The advertisement is exactly how described, we enjoyed our stay, love the fact that this place had all the resort amenities. Very quiet for rest & relaxation. Love the kitchen, the decor felt like I was home. Dennis was super responsive and gave very clear instructions. I would definitely come back! While the house feels like home, I felt like I stayed at a resort so if you’re looking for some relaxation while still getting the perks of a fancy hotel, look no further.

The whole experience was great, the place was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and spacious. We were right across from the pool which was fantansic didnt have to drive. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Dennis was very helpful.

Wonderful stay. Place was close to a lot of things, restaurants, shopping areas, breakfast spots, coffee shops and gas stations. Very close drive to the Disney parks and so easy to get in and around too. The unit is right in front of the community pool, just walk out thru the front door and just cross the street… very ideal location. Bring your own floaters for the lazy river 👍🏼 Dennis was very responsive and very helpful.

Dennis provided great communication and is proactive. Priced right, had everything listed and well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and even Tupperware to store leftovers. Townhouse is very close to clubhouse and amenities, really convenient.

Excellent place. Very comfortable, safe, quiet and spacious. The social area of the whole and beautiful complex. Great option for families. The host is very effective and helpful. We would definitely come back. Ensure check that the entry is through the back. Private swimming pool in cold weather season is not a functional one.

Our stay was great, anytime we reached out we were responded to quickly. Location is near everything you could need from stores, to restaurants and attractions. Located right across from the community pool/water park, gym, arcade and bar. Kitchen is fully equipped and starter toiletries are provided. Will stay again.

Our family had a great time! The townhome was right across the street from the lazy river and clubhouse! Everything you need for your stay was provided! Just a heads up, if you like to use the gym and workout early, it doesn’t open until 9am. If you needed anything, Dennis was super fast at responding!!

Beautiful listing, perfect location in resort. Dennis was very communicative and informative. Two of the TVs were not working and he sent out someone to try to fix them. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our family. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a very nice condo with a small but nice private pool. It’s right across the street from the clubhouse and main pool with water park and lazy river which is very nice. Be aware that the listing says there are two king beds but there is only one king bedroom. The other bedrooms are two large rooms with twin beds and a small room with a double bed. The condo is clean, spacious snd comfortable with a great location for visiting Disney. The keypad for entry is through the patio pool area around the back of the building where there is parking and garage.

Please Know the code given to you is not for front of the house, you have to walk around the house to open the door. Inconvinient because uber had to drop me off front of the house with suitcases and shopping we did everything was on the ground and i couldnt find the lockbox. We walk around the neighborhood to get to the back.house is perfect, clean, in great location,waterpark is awesome. adults can have a drink and relax while kids have fun. The Pool in the park was Broken for 3 days out of our 7 day stay.For rest of us thats arent used to uber or lyft being 3-4 hours late please note its different in there.I woke up 8:30 Am waited for uber or lyft to 12 pm no cars were available. I hitchhiked to get to a car rental place. when we booked the house with instructions never mentioned if you wanted the pool to be heated to let them know and it costs 25$ a day. until we realized pool was ice cold and it wasnt etting warm i send them a text tas when i was aware we had to pay. I wish it came with instructions ahead of time. apparently for trash pick ups in that development BINS look like bench chairs which is located back of the house you have to lift the top of the chair and thats a BIN. I also had to figure that out myself. overall house is perfect please rent a car,pay to heat the pool. location is great place is great just management needs to communicate better.Thank you

This home was great with awesome amenities . We did have some issues that were fixed ASAP (WiFi and hot water ) I appreciate how fast they fixed the issues . However this area of Florida has the worst cell phone service I found myself lost a lot because my GPS wouldn’t pick up my location until I got to a Main Street lol my family and I had every version of cell service and we all had the same issue lol other then That the resort was amazing!!

Our stay was perfect for our Disney World vacation. Loved the private pool and access to the clubhouse and pool. Lazy river was our favorite, however the hot tub was closed and we wish we’d been able to utilize that. The home had plenty of dishes and utensils, not many spices only salt and pepper. But we were able to do much cooking and utilize the spacious and welcoming kitchen. House was clean however there could’ve been some deep cleaning done in most spaces. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it highly to others. An enjoyable and comfortable experience!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Dennis's place. It was super easy checking in. The lights and AC were left on for us which was great. Everything was clean and the home had alot of essential items that we did not have to buy. The community pool was right across the street (no need to drive). Which the kids loved. Bring your own float for the lazy river. I definitely recommend Dennis's place and will stay here again.

Great place! Pool and basketball courts are literally right across the street. The place was exactly as it’s pictured, very clean. Only downside was that the cell phone service is poor and the WiFi wasn’t that great.

It is a beautiful home. Quiet area. Very organized and spacious. Pool is a good size and perfect for small families or couples. Kitchen has a good layout and bedrooms are a good size with private bedrooms. Wonderful stay.

This rental was perfect for our week-long visit to Disney. Dennis was helpful in answering all of our questions prior to our visit, when we arrived check-in was very easy, the home was sparkling clean and surpassed our expectations. We especially loved the unit’s location to the resort amenities - the pool and clubhouse is literally across the street which made going home for naps and lunches super easy. Would highly recommend this unit and hope we’ll get to visit again in the future!

Fantastic place for a family. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Location to clubhouse is a short walk away. Close proximity to grocery sores and restaurants if needed. The club house pool, activities and bar were loved by all in our party. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

You get what you pay for! This house was okay, but nothing spectacular. It was a great layout for families and the openness of the kitchen and living room made it nice to converse with one another and see the private pool. However, we wouldn’t stay here again. Upon arrival the garage is too small for a minivan to fit or any non-compact car. Trash and ants were found around the house and the major appliances didn’t work accurately. The community pool looks beautiful and if they cleaned it properly it would be a fabulous place to go. We found golf ball to orange size hair balls in the pool and were not cleaned out the next day. When addressed management at the resort did not take care of the issue. The location was great and not a bad drive to food, groceries, or Disney.

The home is spacious and provided plenty of room for 6 people. The home shows signs of wear and tear throughout. There are multiple scratches on the walls, and furniture including tables, nightstands etc. The home was not cleaned appropriately prior to our arrival making it a bit uncomfortable. The location is a new development from my understanding and we were on mobile service roam the entire time, making the need for Wifi a must. The wifi did not work making communication and my kids ipads unusable. This was our first AirBNB experience, having mainly been using 4-5 star hotels which I will probably just go back to.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience at 2050 Rome Drive. Clean house, perfect location, common pool is great for kids with many activities planned daily. Dennis was very prompt when answering any questions we had, exceptional to deal with. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This townhome was perfect for our low-key spring break trip. We loved that the kids could play in our pool in the mornings while we drank our coffee and took our time starting the day with out the endless "when are we going to the pool?" . We chose to add pool heat, (daily temps were upper 70 - low 80) and it was very warm, which was great for us because we really only used it first thing in the morning or last thing at night. We also loved opening the slider all the way up and being able to see and hear the kids in the pool from any part of the main floor. The club pool was very nice and never felt it was over crowded. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals, we had groceries delivered and had everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Although we know there were families staying to either side of us, we could only hear them when they were playing in the pool, the walls seem very well insulated! Although we weren't in Orlando to visit the parks we took the opportunity to go to the Polynesian and see the fireworks one night and spent an overcast morning at Disney springs. Both were an easy drive. The Casiola management company was quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had all the information we needed to prepare for, and enjoy our vacation. highly recommend!
