The apartment was as described, three bedroom, 5 beds, clean and modern amenities. I was particularly pleased with the arrival instructions which allowed my daughter and her family to check in and get sorted before collecting me from the airport. There was frequent contact from Dennis during our stay, which was reassuring, but fortunately we did not need any assistance. The pool area has been upgraded since our last visit and now has a great play area for children. I have stayed in this area a few times now, so I knew that there are many shops and eateries within walking distance also the attractions on International Drive are a 10 minute drive away. Overall a great stay.

The host maintained excellent communication, always answered our questions. The place was clean and accessible to different attractive places. A good space where six people can easily fit and two more can still fit. All the kitchen utensils were the ones you needed. All areas clean. The apartment had excellent space. My family was definitely delighted, we would stay again

My kids and I had a wonderful time! Universal Studios mixed with days at the pools; it was great! My kids loved that they all got their own beds and felt right at home. They also enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning.

We were there for a Realtor’s Conference and everyone was pleasantly surprised with this unit. It was located on the 3rd floor so of course we were concerned about the elevator working or not(hard to carry luggage and a wagon with supplies up 3 flights of stairs). But there were 2 elevators! One was a little wonky at times, but the other one was fine. The unit was clean and spacious and had plenty of room for five women. There were some minor issues, but they were fixed quickly. The host was very responsive, and they even left us a package of cookies which we added to the multiple snacks we brought, LOL! We hope to stay in the same unit again next year for our conference.

Beautiful condo, everything was super clean! The pools are so nice too. Easy to find parking close by, easy to check in and out. Dennis was super helpful and fast anytime I had a question. When we came in the a/c was already on, there was jazz music playing on the tv, it was so relaxing. Would definitely come back if we were in the area.

Excellent place, spacious and pleasant, it has everything you need for a great vacation. The apartment has everything, and communication with Dennis was great. The pool area is really nice, it has slides for the kids, they play good music and make group juices. Highly recommended this place.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the biggest highlights was how close it was to Universal Parks, just a few minutes away, which made getting there super convenient and stress-free. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this place offered great value for the location and comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Universal!

Good location and very close to Universal. Dennis was extremely responsive to the fan issues. The home needs updating. Bathroom cabinets are peeling and destroyed. Bathroom felt a little dirty but overall the place was fine for a quick trip. Great AC. Very responsive!

Great condo for family of four. Easily could sleep 6. Good condition, very good location, nice community pool, and the ability to walk to the plaza was perfect - Publix, Dunkin, good pizza place and diner, Walgreens, all short walks. And we liked that is was just far enough away from all the touristy strips, yet was just a short driver to all attractions. Nice beds.

Great stay!! Close to everything and worth the price ! Only issue I had was we was not provided with a gate code so every time we tried to enter the vista we had to wait for someone to let us in!! So please make sure you get a gate code when renting this vista

This Airbnb was perfect for our stay. We were in the local area for an educational conference at the Rosen Shingle and this was a great place to stay as it was clean and convenient to the conference! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this apartment. It was very comfortable for our group of 8. We were able to cook meals and enjoy the convenience of the kitchen. Publix is less than a mile away! The pool area was clean and the grounds were beautiful. You can even take a 2-mile walk around the lake. If I were headed back to Orlando, I would be happy to stay at this Airbnb again!

This place was gorgeous! Tip: if you get there the day of check in and show the front desk your reservation, they will let you have access to the pool and pool bar all day! It was super easy to check into the room with the key code, and the place was stunning! Plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable! Close to the Disney parks! Definitely recommend!

Great spot. The decor was adorable and the place was very clean and exactly as described on the website. I would highly recommend! We used this for a girls' weekend with 8 people staying in the condo. There was plenty of room and the bathrooms are HUGE. It's great for a group of friends, but would also work well for a family!

Dennis is a professional and very attentive. There is a shopping center and Publix next door. You need passes to enter amenities and they are located by the front door, they are lanyards. If you need anything extra make sure you ask right away to give them time to deliver it. Everything done with codes without a problem.

This is an excellent, spacious condo with a very decent location 15 minutes to Universal Studio and 25 to Disney. Easy access to highways. I'd recommend it. There is a Publix nearby and a Walgreens even closer which is stocked for people staying in the condos. Good pool and gated with plenty of parking.

This space is absolutely AMAZING! You get exactly what’s in these photos. The place is exactly as described. I enjoyed the stay because it was close to a supermarket, places to eat, and a liquor was close. I loved how the community was gated which made me and my guest feel safe . Great location! It is a wonderful place for vacation in Orlando. Everyone was happy camper. Clean, spacious and tall ceiling, close to everything — theme parks, Publix and Wholefood and many restaurants. We did encounter a problem of being locked out due to keypad’s dead batteries. The problem was solved in short time, but it could have been much worse. One star reduction from this episode.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the comfort and live-ability of this condo. Very quiet as condo complexes go, it was well kept and the condo itself passed my obsessive cleanliness requirement. It was in a great location as well, an easy drive to everything we needed or wanted to do. It’s conveniently located near a Publix and Dunkin Donuts and my husband was able to take a five minute stroll over to get coffee one morning. The balcony was a hit with my daughter who sat outside and read and played music. Check-in was a breeze. Communication was prompt. I would not hesitate to stay there again, I would have liked a couple more nights there! Thanks, Dennis!

The place was clean and well-decorated! Very close to Pointe Orlando and highways to get almost anywhere quickly. The space had good amenities - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, many towels, etc. Great value and no-effort check-in and out policies made this a great place for a quick weekend.

The apartment is very nice. Comfortable and functional, with everything you need. Everything was very clean. Bed linen and towels for exchange. Exactly like the pictures. The condominium is very nice Publix Supermarket across the street. Annex had pizzeria; Subway; Mexican food and others. Wallgreens pharmacy in the condominium. We are five people, with great comfort. Three bedrooms with TV and one more TV in the living room. The location is great; easy access to everything. Dennis was always helpful in all of our contacts. Everything was looking good. No negative reviews

This condo is perfect! There were seven of us who were staying there and attended a conference at the convention center. The keyless entry made it so easy for us all to come and go as we please and all the amenities are a short walk away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I've been using Airbnb for about 2 years, and this is by far one of my best expierences. Check-in was made so simple and stress free. The property was absolutely beautiful with the pool just a short walk (or 10 second drive) away. Dennis made sure we knew what we need to bring and what was already had. This place is worth your $$. It can comfortably fit 6-8ppl. Although, there are only 2 bathrooms, they are spacious enough to share with others and not feel like you're on top of each other. The resort is beautiful with the convienent distance to restaurants, parks, and nightlife. You don't have to worry about check in or check out, you should receive a key code a few days before to be able to go straight to your room upon arrival. The overall environment was quiet and family friendly.

It is a very comfortable apartment, close to a Publix ( major supermarket in FL) and I believe it is close to the attractions. We had a minor issue in our stay that the host sent someone to fix it before our arrival. As we traveled with a one year old I can advise that the apartment has a pack n' play for him to sleep, a stroller (does not recline) better for older kids. The beds are too high for toddlers, just in case you are wondering. TVs in all bedrooms, very clean and bright apartment.

We really enjoyed staying here! The bedroom at the end of the hall had two full beds instead of one queen, but we needed an extra bed anyway. Other than that, the photos are accurate. Everything was great!

The apartment is great, just as showed in the photos. The location is great too, you can find supermarkets just around the resort. Too bad we stayed there for business and had no time to enjoy the pool and other facilities in the resort. The only downside we'd complaint is the cleanliness - some of the pillows had little bit of greasy smell and the toilet bowl in master bedroom was not properly cleaned (black prints on it) - we might be a bit picky on the cleanliness though. For overall, the stay is good and comfortable. We like the apartment very much.

This Vista Cay condo was perfect for a weekend getaway! We had a group of 7 and it was a great size and we all loved that we could be together but with enough room that no one was cramped. The place was so beautifully decorated and just as described. The pool and pool bar was also great! The location was perfect with ~15 minute drive from airport and Universal theme parks and downtown, and ~5 minutes to the International Drive strip of restaurants. The publix next door is walking distance and the rest of our trip we Ubered around and it was very affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic condo! We only stayed for two days, but, though, we came to enjoy the city, this Airbnb was worth the drive by itself. What sealed the deal was the the pool, hot tub, and bar. Definitely very professionally managed. No complaints here!
