We stayed here in August 2026, and i had an excellent experience. Dennis was a wonderful host, and the house was clean,comfortable and exactly as described. Our stay at dennis’s place was tidy, peaceful, and overall very pleasant. walking into a freshly cleaned space that had all the necessities for a 5 day stay. loved the minimal disney theming, it felt perfect for an adult vacation. we did run into a few minor issues but thankfully dennis resolved them rather quickly and was incredibly responsive.

It was a good place to stay, we stayed 3 days 2 nights. The home was well kept. It faces the pool. The pool itself was hard to get into even with the code. We must of been pushing the code in wrong or something. But pool is good the furniture at the pool are worn out ripped up and umbrella are torn up, the men bathroom was locked so everyone was using the women restroom. But that’s not the problem of the Airbnb, I just wanted to share that with everyone, prob would have been better off using the other pool with the lazy river but we were there for a short stay. Anyways the home was great, very cozy and clean. I love that they don’t allow pets.

Dennis was very responsive, always replying to messages within 10-15 minutes. However, on our first night we faced noise problems from some inconsiderate guests (unrelated to our host), who used the community pool late into the night until 22:15 despite the official closing time being 21:00. The pool is right behind this apartment and the noise was simply unbearable and not what we hoped for after a long day of travelling. We reported the issue to our host and the storey lake security but unfortunately they couldn’t do much to resolve it. Security suggested we report them to the local sheriff. Another issue was the dishwasher, which was broken. We reported this and our host arranged for a technician to visit but unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and didn’t get permission from the owner to replace it while we were there. Storey Lake is very well located close to Disney restaurants and supermarkets. I would rent again from Dennis but not this unit due to the noise.

This is a good place to stay in Orlando! It was clean and as pictured. They provided a couple of cleaning supplies and coffee which I thought was a very nice touch. Dennis was also very responsive with any issues we had. Would recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week long family vacation at Dennis’s condo. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and just as pictured. The unit was well decorated and equipped with all the essentials we needed. The location was very convenient and just minutes away from Disney, restaurants and grocery stores. Dennis was extremely helpful and responded very quickly with any questions I had. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon!

Accurate place fit the description. Had very basic kitchen supplies. Was generous with items to get our week started (paper towel, toilet paper and even a cute little beach bag). Nice view of the pool, in a corner unit on the top floor which was lovely!

Great condo. Spacious bedrooms, living area and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there’s a TV in each bedroom. Balcony is very nice space over looking one of the pools. At least one neighbour seemed to like the weed and the smell could be strong on the patio at times so if that bothers you just be aware. The basics were provided for cleaning but if you stay longer than 3-4 nights you will need to bring some. Dennis was super responsive to questions. The location is good, close to Disney and Sea World. There’s a Target and Dollar store (really good snacks) within walking distance. The water park is great, we spent two fun days there. Very easy to find lounge chairs even when it’s busy. One negative is they are super strict on not allowing any outside food or drink in the waterpark. They will check bags on some days. The pool right outside the condo was little cool and the waterpark was quite warm. Overall I would stay here again.

This was by far one of the better Airbnb experiences that I’ve had. Dennis was communicative and proactive with reaching out to me. Instructions were clear and informative. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. The location was ideal for the Disney parks and various places to shop. I would definitely recommend!

The service was impeccable, always responded quickly, but the air conditioning in the house has not been cleaned for a long time, all of us who stayed in the house left sick and with a lot of coughing, in the end we had to leave the air conditioning off and sleep with the windows open. Otherwise, the rest was as expected

Great location is you are going to the parks for some family fun. Close to shopping, restaurants, and all things “mouse” related. Beautiful kept grounds. Great space with accurate pictures. Very clean and spacious.

I would definitely book this place again! Pictures were accurate and the access to the clubhouse was a great bonus. The pool and the lazy river were fun and the water was a perfect temperature. The apartment was a great size for my party of 6. We loved the layout. I highly recommend this place, especially for families. It feels like a gated community because you need to stop at security before driving in so that was cool. Target, Walmart, Wawa, and other stores are a short drive away if you need groceries or anything.

We had a great stay! Lovely apt home, plenty of space for our family of 5. Home was clean and cool when we arrived. Great corner unit that overlooked the pool. We loved the clubhouse facilities and it was a nice short walk to the water park. Dennis was super responsive to a few questions. Close to a grocery store, coffee shops and a delicious takeout pizza place. We would definitely stay here again! From our kids: “It was fun and I want to go again and again!” “There were so many TVs!”

This condo was actually even nicer in person than the pictures portray! We were more than happy with the unit! It is so close to restaurants, shopping and the parks. The pool next to the condo was clean and quiet and the waterpark was lively and fun. Dennis was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Great location and comfortable condo! Our kid loved the cute Mickey Mouse room, and the beds were very comfortable. We visited the big pool as well as the smaller pool next to the unit. Dennis was very responsive every time we had questions, and was super friendly. The best part was the proximity to the Disney parks! It was about a 15 drive to each of the parks.

The space was exactly what the picture portrayed. Lots to do around and even on the property. Loved that there was a shuttle service that could take us around the property. In addition, it is very central and you can get most of what you need in a 5-10 minutes drive. It would be nice if there was a more detailed guide of what amenities are on the property and their locations i.e a map of the property.

This was our first stay in an Airbnb, so I had many random and probably silly questions, but Dennis was always quick to reply and patient, answering and helping me through the entire process. The unit was very nice and located in an area that offered a lot of things to do. It overlooked the pool, which was very convenient for our daughters to swim. We checked out of the unit and arrived at the airport, only to find our flights cancelled due to hurricane Debby. Panicked, I contacted Dennis and he was able to help us get back in the unit for the 2 days while waiting for the storm to clear and flights to resume. The unit was great and Dennis' helpful hand guiding us made it even better. Thank you, Kevin

My kids loved the unit, the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the view from our balcony and the Clubhouse pool on the property. The location of the property was in great proximity to different stores and necessities, which was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive and check in/out was simple. This was the perfect place for my family’s stay in Orlando. We fit three adults and a toddler comfortably. Dennis was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions about accessing the pools, etc. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our son from a pack and play, kid cups and utensils, and a stroller. This location is great because you are close to all of the theme parks and many restaurant options. Being close to Target, Walmart and Publix was also convenient. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Overall an amazing stay and experience. The unit is right by the private pool area which was always calm/ relaxing to be by. The balcony views this pool. The unit is very spacious and you feel right at home. All the tvs had all the streaming apps which was convenient for those of us who don’t like to watch cable tv. There’s a Walmart and Publix just minutes from the community and the airport is a 20 min ride away. Only hiccup we had was that the fire alarm in the master bedroom kept beeping as if the battery needed to be changed but we were barely around for it to be a real bother. Other than that we had great communication. 10/10 I’d stay here again.

The apartment itself was beautiful and very accommodating. Everything you would need is there, and because it is new, it was very clean and decorated nicely. The building and surrounding buildings were not yet finished being built so the elevator had not yet been running. This was very challenging being on the 3rd floor. Also, the big selling point for us was the amenities, and the amenities were so overcrowded we could not enjoy them. There was not enough seating, people sitting on the ground, and not enough tubes for the lazy River. There was also not enough parking so there was a shuttle bringing people in. We ended up using the small pool by the apartment building which was disappointing. Overall we had a nice stay. It is close to everything! We chose not to do parks but we did enjoy Margaritaville and the sun walk park.

Beautiful place, close to everything. Host was lacking communication on questions on what to do with things before checkout. Also offered us early check in at 10 or 2 for additional costs and I asked for 10 but then they said that it wasn’t possible after asking us so that messed up our arrangements after landing. Other than that everything was good!

Amazing clean, quick communication, a lot to do as far as water park, pool, Disney, sea world, close to a lot of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. We did cook and they had EVERYTHING down to the measuring cups. Plus is that my kids were able to run in the condo because the floors were thick so you won’t bother downstairs neighbors. Extremely organized and beautiful decor. Definitely recommend.

The overall stay was good the place looked exactly like what was pictured. There was a major thing that made me give it a 2 star review. On night one we got in late and went straight to bed. The down had fallen to the grown during the night and when we woke up the next day I was pulling up the down to make the bed and a saw a red smudge. I am 99% sure it was blood from a previous guest. We were disgusted. We also noticed a few towels with stains and on them that we just did not use because they did give us extra. ALL sheets, down, bed covers, and towels should be cleaned especially during covid. I have a picture to show the blood smudge... it is not a small smudge either.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The pool area was perfect for our kids and was open from 9-9. The splash pad area seemed like the only area not heated. The ice cream, cotton candy, snacks and the adult beverages there were a great plus.
