We recently stayed at this beautiful and spacious vacation house, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The home is stunning, with plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel very welcome. The house is advertised as having a pool and spa, which we were really excited about, especially since we were celebrating our son's 5th birthday. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that there was an additional fee to have the pool/spa heated. The temperature was so cold that it felt more like an igloo than a relaxing amenity, and it was a real letdown for our son, who was looking forward to using the pool on his special day. Given that the pool and spa are a major selling point of the property, it seems like the cost of heating should be included in the overall price, or at least made clearer upfront. Aside from that issue, we had a fantastic stay, and the house was perfect for our needs.

We absolutely love Margaritaville. We come to the Orlando area about 2x a year. Ever since this property was built we’ve been staying at this resort. The homes are perfectly designed with every bedroom having its own on suite for privacy. Also, having access to a washer and dryer helps with the amount of clothing we have to fly down (big cost savings on luggage fees). East for Uber and Lyft to transport back and forth to MCO and local area attractions.

Dennis was very attentive via email and was always available if needed. Daily updates via email for a smooth check-in and check-out. I will definitely stay with Dennis again.

Dennis placed was great! Beautiful decorated! I fell in love once walking in. Place is equipped with a lot of family necessities. Dennis really responsive. We had a slight hiccup once checking in but he sent maintenance out right away. Definitely 10/10 will stay again.

Everything was clean and lovely as pictured. The issue we had was the misrepresented hot tub. Please be advised that the pool and hot tub share a heater, so if you want the hot tub to actually be hot, you will have to pay for the pool heating. This is not communicated in the listing- we were charged an additional $35 service fee to have the hot tub heated the day we arrived because we didn't pay for pool heat in advance - even though this amenity is mis-represented. The agent - who isn't Dennis - we were never able to speak with anyone called Dennis - told me they'd sent an updated listing description to Air Bnb to accurately reflect the need to pay for a heated hot tub, but Air BnB hadn't updated the listing yet - even after admitting the listing description is inaccurate we were still charged to heat the hot tub + service fee.

Loved everything about the house. Highly recommend it and Dennis. We reached out to have the pool vacuumed and he had a pool maintenance person come as soon as possible. I definitely plan to visit again next year.

The place was amazing. Very spacious and nice. Honestly we thought it was nicer than the photos made it look in the listing. The house is in a very cute and safe neighborhood. Very easily walkable surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. It was very close to the Disney parks as well. One bit of feedback we had is that the backyard and the pool area had very minimal sun exposure. The house created shade on the pool and the patio area the entire day. You had to be very far in the corner to receive any sunlight. I would expect that on a very hot day this might be nice but it was kind of a bummer to pay for pool heat and have full shade all day long and not be able to use it very much. The property is incredibly well managed with very quick responses, special touches, and a very clean well appointed house. I would definitely recommend!

Was a lovely little home with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay there again. No issues. Pool was pretty hot but it’s Florida and that’s to be expected! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay but the one thing I won’t pay again is heat for the pool/jacuzzi. water felt the same there was no heat during the day or night. other than that the stay was perfect. I’d stay again.

The house was fantastic! Great location, super clean, & very convenient to Disney! The after hours help was non existent. I called about a gas leak and the person could only "take a message". I messaged Dennis and got no response back. I ended up having to call the gas company out myself and was told that there was a substantial gas leak. The gas company cut off the gas so that we could stay. When I did talk with Dennis he didn't believe me and questioned everything I said and made me send him proof! Poor customer service.
