My family and I really enjoyed this home. The house was clean, provided everything we needed for our stay, and the area has lots of restaurants and stores easily accessible. The amenities the resort offered were perfect for my 12 year old. Dennis was very responsive and resolved any issue I had promptly.

My only complaint is the original lock code didn’t work. Kinda made things frustrating when you have several (7) small kids 6 and under who became really impatient and anxious . It took a few minutes for someone to reach back out and help. Other then that I have no complaints . The location was great ! Our stay was great overall.

Overall, great experience. Fee issues. One issue which we pointed out was related to the fridge having no ice and the ice maker being out of order. Managrment did send someone to fix it but it did not get fixed. So, we were out of ice for the entire stay. With the temperature being so hot, it was quite inconvenient. The other issue was the parking space. On the day, we arrived, our parking space was occupied by a big truck . We did not have space to park but somehow we managed it.

The place was as described and more! My daughter is wheelchair bound and bathroom entrances were wide enough for her to enter and exit unassisted. Neighbors and clubhouse members were friendly. Can’t wait to book for our Christmas as Disney stay!

The place was as advertised, friendly staff, great clubhouse and nice home. Had an issue with tv that was reported to be in the process of being fixed. Bring extra blankets if needed, there are no extra blankets. Prompt service and good value. Felt safe in the gated community! Would stay again!

Great host. Dennis was very responsive. The house was exactly like the pictures. I have only one complaint, I couldn’t get in my gate because I wasn’t provided the gate code however once I called about it it was rectified. Will most definitely book with Dennis again.

It was very pleasant location was wonderful they responded to me fast and answered all my questions. Minor things that can be overlooked for such a beautiful place and location ( stains one of the bars of the stairs were flimsy under the cabinet there’s like a black wood part missing one of the tvs upstairs weren’t working last two days had a neighbor very loud and the smelt of weed kept coming through the master bedroom. and I’m not sure if the pool was throwing to much cloren but my kids skin got super irritated and eyes were burning) but like I said very minor stuff other then the last part we weren’t at the house much so wasn’t a bother loved the stickers in the bathroom it motivated us to go to Disney overall 8/10 it was a good time

Resort is fantastic. Have stayed before on the resort about 5 years ago. The house is now starting to show its age and could do with updating and carpets replaced. On the plus side the house has everything you could need, it’s very spacious and host is fantastic. Beds comfy plenty of bathrooms, nice showers and air con great.

Overall with the current condition of this home I do not recommend this as a place to stay. With maintenance it would be a beautiful air b&b, but it is in very serious need of tlc. We did not initially book this home, we rented another home and at the last minute (about 2.5 weeks before our trip) they suddenly moved us to this home, at that point we didn’t have time to find something else. Pros: -management company is quick to communicate and help with problems, community pool and community are gorgeous, safe and easy to access, home came with all of the items needed to use the kitchen and enjoy our stay Cons: The home is really dirty, it seems like it’s sat for a long time? I can’t attach photos but there is dust and dirt piled up everywhere, the carpet is so gross we couldn’t let our kids play on it, filthy drains and mold near the showers in the bathrooms, filthy dishwasher we couldn’t use. This home needs to be painted, deep cleaned, and carpets cleaned before another guest.

This place was absolutely amazing! My family loved it. Everything was perfect! The only things I didn’t like about the entire property ( not only Dennis’s property) was the no privacy in the back yard and the screen door not being able to be locked when my teens wanted to go to back yard pool alone. The others was how dark it was in the front of property and limited parking and the no access to garage. Other than that my family and I had a great stay and we all fell in love with the inside and how big and beautiful it was. Thank you!

A perfect villa for our family holiday. Clean, comfortable and spacious it had all we could want. Add to this the pool and BBQ is was perfect. The wider complex facilities were an added bonus. The proximity of the Disney parks was perfect as they were close enough to be convenient,but far away enough for the villa to be peaceful. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Communication with the workers wasn’t great, our check in was awful, there were people parked in our spot all night and we couldn’t get anyone to come remove the cars even though we tried to call. there were burn marks in the carpet of one of the rooms upstairs and they said they’d have someone come clean and they never did. because of the bad check in and dirty room we were supposed to get free heated pool for the week and suddenly the heater was “broken”. the house itself is nice but the communication and not getting what we asked for just wasn’t worth it.

Resort: well maintained, clean, resort pool and amenities were awesome! The house: would NOT recommend. Communication was horrible during our visit from being locked out to reaching out several times during our stay and staff telling me, “someone will contact you today”. When I finally received a phone call from the property manager she had said she just returned from maternity leave. That is all the staff had to say was someone would reach out next week or within a few days if they knew she was out. I felt ignored. I had no idea that some messages were automated. I had sent messages without a response and then I would get a random message (automated) and I was extremely confused as to why son one was addressing my concern or question just asked. You should place in the message that it is automated. Cleanliness is key in the world we live in today, and from hair in the master bathroom, mold, bleach stains, other stains on the walls, vents were coated in dust, and dried blood on a pillow case I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Early Check In should not be offered unless the previous renter was gone the day before the new renter is coming in. For this reason we were told very late the day of check In we could not be checked in at 10am, which is unacceptable. We were also locked out of our house for thanksgiving 1-1.5 hours late at night due to access code not working the 2nd night we stayed.

Me and my family attended a Thanksgiving college basketball tournament in Orlando. We needed several beds and this property had the amount of king/queen beds required. The property was clean, amenities were great, with relevant accessories. My family had a great time and were very comfortable with the accommodations. I would highly recommend this to future guests.

First off let me say I love the setup and idea. However it wasn’t very cleanly upon arrival and as much as the cleaning fee is on top of it still being a pandemic going on I didn’t feel it was sanitary or up to par. I found R.A.W tobacco wraps and black and mild tips along with other trash and little things I stepped on and had to watch closely to make sure my toddler didn’t pick anything up and find. I found so much stuff around the house that I feel if it were cleaned correctly they wouldn’t have missed. Not to mention stains on the carpets and it didn’t spots on the walls. I just really feel like the beds were made and trash taken out and that’s it. Idk who’s fault that it but that was my main issue as a mom. Also the tub was extremely hard to turn on then once on would not get hot and then extremely hard/impossible to twist and turn off. I wasted time getting ready to take a bath and then trying to use the little strength I have to get it off which I couldn’t . I don’t like that. It could have been fixed or a sign put up until it was fixed. I would definitely stay here again as long as I’m sure I won’t have these problems.

This location was perfect for relaxing & near Disney/Universal. The home is comfortable and has ample space for your group. The only downside I would say is the parking situation. Other than that, my group enjoyed our trip and would gladly go again. Just don’t use the address on Airbnb! Our group spent a solid 30 minutes trying to find the home. Use the address in the email

The townhome was very spacious and clean. Full kitchen, clean bathrooms and ample living area. The whole neighborhood was packed but you would expect to see this. Definitely a place for families with small kids. Community pool, splash pad and lazy river were also great. Will book again in the future.

Dennis was an amazing host! Everything in his home is beautiful and functional. This home can be used to accommodate a few families, each family had their own living quarters including the kids. Our week was free of “who’s in the bathroom” fuss. This home has so many amenities including a small mud room area at the front door, a garage to accommodate even when there was limited parking. Dennis’ home is in the heart of Orlando. It’d most definitely book this home again for future vacations, Thank You again for being one text away...always!

We had a good time at Dennis’ property. Large space and the community had nice amenities. We did arrive to an un-vacuumed living room but after messaging the problem was quickly taken care of when someone arrived within 20 minutes. We were disappointed that the barbecue did not come with propane and we didn’t want to fill it to use it once or twice.

Dennis's home was a lovely, well equipped, very clean home. Our adult children and parents were impressed with the home and the amenities at the resort. They used the fitness center, game room and basketball court all within walking distance. Restaurants and grocery within 5 minutes driving from resort which is in a very quiet area. Animal Kingdom only 20 minutes from home. Perfect spot for quiet family time yet close to everything. Thank you Dennis for your hospitality, we would definitely stay again!

This was a very nice home. had all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking and having a nice family dinner. There were a few small (very small) blemishes that I took pictures of and sent to Dennis immediately upon checkin and he responded quickly and thanked me for bringing them to his attention. The beds were comfy, location was perfect, and neighborhood was beautiful! Will definitely stay in this home for our next trip!

Our stay was awesome. The home is very spacious, and clean. There was a T.V. in every living space including the laundry area (nice touch). The area is super quiet, and safe. Walking distance to the on premises pool, playground, basketball court, Tiki bar, gameroom, weight room, and lazy river. Staff was very polite, and courteous. This home is basically less than 10 minutes by car to all the restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, movies, putt putt, you name it. Definitely as Advertised!!!

The villa is so well located for all the Disney parks - easy 20/25 minute drive door to door with minimal traffic. The villa itself has lots of space and the kitchen and living areas are really good. Bedrooms are spacious and all with own bathrooms/showers. The clubhouse facility within the resort has a great swimming pool and kids splash area which is idea and the food and drinks around the pool area are good level and not expensive. Dennis was a very good host who was always very quick to reply to any of my messages.

Large beautiful townhome. The property is a little confusing to ge to since it is so new. Once there you will be really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. Place was great. The location was a bit of drive to disney - or so it felt - but doable and not too bad. The house was beautiful - only real issues were tiny things like the remote control not working properly etc. It is a newer location so I am sure these little kinks are normal. Dennis is an excellent host. Communications before and during the trip were excellent and the property was as advertised. The property is located in a new community that features a family friendly community pool, game room and restaurant/bar. The property itself is new, spacious, clean and comfortable. The place was very nice, a little hard to find on the GPS like you stated but we found it eventually :) The garage door code wasn't working for me but the front door code worked fine which was all that mattered i guess :) Thanks!
