The place is perfect for a group! It was 7 of us and we were very comfortable here. The proximity to grocery store, and other shops was very nice. The house is well equipped with everything needed for your stay. I recommend this Airbnb 100%

The description was accurate and Dennis was very responsive. Even though a lake view was listed in the description, it was much nicer than expected. There's actually a patio with furniture and a ceiling fan where a person can sit and enjoy the view.

The dryer was broken. I reported it and they sent a maintenance man while I was showering. When we asked him to come back later, I do not think he did because the dryer remained broken for the whole trip. Check in was difficult. The gate code was buried in one of the dozens of unrelated promotional emails, making it hard to find among the noise.

Great place. Feels like home. Clean, all the kitchen amenities you need. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer in the unit. First floor, quiet and fantastic view of the lake.

We had a lovely long weekend stay here and it had everything we needed. The lakeside view, pool and walking path were wonderful. We walked to the Publix almost daily to pick up anything we needed as it was so close. Uber was an easy 15 min ride to Universal. Dennis was very responsive to any questions we had, which weren’t many because everything was so well communicated and organized. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and would definitely come again! The location and views are amazing, and we loved the community pool and hot tub, too. Everything was perfect: comfortable beds, ample seating for relaxing in the living room on the huge sectional, well-stocked kitchen, and beautiful dining area. Bathrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage so you feel right at home. This was by far the nicest property we have ever stayed at! You will not regret choosing this lovely condo with lovely views of the Florida sunsets.

Dennis' place was perfect for our weekend trip to Orlando. Check in was quick and easy, the air bnb was VERY clean, we were impressed with how comfortable the beds were, as well as the living areas. This bnb is in a great location with a Walgreens, Publix, and a few restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and walking around the walking paths. great place and great value!

Dennis’s place was in a terrific location very accessible to the convention center (a short uber ride away) and really accessible to the parks as well. A very close by Walgreen’s made getting those last minute items very convenient as well!

This place was perfect. Plenty of room- more TVs than we have at home! Plenty of hot water. Loved having a kitchen, washer and dryer. Walked to Publix and NYPD pizza. Pool was beautiful- Kids only swam once- they were so tired after being at parks and they said the pool was heavily chlorinated. Lots of little lizards everywhere- even a few in the condo - didn’t bother us but I know that might scare some. We enjoyed watching them run around. Would stay here again!

About a $7 Uber trip from the convention center. Condo had dishes/kitchen appliances and Tupperware. Supplied bath and pool towels. Large space perfect for 4 couples. I really enjoyed the jogging path and view from the balcony.

This apartment was great. Lovely and clean and had everything we needed. A well looked after property with lots of space. Pool towels in the apartment too. Loved the keyless entry and self checkin. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again . The pool, bar and games room were all well looked after too. Great that the pool was open till 11pm. Ideal for after a day at the parks.

The house is very clean, super spacious, and in an ideal location. Upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size and layout of the condo. The deck area is especially relaxing and picturesque. A mile-long walkway around the lake is situated immediately outside the exit of the condo. It’ll We only stayed three nights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was a quiet, relaxing, and convenient getaway. Online booking, check-in, and checkout were most convenient. We even requested a late checkout with extreme ease. Many thanks to Dennis, who was very responsive and provided all the necessary details in a timely fashion. The only issue to note was the noise from our upstairs neighbors’ footsteps. At night, the heavy walking was somewhat disturbing. All in all, a great vacation and we will definitely book the space again!

Very close to Orange County Convention Center and perfect if you are attending a conference with a larger group and don't want to waste your budget on overpriced hotel rooms. Walgreens/Public close by for any last minute items you need.

This place is very spacious with a nice view to the lake. It has a gate and a digital lock that is very easy to access. We had access to the pool, play room, gym, and bar; very resort like. I am a host myself and i can tell you that this will be a very good rental for your family, i feel i made the best decision with this rental!!!!

Really nice place. We were Exhibiting st the convention centre which was 5 mins away by car. It was also a great location for restaurants in the evening. We used the gym each day which was great. The place was larger than expected, beds were comfy, the amenities were outstanding. We will return next year for sure

We had a great stay at Dennis's place. Seven people fit very comfortably in this very large condo. Dennis was also accommodating with our request to have a late check out on our last day. Overall a great experience.

Great location to convention center for business. Interior is extremely nice and very current. This place is very large and can accommodate a lot of people. This is not cheesy rental furniture. If you like getting away from the crowds bit still have access to everything within 5 min of convention center this is a great choice.
