’t have sheets for the rollaway. I would stay again but would be sure to address the 2 shortcomings.

Spacious 3 bed 2 bath apartment. Very handy location for the parks and to get out to Kennedy Space Center. We didn't stay long enough to try out the pool etc but it's all there !

Awesome place! Clean and great location to the OCCC. Bring your own hair dryer as the one provided barely got the job done. Provides simple things other vista cay Airbnbs do not: salt, pepper, some coffee, some coffee filters.

Communication was very quick and thorough, check in was seamless, unit was very cozy, location was wonderful for anyone visiting I drive, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Will definitely considering staying at one of Dennis’s place again. Thank you very much

Very spacious, nicely decorated, great location, gated / secure facility, nice pool / hot tub / bar / arcade area, and just generally exceeded our expectations. Very smooth communication, check-in, check-out, etc. Had a great time, and would definitely consider this property for a future visit!

I was in town for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center and sneaked in some time at Universal Studios. This location was perfect for both. Pool area is great for both adults and children. This particular unit was clean, spacious and worth every penny!

The apartment was exactly as it had been described in the listing. We stayed at the apartment for a week for an exhibition at the Orange County Convention Center - it was in an ideal location. The apartment was spacious and clean. Dennis provided me with clear instructions prior to the stay, and one of his team came out instantly when we had an issue with the WiFi network. I would recommend this spacious and clean apartment to anyone thinking about visiting Orlando!

Dennis was a great host, really responsive when contacted, his home had pretty much everything we could have needed, and it was a great experience overall for my friends and I. The listing was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were nice, refreshing and active with other residents and travelors. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The apartment was exactly as was described. It was very clean and exactly what we were looking for our family's vacation. Dennis made everything run very smoothly, from the communication, to the arrival instructions, to getting assistance while we were there. The only issue we had was the trash bin outside the apartment was full when we got there, but after an email to the condo company, they came and dealt with it very promptly. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and for future vacations in Florida.

The process was simple and impressive to gain access to the unit and gate. Pass codes were provided and we found the unit as described on line. Space was roomy and comfortable. Might be good to call more attention to the renter that there are minimal supplies provided upon arrival. We had no problem going shopping and getting what we needed. We just missed the explanation of minimal supplies provided. Furniture and beds may be a little worn. They are beautiful, but maybe in need of some replacement. Mattresses and seats were a little uncomfortable. Very clean unit. Kitchen supplies were a little on the worn side. Very clean and workable, just the pots and pans maybe a little tired. Grounds are clean and convenient. All appliances worked, air conditioning worked well, plenty of space and outlets for charging. Bathrooms are very spacious. Overall, good experience and we would definitely rent again! Thank you for the service.

This was my first Airbnb experience. I am now anticipating it to be the first of many. The apartment was wonderful. It was quite spacious and allowed us to feel as if we were truly home. It was great being able to spread out, do our laundry, and prepare our own meals. Our Disney vacation felt very upgraded due to these conveniences. The neighborhood is safe and has many restaurants and stores. Walgreens and Publix are both less than 2 minutes away. Check in was a breeze; we simply unlocked the door and walked in! Dennis always answered our questions right away. This will definitely be our first choice for any future trips to Orlando.

We were in town for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, and couldn't have picked a better location to stay. The condo was ready for us, and was warm and inviting! The pool/hot tub were just a short walk away, and very relaxing after long days. This is a much better option to the expensive hotels near the convention center and I recommend this choice for your stay.
