The stay was everything that I expected and my family and I had such an amazing time. Everything was amazing and Dennis was such an awesome host and had great customer service. He communicated very well and was very professional and prompt. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with an air bnb host in a very long time. I will be using this home and host moving forward anytime we come to the city. FYI I am a very tough critic and I must say I literally have no bad comments towards this host, the home, or this experience.

My puppy who is 8months old consumed marijuana that was left behind on the floor by previous guest. This ended costing a $400 emergency vet bill. Our puppy began to have tremors which lasted over 10 hours became lethargic was not physically able to eat or drink water. After the vet told us this has become a common occurrence in Airbnb we searched the backyard in the morning and immediately found a weed bud that would’ve been hard to miss has cleaning staff done a proper job.the floors were dirty upon entering and dishes were dirty in the cabinets once we started to make breakfast. Most of the beds squeak loudly and are not comfortable.We requested a refund for our vet expenses as this was the result of lack of cleaning and attention to detail creating a safety hazard for our pets.Dennis has been kind and responsive however there is still no solution from management who he says is reviewing it.I feel our request has been ignored and they have not taken responsibility for what happened

Dennis was an awesome host! Super responsive AT ALL TIMES, literally. Was super open to us having some family members over for dinner since we were in Orlando celebrating a wedding. Was very helpful with questions and doubts. The house was amazing. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were all super spacious. The backyard was so relaxing. Everything overall was def worth what we paid for. The clubhouse is also great, unfortunately because they sell things in there you can’t go in with thermos or quenchers but it is a beautiful place with lots of fun pools and options. I def recommend this place for big families!!! Thanks a lot for everything Dennis!!!

This home is beautiful with ample amount of space. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. Dennis is a great host, always responsive and very helpful. Definitely recommend booking if you want a great stay in the Davenport/Orlando area.

Dennis was such an incredible host. He was incredibly accommodating, responsive and nice in every message he sent. We reserved the airbnb for EDCO and it was honestly the best decision we made, it was more than accommodating for our group of 19 and coming in and out of the community was very comfortable and easy. We loved the fact that the community was gated, definitely made us feel save. We hope to book with Dennis again in the near future !

Dennis was an amazing host and the house was just as described. My family and I stayed at the house with a large group and all of us had plenty of space to move around and hang out. For a big gathering is great, enough rooms and beds and towels. I would of loved bigger pots and pans because we do cook when we go away. House is walk distance to the Oasis water park… the walk all around is beautiful with beautiful sunset in the evening.

There was plenty of room for family. Dennis responded quickly. The heated pool was well worth it. The amenities were a 10. The only complaint. Please take pictures of previous damages and notify the host so that you will not be charged.

The space was very roomy for my oversized of a family. The house has everything you need for a house in the kitchen. Make sure you bring extra toiletries!!Dennis was very helpful and responds in a great timely manner. When doing the reservation be sure to include all drivers that will be checking in so save time and hassle. The house is in the middle of everything and no more than 20 mins to everything. Couple things I did notice was the pool temperature did not get hot it was just luke warm and the spa bubbles did not work once the pool heated. The pool was not so clean or clear. We did find a few pets (roaches) big and small In different parts of the houses. Also the plumbing was not the best as a couple toilet did flood and the sinks not drain properly. Along with the showers water pressure was not the best and the showers did not get hot at all!! (Cold showers)

Nothing but great things to say about this property and it’s owner/host. The house was exactly as pictured, spacious, modern and super clean. Dennis (the host) was the most responsive host I ever dealt with. We kept an open and frequently used dialogue via ABnB chat - mainly for requests, and not for any complaints. The Championsgate community is super secure and EVERYONE must be pre registered at the gate or they will not be allowed to enter. I had one of our gusts arrive after midnight Saturday, get stuck at the gate for not being registered. Took a shot and messaged our host at that hour, and within minutes the issue was resolved. I will definitely be a repeat guest at this property, it was PERFECT for my bday weekend with my party of 18. Thanks for having us Dennis, your home is worth every penny.

Previous reviews stated that some furniture needed to be replaced. The living room now has an L shaped sectional. Enough space for everyone. The house is lovely! Dennis is great with communication and following up with things requested. We did experience a few bugs in the downstairs room and in two rooms upstairs. Dennis sent an exterminator, immediately. I would book again!

The house was beautiful and spacious but as stated by the previous guest that stayed in the house, the furniture needs to be upgraded, the couches and beds are very low to the ground (Platform beds). There are roaches/water bugs around/in the property and the "jacuzzi" didn't get hot. The gated community the property is located in, is nice and has different amenities you can use. It is very close to Disney which is great for families. Overall my family enjoyed our stay, we would rent from Dennis again.

First, I want to share the positives. 1. The home was beautiful! 2. The pool heating was fantastic! We came in December and it was definitely worth paying for. It was even warm enough to swim at night. 3. Dennis was very quick to reply to questions and issues. 4. Since Dennis was not able to rectify some of the missing items (see below) within a timely fashion, they gave us a 10% refund (we did have to request this), which I though was a nice sign that they stand behind their product. The were some issues that had room for improvement and they included: 1. There were no ping pong balls or balls for the foozball table upon arrival. We communicated that the same day we arrived. While Dennis replied quickly, he said that they would not be able to deliver the balls until the next day. The next day, 3 balls for the Foozball table were delivered, but none for the ping pong table. It turns out that they mixed them up and thought one of the 3 was a ping pong ball. After a few communications back and forth, we finally received the ping pong balls on our 3rd evening there (and we only stayed for 3 nights). 2. While we were in the pool during the afternoon on our 2nd day, a pool cleaner showed up and said it was time for the monthly cleaning and we all had to get out and stay out for 2 hours after he finishes cleaning. Had we known about this ahead of time, we could have scheduled our stay around it. But we had literally just gotten into the pool, and then we had to leave. Dennis said he was unaware they were cleaning then, but could not have it rescheduled for another time. So when booking this or any home with a pool, it might be orudent to ask in advnace about any scheduled cleanings. 3. A couple of more minor points revolve around Champions Gate Resort. With everyone arriving to "Check-in" at around the same time, we were waiting for close to an hour to get to the gate to get a parking pass (make sure you take the left lane, or you might be sent back out to the back of the line). In addition, we ordered a bus for our daily excursions, and the bus was not allowed into the development. A heads up about both of these policies might be helpful to future guests. Overall, we were still quite happy with the stay, as it really was quite beautiful, and it was helpful to know that communication was quick, even though some issues did occur.

I give this property a four out of five stars. My reason for four stars is because the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced; one side of the sliding glass door doesn’t lock; the chairs at the breakfast bar and dinning room table need to be replaced; the walls and rails could use fresh paint, the carpet needs to be cleaned; the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work. The pictures on the website should be updated as the they don’t depict the house accurately. Overall my family enjoyed our stay, the house is spacious, and clean. During our I stay I received an email from Dennis everyday checking to see if we needed anything. We would definitely rent from Dennis again.

My family was very satisfied with our stay. We was suppose to stay at another location however accommodations had to be made from this location instead. We was notified within a responsible timeframe and all information needed for this location was provided promptly. We didn't experience any issues at the gate even when changes was made a few hours before arrival.They had enough cooking utilities, towels, bathroom supplies etc, available. They did have a few water bugs but this place is not bug infested as I would of thought from some reviews. This was our family first trip to Disney and we plan to reserve this same location in the furure.

Overall the place was great. Plenty of room. We maxed out at 22 people and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The only complaint were the roaches. They weren’t infested but about 15-20 large ones. They just scared the crap out of us.

Avoid "Dennis's" homes. We loved the house, was amazing - however, there was a roach, and they "forgot" to heat the pool - so it was 65-67 degrees and they refused to send anyone to heat it. Hence the day we had allocated to stay in & sewim, became a wasted day. It took them about 24 hours to turn on the heater - they refused to commit to any time frame. They stated they service calls in the order it was received. When reaching out to Dennis requesting a decent refund stating that a measly $25 they offered is nothing for a vacation gone sour, his reply was creating a "damaged and missing towel & linen claim." 100% Blackmail. Avoid Dennis & his dishonesty. There are MANY renters in the same area with less frustration. Good luck!

Large house that was able to accommodate our family during the Christmas holiday. Pros: The pool and hot tub in the back were lots of fun and relaxing. The game room added a bit of entertainment. The pool at oasis clubhouse was nice as well. Also, the kids enjoyed the arcade. Dennis was very responsive when concerns were submitted. Cons: There were several roaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. The television in the family area upstairs did not work. There were broken bannister pieces, which caused two of the children in our group to fall down the stairs. The chairs at the dining room table were broken and we had a few falls there as well. My husband had to tighten the screws.m himself. The wall socket in the kitchen was loose and we had to keep the children away from it to avoid further accidents. The table upstairs was worn with loads of scratches. Considering the amount invested in this property, we expect consistent upkeep and maintenance, which was not the case. It’s a very nice house, but not well-maintained at all and presents several safety/hazardous concerns.

Had an amazing time with family! Very relaxing in the heated pool and spa. The house was very spacious and Dennis was very responsive. There are a few items that can use a bit of TLC such as some kitchen cabinet doors, sofa, etc but this is wear and tear! The Microwave is delicate so be careful when opening door. Other than this I would rebook 😊

There are a few thing you most likely have to do when you check in, 1. The Water in the kitchen is way to hot, 2. The Dishwasher didn’t work, 3. The Grill is Basically broken, 4. You have to be on top of the pool because it was not hot and the jacuzzi was colder then the pool and 100 Dollars for a cold pool is a lot. Overall the house is really nice, we all slept well and the things I mentioned are the main issues we all had.

The house was nice but the pool was very good and you couldn’t get it heated unless you paid extra, it would’ve been nice to know that before. Dennis replies very fast and I love that. The only real con is check in was at 4 and when we went to check in the cleaning people were there still cleaning so we had to wait outside. But other than that it was nice. No real major complaints

Check in was quick and easy. The guard at the front gate gave us a paper slip so we could enter the complex thru the express lane. The house door code was easy to enter. We had a couple issues come up during our stay that were fixed while we were there. The major issue was the pool/hot tub. We thought the heater was broken but it was the blower so the water would not circulate and heat the water. This was fixed 5 days into our stay but we were refunded for the days we did not have heated water. The group before us left tape stuck to the ceiling and ceiling fans. The house showed signs of wear from the carpet on the stairs and in all the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed to cook the meals we desired to make during our stay. The community area was great with a large pool, kid splash pad, and tiki bar. We always felt safe in the home and walking outside. The traffic can get pretty bad if you are headed back and forth to Disney but planning ahead and using google maps helped out a lot.

Little TLC inside but since it’s a rental vacation home that’s to be expected. The house was absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed the spacious setting and the cleanliness at the house. I would definitely stay here again. However, I was disappointed that the bath tub in the main bedroom downstairs didn’t have hot water and the jacuzzi wasn’t hot. You have to pay extra to get a hot jacuzzi, but the pool would be hot as well which we didn’t want.

This is definitely one of the best homes I've been to. Plenty of space for a large family. Everything was nice and clean, the beds are comfortable ..This is a 5 star palace.
