The stay was fantastic! Dennis was very helpful and great about checking in periodically before and during our stay. We saw in the elevator that the pool for our complex was closed during our stay, but we had access to a neighboring complex’s pool, which was great. As far as the kitchen is concerned, although it was gorgeous and very helpful during our stay, we did not have any mixing or serving bowls. We were able to make do with a blender for pancake batter, and a pot for tossing our salad, but that’s just a small thing. We did not bother asking Dennis for one, so that is no fault of his, or the resort. Final thing to note was the grill. There is one in the complex for resident use, which overall is great! Something to note is that it is coal, which we were unaware of prior and were unable to use because we hadn’t known to purchase coal ahead of time. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again!

The condo was everything exactly as described except it is much bigger in person. We couldn’t believe how much space there was. The layout of the common space and the bedrooms was wonderful, especially when traveling with a toddler. We had plenty of space to set up her pack and play in a separate room and she had lots of space to play in the living room and we could easily keep an eye on her. The area was quiet but close to a lot places, especially Sea World which was our purpose for staying. We did use the onsite playground which was nice and only a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property that matches the pictures. Clean and modern feel to the spacious condo. Kitchen is well equipped. The condo is within walking distance of the convention center. Would stay here again.

It was the best airbab I've ever stayed in. The house is very clean and nice, like the pictures, all the amenities are very good. Contact Dennis, always quick to respond, Dennis is very warm and responsible. This house made our trip even more enjoyable.

Dennis' place was like the photos. A very tidy and clean and super spacious. The neighborhood is very secure and a few kilometers from different areas of interest and easy access to Disney and Universal. Dennis was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

This condo was amazing! We were in town for the AAU Girls Volleyball Tournament, & it was right next door. That made it SO convenient! We loved the set up, appreciated having the washer & dryer & fully stocked kitchen, & the beds were very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again & hope that we have the opportunity to do so!

Spent a few nights here, enjoyed the location, layout and openness of the unit. The kitchen was nicely stocked with some basics for me to use for breakfast, which was great. Kids enjoyed the large sofas, big tv and easily accessible Netflix shows. My only piece was the description indicated two queens, but believe they were doubles. We made it work, but the queens would have been preferred. Would return to this unit and the location. Dennis was amazing, as well as the customer service number. So incredibly responsive, one of best experiences I have had with a host.

Great place, roomy, clean, everything we needed! We have stayed at our locations on this same property, and we liked this one the best. Our only issues were with a request to provide an email address ahead of time (so they could contact us directly with arrival info, instead of through airbnb). I have not ever had anyone ask to do that before. After talking with airbnb, I decided to give it to them and cross my fingers. So far, no issues. Also, when we arrived, the door code didn't work. I had to reach out to them to get a new door code. They responded pretty quickly, and within about 10 min we were inside. I cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen, and the kitchen was well equipped. i would stay here again.

Vista Cay was a great base of operations! It is super close to Universal Studios, Sea World, and the restaurants and attractions on International Drive. There’s also a nearby Walgreens and Publix (walking distance) if you want to pick up any groceries or other necessities. It was huge, our family of 4 had a lot of room to spread out and lounge after a long day. The kitchen had all the essentials and we were glad to be able to make breakfast there before we went out. We also loved hanging out at the pool and pool bar- the bartenders were friendly and made some great frozen drinks- even virgin ones for the kids. There was also an arcade and outdoor foosball and pool tables by the pool, which we didn’t have time to get to but we would have if we weren’t out and about most days. I would definitely stay here again.

As some of the world’s biggest Disney fans, we try to make it out to Orlando at least once every year and of all the times we’ve visited, Dennis’ place has been the best! When you walk in, you feel like you’ve walked into a 5-star resort penthouse—the furniture is modern and comfortable, the rooms are extremely spacious (and we really do mean extremely!), and everything is incredibly neat and clean. Also, the location is ideal whether you’re in Orlando for shopping, the convention center, or most importantly, Disney World!

This condo was the perfect location for everything close to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal/Islands of Adventure — it was one street over from International where all restaurants are and a block from Top Golf. We really enjoyed the pool and bar and movie night and game room. Dennis is wonderful. *********

This condo is exactly as pictured --lovely decoration, large open spaces, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lovely pool area, great location (close to theme parks) and extremely clean. Communication with Dennis, including instructions on how to access the grounds and the unit itself, as well as what to do when departing, was timely and helpful.

I stayed at Dennis's place for my birthday with a large group of friends. The condo slept 10 people comfortably, was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Dennis was quick to reply any time I had a question and check in/check out was a breeze. The condo is also located conveniently near night life, restaurants, outlets, and grocery stores. I highly recommend Dennis's place, we will definitely be renting with him again!

Conveniently located near the convention center, this house allowed me and my 2 colleagues more than enough space to stretch out and have our own bedrooms. It was nice being in a gated community that had a pool and gym (slightly limited). A huge perk was a running trail of roughly 1 mile on the property that circles a large pond. Super easy to get Uber’s from this location and having a Walgreens around the corner was super helpful for food/wine/beer, etc.

Our experience working with Dennis and staying at his place was nothing but fantastic. The location was excellent for a trip to Orlando, the space was clean, and bright, and the access to the clubhouse and pool was a big bonus for the kids. Check in and check out was super easy and convenient. Dennis was also very quick and prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Dennis and his place to anyone looking to book a stay in the Orlando area.

Only 15 minutes from MCO airport! Super close to Universal parks, and nightlife at The Pointe!! Lovely complex. Family friendly pool (open till 11pm) and game room/arcade. Friendly poolside bartenders (also serving light fare- pizza, hotdogs, etc.). Discount tickets available at clubhouse concierge desk. PC /printer onsite too - convenient for printing boarding passes, etc. Clean unit- 10’ ceilings, granite kitchen, strong a/c system. , easy 1 min walk to pool/clubhouse, comfortable beds, huge closets.

40,000 IT professionals booked up the entire OCCC area for a big convention. All the hotel chains were full! I could not believe a place like this was even still available, on top of being walking distance to the OCCC! We stayed 7 nights, and have really no complaints. Anything minor that came up Dennis handled promptly. We'll be booking again for sure for next year!

Definitely a great place! Hands down, the space was perfect, even though we hardly used one room. But I was looking more space, tv 📺 in each room, the washer/ dryer was awesome, in 5 days we only used two or theee times. The refrigerator is huge and as always I enjoy the pool. The local is on point, since you’re close to Publix, Walgreens and other great restaurants. Recommend the place!
