We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The home was perfect for our family of seven, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was incredibly convenient, with a supermarket, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Getting to the airport and the parks was a breeze with an easy drive, which saved us a lot of time. Dennis was beyond helpful since day one when we completed the reservation. Thank you! We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

My family loved the stay! A complete, clean and comfortable house in a quiet spot close to the parks! The Publix supermarket close to the condominium makes the stay much more practical. The host was very kind and attentive and responded to the messages quickly, striving to meet my family's needs. Excellent accommodation with full kitchen.

This place was perfect for our Disney vacation. Close to all the parks. Great price. Had a few issues with internet but host was very responsive and helpful. Only thing was I wish they had more blankets for the beds otherwise had a great time!

The apartment was nice, clean and very close to the parks but we were very disappointed the apt do not have WiFi at all. Dennis didn’t fix it and didn’t offer any discount until I called Airbnb so they made Dennis give us a reimbursement.

This condo was everything it said it was and more! Very clean and modern and most importantly comfortable(except for the chair in the living room!) The passcode didn’t work when we arrived and I made a quick call and they had it resolved within minutes! This did not take away from the experience. My kids loved the pool and the access to the game room as well! We will definitely use this location of come to Orlando again!

Great stay for a small family! The stay is located near a Publix that is walking distance. It is conveniently located 8 mins away from Seaworld and 12 mins from Universal. It’s a very clean and quiet area, gated and well kept. Pool was very clean and so was the jacuzzi. I highly recommended the stay! Great service.. A+!!

Overall, a decent value I probably wouldn't stay there again due to the cons. Pros: The place is in a good location if you are planning to go to both Disney and Universal parks. It is walkable to Publix, a liquor store, and a good burger joint. The pack and play for our baby seemed clean. It was nice that you can go directly to the unit with the access code and not have to go somewhere else to check in. Cons: Tiny ants crawling on the table, kitchen, and bathrooms. None of the TV channels worked - they would play for a few seconds and then give an error message to contact the cable provider. The couch was musty smelling.

Great Location, very close to shopping plaza with Publix, Dunkin Donuts and a few restaurants. The 2nd floor unit is very close to the parking lot which made it convenient, there's also an elevator. Condo was very clean inside and well decorated. There is a total of 4 TV's, a dvd player, and a Playstation 3 which was really cool, the kids loved it. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place at a great location! The apartment looks even better in person and it was so clean. There’s a Publix and Dunkin Donuts in the plaza right in the same parking along with a great breakfast spot called The Diner. Loved the decor and the lay out of the apt. Very spacious. Dennis was a great host, very easy check in / check out process. Highly recommend!

We had 2 nights reserved and ended up leaving after less than a 24 hour stay. We were offered a generic/rudely sarcastic response to a complaint by the host, not even an apology. The couch smelled as if if had been SOAKED in urine, you could not sit on it without being nauseous. The king size bed seemed to have a crater in the middle making it not only uncomfortable but very noisy when easing in and out in the middle of the night. The bathrooms, bathtub and shower had an unsettling number of foreign hairs. Neither the floors nor any of the area/accent rugs were vacuumed before we arrived. The faulty deadbolt with obvious signs of unwelcome damage made us feel very uneasy given the amount of very late night, excessive foot traffic (stomping up and down stairs) in the breezeways. Also, while I realize this is only cosmetic, the presence of ceiling fans was a huge letdown. Especially since the AC didn’t seem consistent or up to par.

It’s rare to have an experience where the reality is even better than the promise. This apartment was fantastic! Well appointed, well located, perfectly clean and everything worked smoothly. If you are planning a a stay in Orlando to base yourself in a great place for Disney, Kennedy Space Center or Sea World don’t look any further. Pick here!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It's large, very comfortable and has almost every amenity you could want for a holiday - well appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, central air conditioning, pool access, good wifi, cable TV in every room etc. Conveniently located in Orlando, the apartment is in a gated development so it feels very safe and has plenty of parking. There is also a good supermarket just a few minutes walk away along with some restaurants. Though we didn't meet him, we were in constant contact with Dennis. He was always prompt with his responses and gave us clear instructions which made checking in and checking out very easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone going to Orlando.

The unit and amenities in the resort are all lovely. The location is also great as it is about 15-20 minutes away from majority of the places that we wanted to see. It is also convenient that there's a Publix and Walgreens close by for any last minute grocery shopping. Dennis is very responsive and very helpful. My family and I were happy with this place and wished we could have stayed longer. I will definitely book again here if ever we're back in Orlando.

This location is a must stay! The unit was very clean and accommodating for my family. It was within walking distance of the supermarket, pool and fitness center as described. The amenities were an added bonus which we truly enjoyed. Dennis was prompt with communication and very detailed which made arrival and check out very easy. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time. The apartment is very nice and sufficient for 4-5 people. The balcony is in the direction of parking, but still quiet. Pool and lake behind the house are great for relaxing and walking idet jogging. The Convention Center is just a few minutes by car. You can also walk because the path there is well fortified for pedestrians. Great place to stay too for business. But families certainly have great fun too.

Good place for a large family and location was only 15 min drive to Universal which was why we were in the area. Publix is a two min walk and very convenient. We had use of the pool land jacuzzi which was good fun for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay in Orlando, our airbnb was a luxury experience indeed. The amenities are top quality,the rooms are big and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a supermarket right down the block. All the theme parks are 10-15min away. Great communication with Dennis I’m definitely coming back :)

The flat is exactly as suggested by the pictures, spacious and clean. The location is perfect for the theme parks, very close to Walt Disney World, Universal and Sea World. There is also a huge supermarket just 3 minutes walk. We unfortunatly had to shorten our stay given the hurricane Irma. Dennis was very helpful to make the necessary arrangements.

We stayed with my family for 8 days. We really had a very comfortable vacation with the place and its location, only a 15 minute drive from the parks, which allowed us to enter early and return to the apartment for lunch something and come back later rested. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Fabulous, it faces the pool and out across the street from the Publix supermarket, which is magnificent for us. Dennis was always in touch with us. As well as we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay two nights but our stay. Thinking to repeat!!! Thank you Dennis

Stayed here for 6 nights to go Disney, Seaworld and Universal Studios. Place was 7-20 minutes to the theme parks depending on traffic conditions. Close to the premium outlets and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, even included a pack and go for our baby. Would highly recommend when in Orlando.

It was a good place with a great location. The house is really nice. The only problem we had was the WIFI did not work and we called to get it fixed (3x) and they said they would send people to fix it and it never got fixed. We stayed for 6 nights so we really needed the wifi for work and other vacation research. Other then that the apartment is nice!

Dennis' place was fantastic. We loved how close it was to everything and how nicely appointed it is. The Publix supermarket is walking distance to the apt so extended stays would be super easy and comfy. Also in the same shopping center is Dunkin' Donuts so quick breakfasts are a breeze. We didn't get to use all the amenities but next time we go, we will stay longer and be able to enjoy more things in the area. We actually really enjoyed this area and will return soon!

The entire experience was made very convenient. Communication by email in advance of arrival made check-in a breeze. Home was exactly as described and provided all necessary amenities. Pool and spa were nice and inviting. Publix grocery store was less than a 1/4 mile walk.

It is a nice place. Mostly clean except both bathroom floors had hairs and grit on them. We only slept on the king sized bed, which is the reason we chose this rental, the mattress was very firm which is not to our liking. I was looking forward to the hottub but it was out of order. Overall, a nice experience. I never met Dennis or heard from him during our stay

My husband and I live in Merritt Island, Fl., which was under a mandatory evacuation during the recent impending Hurricane Matthew. We had never used Air B&B before, but decided to try it since we needed more than a hotel room to accommodate us and our elderly friend. I saw this listing and quickly registered with Air B&B because we were being advised to evacuate the following day. Dennis was gracious enough to timely approve our request, and we drove to Orlando to hunker down and wait, praying the hurricane would not threaten Orlando also. The condo was such a pleasant and clean, beautifully furnished and decorated place to stay. Vista Cay is conveniently located right near a Public grocery store, so we stocked up on groceries as soon as we arrived. The condo is spacious and well equipped as well. We felt so blessed to stay there. Best of all, our prayers were answered and the Lord moved the hurricane Eastward enough that not only was our home spared, but we also slept in peace in Orlando with very little wind or rain! Thank you Dennis for such a comfortable accommodation! We hope there won't be a next time, but if there is, we would love to stay at your condo again! Denise

Dennis was a great host and promptly responded to questions. Check-in was super easy with coded entry to the complex and the apartment and no need to exchange keys. The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Also very convenient to the Convention Center for anyone attending conferences or meetings. Highly recommended and I look forward to visiting again.

It was a great experience live in Dennis' house. The house was very clean and organized, comfy in every way. It was a perfect place for family of 4 to 6 to spend their time in Orlando. The host took care of everything of checking in and out. It was really easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend my friend to live there. :)
