The home matches the photos, but there are cleanliness and maintenance issues. The kitchen trashcan was broken, there were holes in the sheets, the fridge filter needs replaced, the microwave and stove have noticeable damage, and the master TV is melted and painfully slow. Several items appear purely aesthetic, like the PS5 in the Star Wars room with no power cord. Access was difficult, codes given did not work on the gate. We paid for pool heat, which was cold on arrival and the next afternoon; after sending a video showing the pool heater turned off and the heater was finally turned on, but that wasn't communicated until I followed up. Communication was generally quick at first, but after the pool heater issue on Friday, responses became slow and frustrating. Check-in instructions and amenity info were also missing. I've given it 24hrs since checkout & I'm still waiting to hear back from the host on my refund for the days of pool heat I had to pay for when they didn't turn it on.

The house was just as described. Nice and clean. Well kept and maintained. Located near everything you need just in case you forgot something at home. For the price it’s was definitely worth it. The kids had a blast in the pool. Thank you Denise for always responding back to me fast.
