The house was very clean. Dennis left a welcome treat. The surroundings was great. Loved Fords Garage. During the night the house did get a little hot. Overall the house was great. From the smell of the house, cleanliness, the surroundings and the special treat. I would definitely return.

We had a great stay, here! We were really grateful to find a 3 bed, 3 bath home for such a great price and close to Disney World! Our host was always responsive, the home was clean, appeared as photo’d, & had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Although there were no children in our group, the child’s room with the crib, princess dresses, and books was absolutely adorable. We were even impressed that one of the pieces of artwork in the kitchen had the exact coordinates of our location lol. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything at our stay was perfect, except for the A/C. While we understand it is Florida & it is harder for the A/C to keep up I was disappointed to hear that 79°-80° inside is “normal range.” If you have kids just be aware that this could be an issue for your family visiting. Other than that, everything was as described & very clean.

The home was extremely nice—clean, modern, easy to access, and located in a good area. Check-in was a breeze, and the host always responded promptly. I really enjoyed our time there. However, the reason for my low rating is due to a safety concern. When I booked, the listing showed there was no carbon monoxide detector. Given that it’s 2025, I assumed all Airbnb properties would have both smoke detectors (which this one did) and carbon monoxide detectors. I reached out to confirm if this was a mistake, and the host said the property did not have one but that he and his team would work on getting one before my stay. On the day of check-in, I asked if it had been installed as discussed, and the host replied that it had not. I don’t understand why my concern was acknowledged if there was no intention to follow through. Carbon monoxide is a serious matter and should be addressed to ensure guest safety. Health and safety should always be the top priority.

Extremely nice home! The home was beautiful and exactly as described! Dennis was very responsive and helpful we had an issue with the WiFi not working and he immediately responded when I messaged him about it and had the issue fixed as soon as possible! I would highly recommend the staying at this location very nice and well kept area and about a 10-15 minute drive to the Disney parks!

Beautiful townhouse. It’s our first stay at Margaritaville, this place is clean ,quiet and very nicely kept. The only problem I had was it was very warm at nights with the hot summer it was definitely difficult to cool down. But we use ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. Thanks Dennis to keep this place beautiful.

We really had a great time at this home. The place looked exactly as the photos showed. It was very clean. It looked as though we were the first renters. Dennis was a great communicator and we would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Close to all shops, restaurants and main road. We were very comfortable. We really can’t think of one negative thing to say!

Beautiful place! Very convenient to things. The house was perfect for our last minute stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that one of the bedrooms was on the first floor. My husband had recently had surgery and couldn’t do steps. That worked out perfect for us. I highly recommend and would book again.

This stay in Orlando was fantastic. My friend and I stayed at this place for 8 consecutive days, and we all think this place is great value for money and in a great location (especially for us planning to go to Disney and Universal Studios!) The house contains the essentials, the room is very spacious, and the hygiene is very good. Of course, there is still room for improvement in the choice of bedroom bedding. However, considering the price, the overall experience is perfect. All in all, I recommend choosing this place.

The place was very nice and was very clean. The location could not have been better, 15 min to Disney and very close to restaurants, grocery and local Target stores. The location was tucked away just far enough from the craziness of the tourist areas but close to everything that you would want for a Disney focused trip. Once you would get to the neighborhood it was quiet with very little noise. Host was very responsive to questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.
