The only issue was that there were no instructions to go to the main gate to “check in” and get a paper with the code to get inside the complex. Also, the scanner to open the gate was always with malfunction, resulting in a huge line of cars to get inside the complex.

We had a great time at Dennis’s place! We stayed for 3 weeks and absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the house! If you plan on staying somewhere long term this is a great spot. Plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy. We wouldn’t hesitate renting again.

We only had an issue with the pool heat. The maintenance staff said that they turn it on at 06 AM until 5 pm We were out must of the day and when we came back late it was too cold to get in

The house was amazing! All rooms and bathroom were clean! The kitchen was as pictured as well! The only thing I was really disappointed and didn’t feel like the host didn’t accommodate us on was the jacuzzi was not working the entire time and it was like he didn’t even care because he told me he was going to send someone and never did! As a customer I felt like he could’ve accommodated us with heating the pool for at least one day since we were lied too about getting it fixed or sending us some type of refund due to the fact that his offered amenities were not operating properly. Communication was on point until time to discuss that problem, I was left without a response more then once. I was very disappointed.

Perfect place. Perfect size for 23 of us adults and kids. The family from ll over had a blast. Not too far from Disney springs or the parks. Shopping for groceries and other essentials items were close.

First off, the host was fantastic. Very responsive and polite. The home was great, the accommodation was perfect for our family, the area was ideal and there was a club house that we enjoyed with a splash pad, workout room, lazy river, place to eat...etc... As far as everything goes, it was well done, my only two complaints were, one Playstation didn't work which bummed the kids out a bit and cleanliness was a bit lacking. and I mean only by a bit. The pool was great, I recommend getting the heat except for summer months. All in all I had a great time, thank you and hope to book here when we visit Orlando again.

Host exaggerated cleaning at check out and accused me of damaging property that was damaged before our stay. These host are aware of Airbnb’s policy so they will exaggerate things to get extra claims. Video and document everything during your stay. The place could use updating everything is worn down.

We really wanted to rate our stay with a 5-star rating, but unfortunately we had an issue with communication and services we paid for not being provided. We paid $125 for pool heat, but unfortunately our pool never got warm, so it was too cold to enjoy. Dennis was so prompt with any messages I sent his way, but when we started experiencing issues with our pool heat not working he became distant. He said he would look into it but never followed up with me. I also asked for a refund and he never addressed it. The home was lovely and accommodated our party perfectly, but ultimately the way he handled our pool heat issue ruined our vacation since everyone was complaining that we paid for a service that was never provided to us, but also we couldn't enjoy the pool at all since it was so cold.

We enjoyed the property so much. There's a Target right around the corner for any essentials and the house is so close to disney springs and the parks. We had ample space to hang out and loved having a pool and a game room. We will definitely consider this property again when we return.

Everything was okay I reached out to Dennis to let him know that the pool was dirty he asked me to send pictures so I did so but for the rest of the time I was there I never heard from him the pool situation for the damper of the trip but outside of that everything else was oh okay

The house was exactly how pictured. We had a great time and plenty of room. A little noisy at night, but overall a great place to stay. Close to restaurants, activities and stores. Would stay again!

I just left story lake & it was Everything & more. We had a BIG group and it was still enough room, we didn’t want to go out to eat so we went and picked groceries up and cooked every night. It was well worth it. Everything worked except 2 TVs upstairs and I contacted Dennis and he handled it in a timely manner. My family enjoyed it

Overall a very nice house. A few issues with some wear and tear but mostly great shape. Volume can be loud late at night since houses and pools are so close together

This house is beautiful but the company Casiola and host Dennis were very unprofessional. My check in was at 4pm. I arrived at 4:30. The cleaning lady was still there and advised us to stay In the living room until they finish cleaning the rest of the house. They finally left at about 6pm. I paid for a heated pool 24 hours before my arrival and the pool did not heat until the morning I left. The weather was not so hot so that’s why I requested a heated pool. I was told it takes 24 hours for pool to heat and I paid 24 hours in advance. and I was also told the heat shuts off in the pool from 8pm-8am. The morning I left, the pool decided to heat and it was 7am. So I was lied to. I woke up to roaches on our kitchen counter and floor. The company did not leave a broom or dust pan. I called and sent messages and I never got a response so we had to call pest control and purchase our own broom and dust pan. Then my door code stopped working for me. I sent messages and called and I had to wait 3 hours for someone to respond for a new code so I wouldn’t get locked out. Which messed up birthday plans. It was like this company and my host Dennis did not care about my concerns. My messages got a Response every 5-12 hours. I had to call Airbnb support for the host to get back with me. They ruined the kids plans and my birthday. Also we had to take cold showers for 3 days and one of the shower handles fell off. Very unprofessional very unacceptable. I was told the hot water heater is up as far as it could and they could not turn it up any higher. I’d say find a great professional place to stay on vacation instead of here. Because your plans will get ruined and the company and host will respond when they feel like it. I didn’t get help until 4pm the day before I left and most of my needs still were not taken care of.

The home is very stylish and beautiful. Only concerns were the PlayStation not working, pool never heated up, and not enough wash cloths. Every room included a towel set on the bed but majority didn’t have a wash cloth.

You won't be let down. It's a beautiful home in a great area. Perfect distance from Universal and near a lot of good restaurants. Check in was easy and the communication was immediate and accurate. Definitely recommend eating Soupa Sayian Ramen House near Universal Studios.

Wonderful place. Went there with my sister’s family and ours. Excellent location. The resort Hideaway club was awesome - lazy river, water slides, kayak. The rooms were spacious. Everything was provided in plentiful. Kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Make sure you ask for “heat” $25 extra a day before since it talks 24 hours to be effective. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall very pleased.

The home that was provided was beautiful. However, not everything worked properly. The cable didn't work in some of the bedrooms. The hot tub/pool heat didn't work. The pool stopped filtering and couldn't be used after the second day of a 5 day stay. The air didn't work upstairs on the 1st day and it was 90 degrees. I was disappointed in how much time I had to spend contacting the host and airbnb only to not get any resolution in the end. A lot of I don't know and I'm not sure responses. Long delays in responses which interfered with activities we were doing because I had to step out and take calls or respond to messages for assistance. However, we would stay on the resort again, just in a different house with a different host.

The house is great and as described / the photos are accurate. The location of the home is centrally located near a publix and target which was super useful. The management team was very responsive which was nice. The homes in this new development are super close, but seems Iike mostly everyone there is on vacation. This particular house, (with the game room) backs up to a home where the homeowners reside there. It was a huge buzz kill when they wanted us to turn down our music before 10pm. Then when we turned it off, the music inside the house (with the doors closed) was still too loud. I would not recommend booking this house if you plan to “party”. In addition I would recommend requesting that the pool heater is turned on 48 hours prior to your arrival. When we arrived the pool was freezing cold. We contacted the management company and what was relayed to us was that the pool heater gets turned on the day of your arrival (with no specific time given) and it takes 24 hours to heat. Which makes no sense if guests are paying per night. Regardless of that mishap, the pool never heated up throughout our entire stay... also a buzz kill. It would make more sense for the management company to just include the additional 25$ a night regardless and not have to worry about turning on and off etc etc. Aside from the pool and the party pooper neighbor the house was great and I’d recommend for a large group.

This was an amazing trip. Dennis was punctual with his responses to my messages. His house was outstanding. More spacious than we expected it to be. Our family enjoyed our time and we will definitely book again. I definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to bond and enjoy family time.

Great place, we loved the home. We had to pay a daily rate and setup fee to heat a "hot tub" that never heated during the day we paid for. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and great location!

Pretty house but bad communication. I was tryna to get early check in days b4 & never received a response. The pool table holes were broke. One of the sticks were broke. The play stations weren’t connecting to the tv, all remotes were dead. We randomly found two games, a sonic & spiderman PS game in kitchen drawers. The grill was dirty & some dishes left in the dishwasher had stains. An “OK” experience. Other than that and getting blamed for breaking a bed 2 days after my last day.. it was Ok.
