From start to finish Dennis was very responsive. The house was very welcoming, and the pictures matched the actual house. The pool was perfect for the kids, very clean. The check-in process was very fast, and front door parking. There were lots of amenities included in our stay. I love the open concept of the house. Bedrooms were very spacious.

Dennis was an incredible Host , his response time was incredible and questions he answered almost immediately - we loved the home and Dennis made it that much better as it was a smooth check in and check out - and he took our comments and suggestions ( minor ) as positive suggestions - very nice individual and would love to deal with him again ~ if only all Airbnb hosts where this polite and kind -

Dennis was absolutely amazing. My only issue had absolutely nothing to do with him or the place. We had bad neighbors for a few days! The house was great, everything we forgot, Dennis already has there for our use. I wish I had read my email to take advantage of the early check in, maybe next year! Thank you Dennis!!!

Home is as described , clean , beds are nice. Further out than noted for travel. Had to toss out groceries due to the faulty freezer. He sent someone out who said the fridge was bad and I appreciate that but then later host returned without notice and wasn’t expecting it and fixed it so it seems like this is a known issue. Water dispenser was non operational and the tap was horrible. Overall clean area, quiet and nice place.

The home was beautiful . Photos didn’t do justice! Dennis was also great & very responsive. The area is literally in the middle of everything (restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, & other shopping plaza’s). Book this place me & my friends enjoyed the stay & the pool & grill was also the icing on the cake .

Thank you Dennis for the amazing stay. We stayed in February, definitely recommend to heat the pool, the pool was always at the perfect temperature. The area had great restaurants and plenty of activities to do. Dennis was very responsive for any questions asked. The home is clean and provided the basic necessities needed for our stay and more!

The house was nice & as described.We received the entrance code at 4pm, had some issues getting in, but Dennis was very responsive and helpful in solving that. The kitchen cleaning kit wasn’t enough for a 3-night stay, so ended up buying more dishwasher tabs, especially since the cutlery & some crockery were dirty & had to be put through the dishwasher before we could use them. I found an oily, dirty cutting board in the cupboard. The pans were sticky with oil on the outside & black on the inside, so they had to be cleaned too before we could use them. The dishes came out of the dishwasher with water marks so I guess the machine needs salt. We weren’t fans of the plastic cooking utensils and they could definitely use updating. Maybe some wooden spoons to stir food would be better. Rooms were nice, ample space, but very thin blankets. Ice cold pool; didn’t use it. Good WiFi, and washer/dryer in excellent condition. Good stay overall, just a bit more thorough cleaning would be great!

Unnecessary charges put on the final bill. Host did not provide extra blankets that was needed and was told to be send the next morning. Pictures were different than the real place and pool was way smaller.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. Very accommodating. Perfect if you have children. We absolutely enjoyed the water park. The kitchen was well equipped. Ample enough towels and pool towels. Unlike other AirBnB’s, they had back up essentials. If you like to sleep with it cold at night, bring a fan. Home is set on 75 and gets pretty toasty at night.

My family loved this place for our trip to Disney. It was super close to all the amusement parks and the place itself was clean and very spacious. The only problem we had was with the outside gate to enter the community but everyone was very helpful and we resolved the issue quickly.

The place IS THIS incredible THIS was our first experience with Airbnb and the truth was incredible my wife and children were delighted with the place, I exceed our expectations and the price does not speak I think THIS is excellent, I will gladly return in summer, of course IF they accept us🙈, for the English speakers, the place is beautiful and just like it is just like it is described, it was worth it, and the price is very good, I think it was one of the cheapest I found , excellent,

Great experience this home. It was decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and more. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Everything was new and beautiful. The club house was a drive, not Walkable. Such an awesome clubhouse though! Multiple pools, theater and nice gym.

Our family of 12 stayed here over Christmas. It was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable for all of us. Dennis was immediately responsive even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We had an issue with my sister in law needing security gate clearance, and Dennis helped make this easy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was a very nice air b n b. Our only complaint is that there were a bunch of bugs in the bedroom downstairs and on the kitchen counter. They looked like ants but had wings and we realized they were termites. There were some upstairs in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Great home they just need to fix that issue. My mom had to vacuum up the bugs....and my parents really didn’t even want to stay in the room. Dennis did respond but he only said he’d create a work order ticket for it and didnt answer when I called.

Beautiful home! Looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that were slightly disappointing, we didn’t get much phone reception in the area and the internet connection was out majority of the trip. Other things were easily solved by Dennis. The drive to theme parks averaged about 45 minutes but the drive didn’t seem far at all. Publix was right around the corner so if you need some groceries you won’t have to go too far. The resort water park is a 2 minute drive, the resort is so big they had to put it in a separate place. I will most definitely stay here again when visiting! Thank you Dennis!
