We went as 11 people, 6 adults and 5 children. The house is exactly as in the photos, very well equipped and with a full kitchen. Clean bed and bath linens and the house was clean too. We arrived in Orlando at 3:00 in the morning and we couldn't access the house with the password that was given, I was in despair because we were super tired. I sent a message without much hope due to the time and I was quickly answered and my problem was solved. The pool pump turns on by itself to clean and the noise bothered us a little, again I sent a message and they have already solved the problem. Another problem we had was with the dishwasher, the children pressed a button and activated a lock, again the service was very fast and they offered a technician to go to the place, which was not necessary because we managed to unlock it. Being in a different country with children and having fast, quality service makes all the difference. I recommend it and I intend to return soon.
