If you book to stay here, you will not be disappointed. It’s fabulous! Everything was beautifully clean, it had everything we could possibly need. You are about 2-4 minute walk from the pool and the club house. The parking is right outside, also has disabled parking, nice and easy with the bags, especially with my dad who is disabled. Dennis was fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble. He was responsive and friendly. Giving us advice when asked. Our coffee machine was broken, I message Dennis to inform him, and a new one was delivered within hours with a lovely note telling us to enjoy our coffee. We felt so safe in the gated community. Disney was 10-15 minutes away. Walmart was less than 5 minutes. Rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine and tumble dryers were so helpful! They even had a little clothes airer if you didn’t want to use the tumble dryer. Honestly I could not recommend this place enough. We will be back for sure!

This was absolutely wonderful. The location is PERFECT for Disney and for grocery shopping, the resort has amazing amenities (the pool is phenomenal), and the condo itself was 100% as described. We were very impressed by how clean and well stocked it was. The layout was also fantastic for our family. There was one teensy issue at the gate, but they got it sorted out speedy quick! We would without a doubt stay here again. If you're traveling with a family this condo is sure to please!

The place was perfect for what we needed. Close proximity to Disney, spacious, and the photos matched what we saw once we arrived. Dennis was proactive and responded quickly to messages. Definitely would consider staying here again during our next trip.

This stay was a nightmare! 2 hours after check in time, I was told my appointment would be canceled due to a leak I should’ve been notified before my check in time! A family of nine with little kids not sure what to do for the night. We were able to stay that night because we had nowhere else to go but had to manually turn the water on and off as needed and had to be out by morning. I was told I would be put into a new place the next day but it was too small and did not accommodate my family plus it was very outdated. When I said something about the size he didn’t care. With the late notice and the fact that we would have to find somewhere to stay by morning I would think there would be a little more consideration. I don’t feel like he cared at all and didn’t want to compensate me for any of the trouble. The house wasn’t even clean!! There was old soap in dirt all over the tub and floors. Hair as well also in the bed. I only got help when I spoke to Airbnb directly. Dennis was no help!

Perfect trip for myself and the tribe. I had booked a week before our vacation saw a bunch of bookings, but this one stood out the most plus the price was super cheap for a week' stay near Orlando. Our condo was amazing, loved the screened in patio, the kitchen was amazing and plenty of appliances for whatever we needed. Loved the in-unit washer and dryer was able to do all my laundry before leaving. The pool was heated so night swimming was great. The restaurant on site has plant-based options which was perfect for me. I could sit right by the pool sip a drink and eat. Arcade and theater all located near the pool which was great. The basketball court was great for us to play a few rounds, nice little walk from our condo. Truly enjoyed this property and the scenery of the landscape. The beds were super comfy, plenty of room for everyone to relax and have space from each other. Truly perfect vacation.

Great stay at Windsor hills. We stay here every time we come to Orlando for Disney or Universal. Dennis’ place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a large family. The apartment had all the essentials plus more. Perfectly located 5 min drive from Walmart. Windsor Hills resort is perfect for a family holiday with water park area, theatre, convince store and food bar. The staff had quick fun activities through the day for our three kids (winter holidays). Dennis was so responsive to questions we had. Very happy with our stay.

Denis place is really awesome. Located in a semi luxurious gated community, it offers anything you could wish for. Walmart is a 3 minute drive, but the community market/restaurant is really well maintained and offers anything from pizza, burgers to ice cream and alcohol. Kids couldn't get enough of the pool witch was about a 2 minutes walk. Had a problem with the entry code for the condo on the last night, seems like our code was disabled earlier than it should, but in about 5 minutes Denis solved our issue. Denis was really proactive and inquired every day about our well being. Thanks for that! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was definitely one of the best properties I have visited with my family! We felt right at home. The home was spectacularly clean, with everything needed right at our fingertips. My family enjoyed the resort's pool. Dennis was a very responsive and helpful host. This is going down as one of my favorites for future visits to the area.

This was our second stay in this resort complex and first with this host. Host communications were well managed and proactive. Dennis had the table set and nicely staged for our arrival. This was perfect for our family with 6 kids. We did not use the community pool on this short trip as all of our days were spent at Disney or visiting family.

This is our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! The location and value are excellent. I appreciate the way they use sheets sandwiching a blanket for the coverlet on every bed. This lets me know they’ve been washed (unlike standard comforters at most places). It was pretty clean and we had no major issues with the condo during our stay.

It was a great stay for me and my family. Very convenient if you and your family are going to Disney. It was only 15 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom. There are many restaurants and fast food places nearby for your choosing. Also there is a Walmart close by if you need to buy groceries. Water park, arcade and theatre were also wonderful. Did have some trouble at the gate, so make sure to remind host to add any other vehicles that will be in attendance. Make sure if you are booking, to look at the weather because they do not refund your money if they’re is a hurricane warning set in place. I recommend this stay 8/10.

This apartment was amazing. Very clean, great appliances, the decoration was very nice. It had everything we needed. Well equipped with all kitchen supplies, plenty of towels. Pack and play for my toddler as well as high chair booster and stroller. Amazing! The pool area and water park was great for the little ones. Dennis was amazing, I contacted him very late at night and he replied right away. Totally recommended.

If you are traveling with a big group I highly recommend staying here. There is plenty of space, good security and there is good communication with property management.

The unit was as shown in the pictures and conveniently located near Disney. Not concerns with cleanliness. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay. There were hiccups with the check-in process 2 days in a row. The gate/security staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a property management issue that didn't update the system appropriately to reflect our stay that caused issues at the gate.

Good apartment but I could not call this luxury. All amenities inside and out are on the low quality side. The checkin process is not very smooth and we had issues with the fire alarm and housekeeping trying to get us to leave earlier than checkout time. I personally would not come back because I strive for better quality but if Disney is the destination there’s not a lot of time in the apartment so it might not matter to some. Communication was very good throughout the stay

When you arrive you have to check in at the gate. All owners of the cars must be on the reservation. When you would like to go to the pool, make sure you stop by the welcome center and get your armbands and pool code. Also there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the room so if you have some bring some. I don't know if they forgot to leave some? I don't remember reading that we needed to supply our own. Pool gets crowded so if you want a pool chair get out there early. Overall a great place to stay. 11 mins to the parks. Close to Walmart, drug stores and many restaurants.

Location was great. We were a quick ride to Disney, shops, and restaurants. The pool area was fun and a close walk. The condo itself was really nice, it was just as pictured. My only complaint was the cleanliness. Floors were full of hair and dirt. Carpets weren’t vacuumed. Doors and floor boards were very dirty as well. Beds were also very uncomfortable.

I definitely recommend you book! Looks just like the photos. My kids loved it and keep asking when we are going back. It’s not a far walk from the pool. Very quiet and clean !

Nice place overall. Wasn’t cleaned properly prior to check in. Stains on sofa, floors dirty, curtain rod about to fall and wifi wasn’t the best. If these issues are fixed I would come back.

The condo is amazing! Very clean and up to date. It’s in a great location very close to restaurants and a Walmart. This condo felt very homey and comfortable. The rooms are great and the kitchen is beautiful. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Beautiful and sparkling clean condo in a great location near Disney. The unit has been updated very nicely with a modern and contemporary feel. Everything you can think of has been provided, including pool towels, different type of bed pillows, stainless steel tumblers, charging stations, etc. Our family spent two nights for a day trip to the Magic Kingdom, which was only a ten minute drive away. The master bedroom's mattress is a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The second bedroom features a very (VERY) soft spring mattress. The only negative aspect is how you can really hear the upstairs neighbors, but I guess that's a part of apartment/condo living. We were also disappointed the pool and water park was closed for maintenance. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Overall, we had a great stay here. Everything is as described. Kitchen was clean with well stocked drawers and cabinets. We had one bed linen cleanliness issue, but we overlooked because of the good price and cleanliness of the rest of the condo. We would stay here again.

Casiola was very responsive and overall this condo is beautiful. Very clean and very close to Disney. The only issues we had were the door would not lock so we had to lock it from the inside and use the back porch door to get in the whole time. I had to work from the condo for 2 days. The WIFI would not work even after talking with Casiola about the issue so I ended up using my hot spot for internet.

My stay was from July 31st through August 2nd. Check-in was an issue once we got there. The address I gave security was not showing in their system and they told me to call Casiola but wanted me to get out of line and go to the back of the line to get it taken care of and the line was extremely long so I waited where I was because that was ridiculous that I would have to do that. Once I called Casiola they gave me another address but told me I would be staying at the address they originally provided but to just give them the address they had just given me over phone and everything went through fine. Once we arrived and got in our apt it was soooo nice. Decorations and rooms were really nice. The wifi didn’t work. I called and they gave me a password but it still wasn’t working and the TVs wouldn’t work only the tv in the master bedroom came on the first night. I called them and they told me to check connections which wasn’t an issue. The next morning which was Saturday all came on except for the tv in the living room, which was a bomber considering we had kids and were all trying to sit in the living room to watch tv together. Everything else was okay other than the tub was not cleaned being that I saw old crumbled up soap in the corner of the tub. I paid a cleaning fee and I’m sure someone else did before me for $200. There was no reason for that place not to be spic and span. Trash had to be taken out as well which should’ve been included in the cleaning fee. Overall it was a good trip. It was close to everything and the kids loved the water park.
