This place is very convenient. It’s close to Disney parks and the area is very peaceful. The house is cozy and space-full. Very comfortable. Dennis is an excellent host and we felt very welcomed. 100% recommended. Thanks for everything

There was no pool table. The counters had some type of film possibly dust. The pool was not clean. No WIFI password in plain sight.

Game room furniture and games are run down. Shower door collapse. Rug was filthy. TV in the main living was tiny.

The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and near to all attractions! Dennis is a very friendly and attentive host. Would definitely recommend staying here if you get a chance.

I loved everything about this house it was very clean smelt refreshed when we walked through the door . They even had treats for us when we got in the house . The host checked in on us everyday to make sure our stay was great definitely will be back

A lot of thought was put into this vacation house and I’ve stayed at many it’s not one of the more upscale ones I’m use to but it’s very homey. You’re given privacy the neighbor is great for families who love nature or scenic areas. They offer a nice size game room in the garage, open living room area and a nice theater style loft area. My favorite was the backyard pool with privacy and neighborhood water area. I would recommend this place to anyone that I know only advice invest in a portable WiFi connector calls kept dropping. Other than that you wouldn’t be disappointed. Thanks again Dennis!

Honestly, this house was great. There was 9 of us, and plenty of room for all of us. There was a pack n play, high chair, and umbrella stroller that was super convenient. The pool was awesome, and screened in so we didn’t put bug spray on once. You have to think of this like a hotel, not a private rental. Yes, the carpets were worn, but they’re not going to steam clean after every person. The game room was great, we went to the clubhouse/waterpark the last day, and we wish we went sooner! GREAT drinks, an automatic ice cream machine, and I heard the food was good. The kids had a blast in the water park. It was about 20 min from each Disney park. It is Florida…so we did start seeing bugs, I found out they were cockroaches, and I found out where they lived, told management and they sent Terminex that day. They started dying immediately, and said they’d come back when someone was staying there to take care of it. The pool was slightly chilly the first day, once again told management and it was fixed immediately and we were reimbursed. The heat was amazing and made it warmer than a bath, great for night swims, and the hot tub definitely helped after a long day at the park. Everything was great and even my picky parents said they’d stay there again!

Very spacious house which allowed my son to run off energy. Loved the privacy of our own pool and the option to go to the public pool also. The contactless check in was easy and convenient. Location was desirable, made travel time to Disney parks 20-25 minutes. Many family memories made there.

The home is big and has a pool. Upon arrival the home was not cleaned there was a broken egg in the refrigerator and macaroni in the game room, and there where cigarette butts on the floor. Carpet is worn and stained in areas. The first day and half we had no tv or WiFi which they did come out and fix. The worst part was we found German Cockroaches in the kitchen around the dishwasher which caused us unable to use the kitchen, and too disgusted to use any of the kitchen utensils. The area is also a bit of a party area a lot of load music played through out the night.

House was spacious and had enough room for my family of 10. Location is ok. We checked in on Thursday and out on Saturday. Our stay was short and we had a few issues - the biggest one being the internet and the tv. There was no service and we were without it on friday the one full day we had. We rented the house to have downtime after the parks and with 6 kids not having tv or internet was a inconvenience. I spent a good part of my time in the house contacting the management company about a few things like a broken toilet seat, and trying to figure out the no tv service. We paid way too much money for two nights not to have access to the amenities that were promised in the listing. Also, make sure u bring your own paper towels and garbage bags as what was in the house didn’t last not even the day and a half we were there. On the positive side the kids enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and video arcade system. The pool is nice but is smaller than the pic showed. The community pool was nice with the lazy river and we liked that it was in walking distance - buy your tubes at walmart before going or else it will cost you a pretty penny to enjoy the lazy river especially when u have kids!!!

The home was just what we needed. It seemed the people before us left a bit more of a mess that took longer to clean but the cleaning crew did a good job at making it nice for us. Had a couple problems but Dennis was quick to respond and our overall stay was comfortable. Cannot beat the location!

THE HOME WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT THAT WAS IT WAS DIRTY,OLD DISHES AND MAGETS WE WERE SUPPOSED CHEACK IN AT FOUR CLEANING CREW AS DONE AT 9:00pm WER STILL WAITING FOR A DAYS TOTAL REFUND AS HE GAVE HIS WORD.AFTER THE DEPARTURE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN FOR NEXT GUESS DO TO MY FAMILY AND I HAD DO A THERAL CLEANING WITH BLEACH etc CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL JUST TERRIBLE AS WELL AS DISRESPECTFUL NO REMORSE FOR NONE OF THESE VERY IMPORTANT SERIOUS SITUATIONS WHEN I LOOK TO TAKE A FAMILY VACATION IN WHATS SUPPOSE BE GRADE A PAYING TOP DOLLOR CUSTOMERS DESERVE GRADE A RESULTS I HAVE PICTURES TO SUPPORT THESE THINGS

My friends and I booked this house for a birthday trip. The place was really nice we loved the pool and being able to use the grill. There were a few damages and things like sheets that weren’t exactly clean but overall great place. The location wasn’t the best if you’re looking to be close to a lot of things. We rented a car and everything was about a 30min drive and there’s always traffic. We loved being able to use the kitchen as well. The home was comfortable

The house and location was great . My family loved every minute of our stay the private pool was great alongside the resort amenities was excellent. Rooms were great and clean . You really don’t have to bring anything with but yourself and some groceries to cook ..Everything else is at your fingertips.. Do book don’t hesitate

This house is phenomenal. LOTS of space, huge dining room table for dinners, floor plan perfect for dividing boys/girls. Very close to lazy River, etc. Very clean, minus some staining on carpet, mainly on stairs. The fitness center and arcade were not available as stated in the description. It would’ve been nice to have known this ahead of time. We paid the extra $150 for the week to heat the Pool/Hot Tub. After 2 extra requests after arrival, it was warm for about 2 days, then back to cold. This was something my husband I were very disappointed with, as it was our chance to relax each night after running everywhere with our kids. I requested a refund and the$150 was refunded, but that didn’t do anything toward helping us get to relax.

My family loved this place overall. Pro: 15 minutes to Disney The house is HUGE LOTS of things to do inside the house and plenty of space for 11 people. The house was clean The host will get back to you and makes you feel welcome Plenty of places to park Cons: check-in at the gate was insane, don’t arrive at peak times or you will be waiting a while. I booked the house because of the pool. It needed water, the jacuzzi jets wouldn’t work because there wasn’t enough water. Paid for the pool to be heated, but it wasn’t working. (They did refund my money for the heated pool situation and sent the maintenance guy to fill up the pool) Also if you want a quiet night sleep probably not the place for you. It’s in a resort type area and the neighbors were up late. I just went to sleep with soft music playing to drown them out lol, not a deal breaker for me. If they fix the pool issue, I would stay here again. Overall it was still worth it to me. My crazy picky family loved it.

Beautiful home! Great sized pool and spa, make sure you pay the additional fee for the hot tub to actually be hot, we didn’t realize that was an advertised amenities that you had to pay extra for. The lazy River and water park area was fantastic! We had kids ages 1-13 with us and they all had a blast. There is a tiki bar poolside with delicious drinks for the adults and virgin smoothies for the kids. All in all a fantastic getaway.

I was very excited for my stay but unfortunately there were many issues with the amenities listed. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working but Dennis took two days to address the issue. They informed me the day of arrival that the heater for the pool wasn’t working, which is a very last minute notification considering that they should have started heating the pool before the day of arrival when I paid for everyday. Even worse was the fact that we couldn’t even use the jacuzzi because they had drained it before we even got there. After several messages with Dennis explaining the problem with this, the jacuzzi was filled on the last day with freezing cold water. All of these problems were very disappointing because the accommodations were very nice were nice themes and mostly clean rooms. If anything, the nice jacuzzi inside was really obviously worn and didn’t look too clean. After my stay, I tried to communicate with the business that owns this property and they repeated ignored my calls with no manager calling back. Eventually, I had to contact Airbnb to get their help and they did not even answer Airbnb. Luckily, Airbnb was very accommodating and helpful to this poor service, but honestly this was the worse stay I’ve had at Airbnb.

This place was beautiful and provided the perfect family experience I highly recommend if your looking for a great place in Florida service can be a Lil tricky but still a good stay 👍🏾
